| 1 | Commissioning progress of the FAST显示文摘The Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical radio Telescope(FAST) was completed with its main structure installed on September 25, 2016, after which it entered the commissioning phase. This paper aims to introduce the commissioning progress of the FAST over the past two years. To improve its operational reliability and ensure effective observation time, FAST has been equipped with a real-time information system for the active reflector system and hierarchical commissioning scheme for the feed support system, which ultimately achieves safe operation of the two systems. For meeting the high-performance indices, a highprecision measurement system was set up based on the effective control methods that were implemented for the active reflector system and feed support system. Since the commissioning of the FAST, a low-frequency ultra-wideband receiver and 19-beam1.05-1.45 GHz receiver have been mainly used. Telescope efficiency, pointing accuracy, and system noise temperature were completely tested and ultimately achieved the acceptance indices of the telescope. The FAST has been in the process of national acceptance preparations and has begun to search for pulsars. | 2 | Diagenesis of the Triassic Yanchang Formation Tight Sandstone Reservoir in the Xifeng–Ansai Area of Ordos Basin and its Porosity Evolution显示文摘This work aims to reveal the evolution of the porosity in the Triassic Yanchang Formation tight sandstone reservoir of the Xifeng–Ansai area of Ordos Basin. Based on destructive diagenesis(compaction and cementation) and constructive diagenesis(dissolution) of sandstone reservoirs, this study analyzed the diagenesis characteristics of the tight sandstone reservoirs in this area, and discussed the relationship between sandstone diagenesis and porosity evolution in combination with present porosity profile characteristics of sandstone reservoir. The effect simulation principle was employed for the mathematical derivation and simulation of the evolution of porosity in the Yanchang Formation tight sandstone reservoirs. The result shows that compaction always occurs in tight sandstone reservoirs in the Yanchang Formation, and cementation occurs when the burial depth increases to a certain value and remains ever since. Dissolution occurs only at a certain stage of the evolution with window features. In the corresponding present porosity profile, diagenesis is characterized by segmentation. From the shallow to the deep, compaction, compaction, cementation and dissolution, compaction and cementation occur successively. Therefore, the evolution of sandstone porosity can be divided into normal compaction section, acidification and incremental porosity section, and normal compaction section after dissolution. The results show that the evolution of sandstone porosity can be decomposed into porosity reduction model and porosity increase model. The superposition of the two models at the same depth in the three stages or in the same geological time can constitute the evolution simulation of the total porosity in sandstone reservoirs. By simulating the evolution of sandstone reservoir porosity of the eighth member in Xifeng area and the sixth member in Ansai area, it shows that they are similar in the evolution process and trend. | 3 | Formability,microstructure evolution and mechanical properties of wire arc additively manufactured AZ80M magnesium alloy using gas tungsten arc welding显示文摘Wire arc additive manufacturing(WAAM)technology has been used to fabricate the multi-layer single-pass deposited wall of AZ80M magnesium(Mg)alloy by gas tungsten arc welding.The formability,thermal cycles,microstructural evolution and mechanical properties of the WAAM AZ80M Mg alloy were investigated.The results show that there was significant difference in the temperature variation and the geometries between the original several layers and the subsequent deposited layers.Owing to the arc energy input,the interpass temperature rised rapidly and then stabilized at 150℃.As a result,the width of the deposited wall increased and then kept stable.There were obvious differences in the microstructure of the WAAM AZ80M Mg alloy among the top zone,intermediate zone and bottom zone of deposited wall.During the arc deposition process,theβphase of the WAAM AZ80M Mg alloy redissolved due to the cyclic heat accumulation,and then precipitated in the grain boundary.The cyclic heat accumulation also led to weakening of dendrite segregation.From the substrate to the top zone,the hardness of the deposited wall decreased gradually,and the intermediate zone which was the main body of deposited wall had relatively uniform hardness.The tensile properties of the WAAM AZ80M Mg alloy were different between the vertical direction and the horizontal direction.And the maximum ultimate tensile strength of the WAAM AZ80M Mg alloy was 308 MPa which was close to that of the as-extruded AZ80M Mg alloy. | Yangyang Guo Gaofeng Quan Yinglong Jiang Lingbao Ren Lingling Fan Houhong Pan | 2021 | Journal of Magnesium and Alloys2021,9,1: | 10 |

| 17 | Secrecy outage analysis on underlay cognitive radio using selection combining显示文摘Secure data transmission in future high-capacity high-coverage multi-tier hierarchical networks, for which cognitive radio(CR) has emerged as an essential recipe, is of utmost importance. This paper investigates the secrecy outage performance of selection combining(SC) in CR networks(CRNs) over Rayleigh fading channels. In a single-input multiple-output(SIMO) wiretap channel, a secondary user transmits confidential messages to another secondary user, which is equipped with( 1)B Bn n ≥ antennas. Meanwhile, a passive eavesdropper, which is equipped with( 1)E En n ≥ antennas, intends to overhear the messages. Both the legal receiver and the eavesdropper adopt SC scheme to process the received multiple signals. The secondary transmitter uses the underlay strategy to guarantee the quality of service of the primary user without spectrum sensing. Compared to the work proposed by Maged Elkashlan et al. in Ref. [1], we present an alternative method to derive the closed-form expression for the secrecy outage probability(SOP) and develop a simplified SOP when the maximal transmit power at the secondary user is sufficiently high. | 19 | Changes in the gut microbiota of osteoporosis patients based on 16S rRNA gene sequencing:a systematic review and meta-analysis显示文摘Background:Osteoporosis(OP)has become a major public health issue,threatening the bone health of middle-aged and elderly people from all around the world.Changes in the gut microbiota(GM)are correlated with the maintenance of bone mass and bone quality.However,research results in this field remain highly controversial,and no systematic review or meta-analysis of the relationship between GM and OP has been conducted.This paper addresses this shortcoming,focusing on the difference in the GM abundance between OP patients and healthy controls based on previous 16S ribosomal RNA(rRNA)gene sequencing results,in order to provide new clinical reference information for future customized prevention and treatment options of OP.Methods:According to the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses(PRISMA),we comprehensively searched the databases of Pub Med,Web of Science,Embase,Cochrane Library,and China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI).In addition,we applied the R programming language version 4.0.3 and Stata 15.1 software for data analysis.We also implemented the Newcastle-Ottawa Scale(NOS),funnel plot analysis,sensitivity analysis,Egger’s test,and Begg’s test to assess the risk of bias.Results:This research ultimately considered 12 studies,which included the fecal GM data of 2033 people(604 with OP and 1429 healthy controls).In the included research papers,it was observed that the relative abundance of Lactobacillus and Ruminococcus increased in the OP group,while the relative abundance for Bacteroides of Bacteroidetes increased(except for Ireland).Meanwhile,Firmicutes,Blautia,Alistipes,Megamonas,and Anaerostipes showed reduced relative abundance in Chinese studies.In the linear discriminant analysis Effect Size(LEfSe)analysis,certain bacteria showed statistically significant results consistently across different studies.Conclusions:This observational meta-analysis revealed that changes in the GM were correlated with OP,and variations in some advantageous GM might involve regional differences. | Rui HUANG Pan LIU Yiguang BAI Jieqiong HUANG Rui PAN Huihua LI Yeping SU Quan ZHOU Ruixin MA Shaohui ZONG Gaofeng ZENG | 2022 | Journal of Zhejiang University-Science B(Biomedicine & Biotechnology)2022,23,12: | 0 |
| 20 | Integration of scRNA and bulk RNA-sequence to construct the 5-gene molecular prognostic model based on the heterogeneity of thyroid carcinoma endothelial cell显示文摘Thyroid cancer(TC)is a kind of cancer with high heterogeneity,which leads to significant difference in prognosis.The prognostic molecular processes are not well understood.Cancer cells and tumor microenvironment(TME)cells jointly determine the heterogeneity.However,quite a little attention was paid to cells in the TME in the past years.In this study,we not only reveal that endothelial cells(ECs)are strongly associated with the progress of papillary thyroid cancer(PTC)using single-cell RNA-seq(scRNA-seq)data downloaded from Gene Expression Omnibus(GEO)and WGCNA,but also screen 5 crucial genes of ECs:CLDN5,ABCG2,NOTCH4,PLAT,and TMEM47.Fur-thermore,the 5-gene molecular prognostic model is constructed,which can predict how well a patient will do on PD-L1 blockade immunotherapy for TC and evaluate prognosis.Quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR)analysis demonstrates that PLAT is decreased in TC and the increase of PLAT can restrain the migratory capacity of TC cells.Meanwhile,in TC cells,PLAT suppresses VEGFa/VEGFR2-mediated human umbilical vascular endothelial cell(HUVEC)proliferation and tube formation.Totally,we construct the 5-gene molecular prognostic model from the perspective of EC and provide a new idea for immunotherapy of TC. | Zhaoxian Ni Shan Cong Hongchang Li Jiazhe Liu Qing Zhang Chuanchao Wei Gaofeng Pan Hui He Weiyan Liu Anwei Mao | 2024 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2024,56,2: | 0 |
