| 1 | 如何撰写循证临床综述显示文摘传统临床综述不同于系统评价和Meta分析。临床综述是在广泛讨论某一主题时选择性评价医学文献;非定量系统评价则全面评价医学文献,收集并综合所有相关信息以形成最佳诊疗方案;而Meta分析(即定量系统评价)是采用严格的统计学方法分析汇总的研究资料,以回答某一具体的临床问题。本文旨在为《美国家庭医生》撰写循证临床综述提供指南。首先,主题应与家庭医疗实践相关,并能引起普遍兴趣。接着,用表格列出综述的继续医学教育目标。描述文献检索过程,列举循证医学评价的多种来源,如Cochrane协作网、BMJ临床证据网或InfoRetriever网。尽可能使用与发病率、病死率或生活质量相关的临床结局证据及基于初级保健人群研究的证据。向《美国家庭医生》投稿时,应根据以下标准划分支持重要建议的证据级别:A级,随机对照试验(RCT)、Meta分析;B级,其它证据;C级,共识/专家意见。最后,还应提供一份要点总结表。 | Jay Siwek Margaret L.
