| 2 | 组织模块化对组织价值创新的影响:基于产品特性调节效应的实证研究显示文摘组织模块化所催生的竞合机制与模块整合模式充分彰显了开创价值创新的优越。本文以产品特性为调节变量,对组织模块化与组织价值创新之间的影响机制进行了实证分析。结果显示,在组织模块化过程中,单纯的组织结构构建并不能够带来企业的价值创新,只有制度设计才是组织模块化价值创新的深层诱因;而引入结构构建匹配后,模块化制度设计对组织价值创新的影响更加显著,这在某种程度上说明了产业模块化向组织模块化过度的必然性;在行业表现出产品设计信息的高度依赖性和信息较难写入介质等特性时,组织模块化将难以开展,并由此影响组织价值创新,也进一步明确了模块化的行业适用范畴。 | 郝斌 Anne-Marie Guerin | 2011 | 南开管理评论2011，14，2： | 21 |
| 3 | 慢性阻塞性肺病稳定期患者家庭无创正压通气疗效分析显示文摘目的研究慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD)稳定期患者长期家庭无创正压通气(NIPPV)治疗的意义。方法回顾性分析2006.2007年法国CroixRousse医院住院随访的接受NIPPV治疗的COPD稳定期慢性呼吸衰竭患者46例,比较患者治疗前和治疗后1、3、6、12、24和36个月的动脉血气变化;治疗前和治疗后6、12、24和36个月的肺功能改变。结果患者应用NIPPV1、3、6、12、24和36个月后的PaCO2较使用前皆显著下降(P均〈0.05);1、3、12和36个月后的PaO2较使用前都显著升高(P均〈0.05);而6、12、24和36个月后的肺功能第一秒用力呼气容积/用力呼气肺活量(FEV1/FVC)、FEV1占预计值%和FVC指标无明显改善,无统计学差异。结论COPD稳定期长期家庭NIPPV治疗可改善血气、呼吸困难、头痛症状和提高生活质量,但在改善肺功能、延长生存期和降低死亡率方面的作用还有待进一步证实。 | 过依 万欢英 李庆云 Jean-Claude GUERIN | 2008 | 上海交通大学学报(医学版)2008，28，9： | 3 |
