1适用于交直流混合微电网的直流分层控制系统显示文摘为了改进交直流混合微电网中直流侧的母线电压性能,本文提出了直流分层控制系统,以在各接口变换器之间合理分配直流负荷,同时补偿下垂控制带来的直流母线电压跌落。所介绍的分层控制系统包括两层:第一层控制直流母线电压和交流电流,同时通过下垂控制实现直流侧的负荷功率分配;第二层补偿下垂控制带来的电压跌落,进一步提升母线电压质量。在第二层控制中,采用了具有低带宽通信特点的公共控制器,满足了微电网分布式结构的需要。本文给出了各控制层的具体设计方法。同时,对第二层控制的低带宽通信特性进行了具体的理论分析。仿真和实验结果表明了理论分析的正确性。陆晓楠 孙凯 Josep Guerrero 黄立培 2013电工技术学报2013,28,4:71
2孤岛运行交流微电网中分布式储能系统改进下垂控制方法显示文摘微电网系统中常采用分布式储能单元作为能量缓冲环节,以提升系统供电的稳定性和可靠性。为实现负荷功率在分布式储能单元之间的合理分配,提出了基于荷电状态(SOC)的改进下垂控制方法。该方法采用分布式控制方式,根据各储能单元的SOC,实时调整下垂系数,使SOC较大的储能单元提供较多的有功功率,而SOC较小的储能单元提供较少的有功功率,并采用传统下垂控制方法对无功功率进行均等分配。建立了基于SOC的下垂控制方法小信号模型,以验证控制系统的稳定性。同时,搭建了基于MATLAB/Simulink的仿真模型和2×2.2kW的实验样机,仿真和实验证明了所提方法的正确性和有效性。陆晓楠 孙凯 黄立培 肖曦 J. 3中大功率单级功率因数校正变换器中的偏磁分析及其数字化抑制技术显示文摘单级型功率因数校正变换器(power factor corrector,PFC)由于具有功率密度高和电气隔离等特点,在工业界某些应用场合得到应用,然而,用于该拓扑的变压器很容易饱和。基于隔离型全桥拓扑,分析单级型PFC变换器中变压器偏磁产生机理,并推导出每个工频周期内最大的理论偏磁值。对传统偏磁抑制方案进行分析,阐述数字控制本身对偏磁抑制的原理,提出一种能对偏磁有效抑制的数字补偿方案。新型数字控制方案能够避免传统方案所带来的诸如占空比减小和效率降低等问题,且不会增加电路复杂度。通过额定输出功率为5.1kW的样机验证了所提出的偏磁抑制方案的有效性和优越性。样机满载功率因数达到0.994,效率超过92%。杭丽君 吕征宇 Josep M. 4Inflammatory and oxidative stress in rotavirus infection显示文摘Rotaviruses are the single leading cause of life-threatening diarrhea affecting children under 5 years of age. Rotavirus entry into the host cell seems to occur by sequential interactions between virion proteins and various cell surface molecules. The entry mechanisms seem to involve the contribution of cellular molecules having binding, chaperoning and oxido-reducing activities. It appears to be that the receptor usage and tropism of rotaviruses is determined by the species, cell line and rotavirus strain. Rotaviruses have evolved functions which can antagonize the host innate immune response, whereas are able to induce endoplasmic reticulum(ER) stress, oxidative stress and inflammatory signaling. A networking between ER stress, inflammation and oxidative stress is suggested, in which release of calcium from the ER increases the generation of mitochondrial reactive oxygen species(ROS) leading to toxic accumulation of ROS within ER and mitochondria. Sustained ER stress potentially stimulates inflammatory response through unfolded protein response pathways. However, the detailed characterization of the molecular mechanisms underpinning these rotavirus-induced stressful conditions is still lacking. The signaling events triggered by host recognition of virusassociated molecular patterns offers an opportunity for the development of novel therapeutic strategies aimed at interfering with rotavirus infection. 6Management of oligometastatic non-small cell lung cancer patients:Current controversies and future directions显示文摘Oligometastatic non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)describes an intermediate stage of NSCLC between localized and widely-disseminated disease.This stage of NSCLC is characterized by a limited number of metastases and a more indolent tumor biology.Currently,the management of oligometastatic NSCLC involves radical treatment(radiotherapy or surgery)that targets the metastatic lesions and the primary tumor to achieve disease control.This approach offers the potential to achieve prolonged survival in patients who,in the past,would have only received palliative measures.The optimal therapeutic strategies for the different scenarios of oligometastatic disease(intracranial vs extracranial disease,synchronous vs metachronous)remain undefined.Given the lack of head-to-head studies comparing radiotherapy to surgery in these patients,the decision to apply surgery or radiotherapy(with or without systemic treatment)must be based on prognostic factors that allow us to classify patients.This classification will allow us to select the most appropriate therapeutic strategy on an individualized basis.In the future,the molecular or microRNA profiles will likely improve the treatment selection process.The objective of the present article is to review the most relevant scientific evidence on the management of patients with oligometastatic NSCLC,focusing on the role of radiotherapy and surgery.We also discuss areas of controversy and future directions.Felipe Counago Javier Luna Luis Leonardo Guerrero Blanca Vaquero María Cecilia Guillén-Sacoto Teresa González-Merino Begona Taboada Verónica Díaz Belén Rubio-Viqueira Ana Aurora Díaz-Gavela Francisco JoséMarcos Elia del Cerro 2019World Journal of Clinical Oncology2019,10,10:5

8Glycoprotein biomarkers for the detection of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma显示文摘Pancreatic cancer(Pa C) shows a clear tendency to increase in the next years and therefore represents an important health and social challenge. Currently, there is an important need to find biomarkers for PaC early detection because the existing ones are not useful for that purpose. Recent studies have indicated that there is a large window of time for PaC early detection, which opens the possibility to find early biomarkers that could greatly improve the dismal prognosis of this tumor. The present manuscript reviews the state of the art of the existing PaC biomarkers. It focuses on the anomalous glycosylation process and its role in PaC. Glycan structures of glycoconjugates such as glycoproteins are modified in tumors and these modifications can be detected in biological fluids of the cancer patients. Several studies have found serum glycoproteins with altered glycan chains in PaC patients, but they have not shown enough specificity for PaC. To find more specific cancer glycoproteins we propose to analyze the glycan moieties of a battery of glycoproteins that have been reported to increase in PaC tissues and that can also be found in serum. 9The human application of gene therapy to re-program T-cell specificity using chimeric antigen receptors显示文摘The adoptive transfer of T cells is a promising approach to treat cancers. Primary human T cells can be modified using viral and non-viral vectors to promote the specific targeting of cancer cells via the introduction of exogenous T-cell receptors(TCRs) or chimeric antigen receptors(CARs). This gene transfer displays the potential to increase the specificity and potency of the anticancer response while decreasing the systemic adverse effects that arise from conventional treatments that target both cancerous and healthy cells. 13Symmetry in optics and photonics:a group theory approach显示文摘Group theory(GT) provides a rigorous framework for studying symmetries in various disciplines in physics ranging from quantum field theories and the standard model to fluid mechanics and chaos theory. To date, the application of such a powerful tool in optical physics remains limited. Over the past few years however, several quantum-inspired symmetry principles(such as parity-time invariance and supersymmetry) have been introduced in optics and photonics for the first time. Despite the intense activities in these new research directions, only few works utilized the power of group theory. Motivated by this status quo, here we present a brief overview of the application of GT in optics, deliberately choosing examples that illustrate the power of this tool in both continuous and discrete setups. 14A Three-Dimensional Range-Free Localization Algorithm Based on Mobile Beacons for Wireless Sensor Networks显示文摘In wireless sensor networks (WSNs) the position information of individual nodes is a matter of vital importance because allows the implementation of necessary network functions such as routing, querying and other applications. The objective of this paper is to propose an algorithm of three-dimensional distributed range-free localization for WSNs, using a mobile beacon (MB) equipped with a rotary and tilting directional antenna. This algorithm, denominated as the three-dimensional azimuthally defined area localization algorithm (3D- ADAL), is executed in each sensor node and is based only on the analysis of the information received from the MB, therefore is energy efficient and contributes to extend the lifetime of the sensor network. Additionally the proposed algorithm has the advantage of being simple and economical.
