| 2 | A general and simple method for evaluating the electrical transport performance of graphene by the van der Pauw–Hall measurement显示文摘Expected for many promising applications in the field of electronics and optoelectronics, a reliable method for the characterization of graphene electrical transport properties is desired to predict its device performance or provide feedback for its synthesis.However, the commonly used methods of extracting carrier mobility from graphene field effect transistor or Hall-bar is time consuming, expensive, and significantly affected by the device fabrication process other than graphene itself.Here we reported a general and simple method to evaluate the electrical transport performance of graphene by the van der Pauw–Hall measurement.By annealing graphene in vacuum to remove the adsorbed dopants and then exposing it in ambient surroundings, carrier mobility as a function of density can be measured with the increase of carrier density due to the dopant re-adsorption from the surroundings.Further, the relationship between the carrier mobility and density can be simply fitted with a power equation to the first level approximation, with which any pair of measured carrier mobility and density can be normalized to an arbitrary carrier density for comparison.We experimentally demonstrated the reliability of the method, which is much simpler than making devices and may promote the standard making for graphene characterization. | Fangzhu Qing Yang Shu Linsen Qing Yuting Niu He Guo Shuyi Zhang Chunlin Liu Changqing Shen Wanli Zhang Samuel S.Mao Wenjuan Zhu Xuesong Li | 2018 | Science Bulletin2018,63,22: | 2 |
| 3 | Optimization of Process Parameters of Laser Cladding 304L Alloy Powder Based on Orthogonal Experiment显示文摘In order to find the optimal combination of process parameters for laser cladding 304L alloy powder on the surface of 45 steel,a combination method of single factor test and multi-factor orthogonal experiment was used to perform the single pulse laser cladding experiment.The effects of process parameters(pulse current A,pulse width B,pulse frequency C,defocus distance D,scan velocity E)on the morphology and performance of cladding layer was studied by range analysis,and the optimal combination of cladding parameters is calculated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The results show that different process parameters have different effects on the morphology of the cladding layer and scanning velocity E and defocus distance D are the most important influencing factor of cladding morphology.The effect on cladding width is D>C>A>B>E and the effect on cladding height is E>A>C>D>B.The optimal combination of cladding width is A4B4C4D4E2.The optimal combination of cladding high is A2B1C1D4E1.The comprehensive optimal process parameters are pulse current 210A,pulse width 3.6ms,pulse frequency 16Hz,defocus distance+10mm and scanning speed 240mm/min.The average hardness of the cladding layer,melting pool,heat-affected zone and substrate under the optimal process parameters is 406.2 HV0.5,470.8 HV0.5,230.5HV0.5 and 202.0HV0.5,respectively.The 304L cladding layer on 45 steel surface is stable in width,height and surface quality under comprehensive optimal parameters. | Linsen SHU Bo WANG Yayin HE | 2019 | Mechanical Engineering Science2019,1,2: | 1 |
| 4 | Study on Surface Treatments on CdSe Wafers显示文摘The surface treatments on CdSe wafers were studied by means of SEM, XPS and micro-current test instrument. The relations between electrical properties of CdSe wafers and surface topography, composition and structure were analyzed. The results show that the change of surface composition by etching is beneficial to decrease leakage current. Meanwhile, the increase of oxygen on surface caused by passivation can largely decrease leakage current. | 5 | RNA-seq analysis reveals the critical role of the novel lnc RNA BIANCR in intramuscular adipogenesis through the ERK1/2 signaling pathway显示文摘Background Long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs)regulate numerous biological processes,including adipogenesis.Research on adipogenesis will assist in the treatment of human metabolic diseases and improve meat quality in livestock,such as the content of intramuscular fat(IMF).However,the significance of lncRNAs in intramuscular adipogenesis remains unclear.This research aimed to reveal the lncRNAs transcriptomic profiles in the process of bovine intramuscular adipogenesis and to identify the lncRNAs involved in the adipogenesis of bovine intramuscular adipocytes.Results In this research,a landscape of lncRNAs was identified with RNA-seq in bovine intramuscular adipocytes at four adipogenesis stages(0 d,3 d,6 d,and 9 d after differentiation).A total of 7035 lncRNAs were detected,including 3396 novel lncRNAs.Based on the results of differential analysis,co-expression analysis,and functional prediction,we focused on the bovine intramuscular adipogenesis-associated long non-coding RNA(BIANCR),a novel lncRNA that may have an important regulatory function.The knockdown of BIANCR inhibited proliferation and promoted apoptosis of intramuscular preadipocytes.Moreover,BIANCR knockdown inhibited intramuscular adipogenesis by regulating the ERK1/2 signaling pathway.Conclusion This study obtained the landscape of lncRNAs during adipogenesis in bovine intramuscular adipocytes.BIANCR plays a crucial role in adipogenesis through the ERK1/2 signaling pathway.The results are noteworthy for improving beef meat quality,molecular breeding,and metabolic disease research. | Xinhao Ma Xinran Yang Dianqi Zhang Wenzhen Zhang Xiaoyu Wang Kuncheng Xie Jie He Chugang Mei Linsen Zan | 2023 | Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology2023,14,3: | 1 |
| 6 | Revisiting the capacity-fading mechanism of P2-type sodium layered oxide cathode materials during high-voltage cycling显示文摘P2-type sodium layered oxide cathode (Na_(2/3)Ni_(1/3)Mn_(2/3)O_(2)P2-NNMO) has attracted great attention as a promising cathode material for sodium ion batteries because of its high specific capacity. However, this material suffers from a rapid capacity fade during high-voltage cycling. Several mechanisms have been proposed to explain the capacity fade, including intragranular fracture caused by the P2-O2 phase transion, surface structural change, and irreversible lattice oxygen release. Here we systematically investigated the morphological, structural, and chemical changes of P2-NNMO during high-voltage cycling using a variety of characterization techniques. It was found that the lattice distortion and crystal-plane buckling induced by the P2-O2 phase transition slowed down the Na-ion transport in the bulk and hindered the extraction of the Na ions. The sluggish kinetics was the main reason in reducing the accessible capacity while other interfacial degradation mechanisms played minor roles. | 7 | Triaxial mechanical properties and precursors of instability damage in rocks with different laminar dip angles显示文摘To investigate the mechanical failure characteristics of volcanic breccia with different bedding dip angles in deep layers,triaxial compression experiments were conducted on specimens taken from volcanic rock layers in the Junggar Basin,Xinjiang.By changing the confining pressure,we compared the mechanical properties,acoustic emission characteristics,and fractal features of the acoustic emission sequence for volcanic breccia with different bedding dip angles.The research results indicate that as the bedding dip angle increases,peak strength,internal friction angle,and cohesion exhibit a“U-shaped”variation pattern.The correlation dimension of the acoustic emission amplitude was calculated using the G-P algorithm,revealing that volcanic breccia exhibits fractal characteristics.Furthermore,a positive correlation between the correlation dimension and the bedding dip angle was observed.When the stress of the test specimen reaches 0.8σ_(c),there is a significant decrease in the fractal dimension,serving as a criterion for predicting the failure of the specimen.By analyzing the changes in fractal dimension at different stress levels,the slope of the fractal dimension△D<-0.5 can be used as a precursor to failure for test specimens with a bedding dip angle of 15°≤β≤45°.Similarly,when the bedding dip angle of the specimen is 0°≤β<15°or 45°<β≤90°,△D<0 can be considered as a precursor to specimen failure.This study provides theoretical references for understanding the failure patterns of volcanic rock. | SUN Xiaoming SHI Fukun DING Jiaxu TAO Zhigang HE Linsen YANG Liu ZHANG Yong MIAO Chengyu | 2024 | Journal of Mountain Science2024,21,2: | 0 |
