| 1 | Diagenesis and Diagenetic Evolution of Deltaic and Neritic Gas-Bearing Sandstones in the Lower Mingyuefeng Formation of Paleogene, Lishui Sag, East China Sea Shelf Basin: Implications for Depositional Environments and Sequence Stratigraphy Controls显示文摘Gas-bearing deposits in the Lower Mingyuefeng Formation of Paleogene, Lishui Sag, East China Sea Shelf Basin consist of shoreface sandstones of the highstand systems tract(HST) and transgressive systems tract(TST), and deltaic sandstones of the lowstand systems tract(LST) and falling stage systems tract(FSST).Detailed petrographic observations suggest that the diagenetic features and related evolution of these deposits cannot be simply characterized and demonstrated in the depth domain.However, the occurrence of diagenetic minerals systematically depends on the studied interval within the HST, TST, LST, and FSST; therefore, diagenesis in this region can be better constrained when studied in the context of the depositional environments and sequence stratigraphic framework.The eogenetic processes in such settings include:(1) microcrystalline siderite precipitated as concretions in almost all environments and systems tracts, which inhibited further mechanical compaction;(2) grain dissolution and kaolinitization occurred in shoreface HST sandstones and deltaic LST and FSST sandstones;(3) glaucony was locally observed, which did not clearly reflect the controls of facies or sequence stratigraphy; and(4) cementation by pyrite aggregates occurred in the shoreface HST sandstones and deltaic LST sandstones.The mesogenetic diagenesis includes:(1) partial conversion of kaolinite into dickite in deltaic LST sandstones, and minor chlorite cementation in deltaic FSST sandstones;(2) transformation of kaolinite into illite and quartz cementation in deltaic LST and FSST sandstones;(3) frequent precipitation of ankerite and ferroan calcite in shoreface TST sandstones and early HST sandstones, forming baffles and barriers for fluid flow, with common calcite in shoreface HST sandstones as a late diagenetic cement; and(4) formation of dawsonite in the deltaic LST and FSST sandstones, which is interpreted to be a product of the invasion of a CO2-rich fluid, and acts as a good indicator of CO2-bearing reservoirs.This study has thus constructed a reliable conceptual model to describe the spatial and temporal distribution of diagenetic alterations.The results may provide an entirely new conceptual framework and methodology for successful gas exploration in the continental margins of offshore China, thus allowing us to predict and unravel the distribution and quality evolution of clastic reservoirs at a more detailed and reliable scale. | XU Fa ZHANG Penghui ZHANG Jinliang LIU Jinshui HOU Guowei ZHANG Ming LI Jingzhe LIU Shasha GUO Jiaqi MENG Ningning | 2015 | Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2015,89,5: | 5 |
| 2 | Geochemistry of the Paleocene Clastic Rocks in Lishui Sag, East China Sea Shelf Basin: Implications for Tectonic Background and Provenance显示文摘The Lishui Sag,in the East China Sea Shelf Basin,is rich in hydrocarbons,with the major hydrocarbon-bearing layers being the Paleocene Mingyuefeng clastic rocks.Analysis of the implicit geologic background information of these Paleocene clastic rocks using petrological and geochemical methods has significant practical importance.These Paleocene sandstones are mainly lithic arenite,lithic arkose and greywacke,composed of K-feldspar,plagioclase,authigenic clays,silica and carbonates.As continental deposits,Yueguifeng clastic rocks have high aluminosilicate and mafic detritus contents,while the Lingfeng and Mingyuefeng Formations are rich in silica due to an oscillating coastal marine depositional environment The major element contents of these Paleocene sandstones are low and have a concentrated distribution,indicating that the geochemical composition is non-epigenetic,transformed by sedimentary processes and diagenesis.The Yueguifeng detritus comprises recycled sediments,controlled by moderate weathering and erosion,while the Lingfeng and Mingyuefeng detritus is interpreted as primarily first-cycle materials due to low chemical weathering.In the Late Cretaceous to Early Paleocene,the Pacific Plate began subducting under the Eurasian Plate,causing an orogeny by plate collision and magma eruption due to the melting of subducted oceanic crust.This resulted in the dual tectonic settings of'active margin'and'continental island arc'in the East China Sea Shelf Basin.During the Late Paleocene,the Pacific Plate margin migrated eastward along with development of the Philippine Ocean Plate,and the tectonic setting of the Lishui Sag gradually turned into a passive continental margin.Detrital sources included both orogenic continental blocks and continental island arcs,and the parent rocks are primarily felsic volcanic rocks and granites. | LI Deyong JIANG Xiaodian XU Fa LIU Jinshui HOU Guowei | 2016 | Acta Geologica Sinica(English Edition)2016,90,1: | 4 |

| 4 | Endoplasmic reticulum stress mediates homocysteine-induced hypertrophy of cardiac cells through activation of cyclic nucleotide phosphodiesterase 1C显示文摘Although the association of elevated homocysteine level with cardiac hypertrophy has been reported,the molecular mechanisms by which homocysteine induces cardiac hypertrophy remain inadequately understood.In this study we aim to uncover the roles of cyclic nucleotide phosphodiesterase 1(PDE1)and endoplasmic reticulum(ER)stress and their relationship to advance the mechanistic understanding of homocysteine-induced cardiac cell hypertrophy.H9c2 cells and primary neonatal rat cardiomyocytes are exposed to homocysteine with or without ER stress inhibitor TUDCA or PDE1-specific inhibitor Lu AF58027,or transfected with siRNAs targeting PDE1 isoforms prior to homocysteine-exposure.Cell surface area is measured and ultrastructure is examined by transmission electron microscopy.Hypertrophic markers,PDE1 isoforms,and ER stress molecules are detected by q-PCR and western blot analysis.Intracellular cGMP and cAMP are measured by ELISA.The results show that homocysteine causes the enlargement of H9c2 cells,increases the expressions of hypertrophic markers β-MHC and ANP,upregulates PDE1A and PDE1C,promotes the expressions of ER stress molecules,and causes ER dilatation and degranulation.TUDCA and Lu AF58027 downregulate β-MHC and ANP,and alleviate cell enlargement.TUDCA decreases PDE1A and PDE1C levels.Silencing of PDE1C inhibits homocysteine-induced hypertrophy,whereas PDE1A knockdown has minor effect.Both cAMP and cGMP are decreased after homocysteine-exposure,while only cAMP is restored by Lu AF58027 and TUDCA.TUDCA and Lu AF58027 also inhibit cell enlargement,downregulate ANP,β-MHC and PDE1C,and enhance cAMP level in homocysteine-exposed primary cardiomyocytes.ER stress mediates homocysteine-induced hypertrophy of cardiac cells via upregulating PDE1C expression.Cyclic nucleotide,especially cAMP,is the downstream mediator of the ER stress-PDE1C signaling axis in homocysteine-induced cell hypertrophy. | Wentao Sun Yang Zhou Hongmei Xue Haitao Hou Guowei He Qin Yang | 2022 | Acta Biochimica et Biophysica Sinica2022,54,3: | 2 |

| 7 | Effect of Sand Body Enrichment Under the Restriction of a Tectonic Transfer Zone: A Case Study on the Pinghu Formation in the Kongqueting Region on the Pinghu Slope显示文摘Results of long-term explorations in the Kongqueting region,located in an East China Sea depression,suggest that the strong fault activity during the sedimentary period of the Pinghu formation significantly influenced the development of the sedimentary system.However,the aggregation and enrichment of the sand body under a tectonic background has become a problem that requires an immediate solution.Considering research outcomes of previous studies,this study used three-dimensional seismic and logging data to identify Y-or H-type and the en echelon distribution patterns of the fault plane,as well as identify the locations wherein the fault growth index value is greater than 1 in the study region,indicating the tectonic background of the fault transfer zone in the region.Second,the development type of the fault transfer zone was studied,and the sand body enrichment site was identified based on seismic inversion data and the development position of the fault transfer point.This helps clarify the evolution of sedimentary facies of the Pinghu formation combined with the sedimentary environment of the braided-river delta.Finally,after summarizing the coupling relationship between the synsedimentary fault systems and the sand body enrichment patterns,three sand-control models were determined,namely,the flexural-parallel,the en echelon collinear,and the torsional-reformed superimposed transfer zones.The findings of this study lay a foundation for the subsequent search of tectonic lithologic oil and gas reservoirs. | LI Junjie HOU Guowei QIN Lanzhi XIE Jingjing JIANG Xue | 2021 | Journal of Ocean University of China2021,20,4: | 1 |
| 8 | Diagenesis and diagenetic stages prediction of Ed2 reservoir in the west of Bozhong sag显示文摘Diagenesis of clastic rock and hydrocarbon generating capacity are closely related with diagenetic stages.Based on diagenetic evolution,reservoir diagenetic stages prediction method is proposed through making a contrastive study of simulation results and test results using core measurement data.The essence of this method is illustrated and its effectiveness is demonstrated using Ed2 clastic sandstones in the west of Bozhong sag,Bohai Bay Basin,China.Measurement of paleo temperature(T),vitrinite reflectivity(Ro%)and the proportion of smectite in illite/smectite interstratified minerals(I/S-S%)indicate that there are there types of diagenetic stages in the study area,including early diagenetic stage B,middle diagenetic stage A1 and middle diagenetic stage A2.When only considering T index for diagenetic stages prediction,the simulation results are more conservative than measured data with some situations,and the simulation result using Ro%for diagenetic prediction is less than measured data in some wells.When I/S-S%is used,the two situations above both exist.Because depth,temperature,time duration,pressure and some chemical variables can change synchronously or asynchronously,it is difficult to attribute with certainty the parameters that affect the apparent diagenetic stages evolution series.Diagenetic stage variations can be significantly different in different parts of one sedimentary basin.A synthetic indexes method considering T,Ro%,I/S-S%to predict its distribution,and the simulation result has proved that the reliability of the model has greatly improved. | Wendao Qian Taiju Yin Changmin Zhang Guowei Hou Miao He | 2020 | Petroleum2020,6,1: | 1 |

| 11 | Resource assessment for combined offshore wind and wave energy in China显示文摘The development of offshore wind farms has experienced rapid growth during the past decade. In particular, China has the highest number of installations worldwide, but some challenges exist for further development. Consequently, some researchers suggest combining wave energy with offshore wind energy. To fully implement this plan, a comprehensive resource assessment of combined offshore wind and wave energy systems is needed. Investigations of the parameters, such as the spatial and temporal distribution of wind and wave energy, aggregate resource reserves, available technical potential, and total capacity factor, are vital for designing the required wind turbines and wave energy converters. To assist scientific development and governmental decision making, this paper aims to evaluate offshore wind and wave energy resources from a technological perspective. The results show that theoretical offshore wind and wave energy resources are abundant in China's ocean territory, with a potential of approximately 3 TW. Technically, of the three most popular offshore wind turbines, i.e., 6, 8, and 10 MW, 10 MW is overall the most suitable in China. However, of the three wave energy converters, i.e., 120, 250, and 750 kW, 120 kW is the best candidate for Liaoning Province, and 750 kW is the most suitable for the remainder of its region. | 13 | Solid-phase sintering and vapor-liquid-solid growth of BP@MgO quantum dot crystals with a high piezoelectric response显示文摘Low-dimensional piezoelectric and quantum piezotronics are two important branches of low-dimensional materials,playing a significant role in the advancement of low-dimensional devices,circuits,and systems.Here,we firstly propose a solid-phase sintering and vapor–liquid–solid growth(SS–VLS-like)method of preparing a quantum-sized oxide material,i.e.,black phosphorus(BP)@MgO quantum dot(QD)crystal with a strong piezoelectric response.Quantum-sized MgO was obtained by Mg slowly released from MgB_(2) within the confinement of a nanoflake BP matrix.Since the slow release of Mg only grows nanometer-sized MgO to hinder the further growth of MgO,we added a heterostructure matrix constraint:nanoflake BP.With the BP as the matrix confinement,MgO QDs embedded in the BP@MgO QD crystals were formed.These crystals have a layered two-dimensional(2D)structure with a thickness of 11 nm and are stable in the air.In addition,piezoresponse force microscopy(PFM)images show that they have extremely strong polarity.The strong polarity can also be proved by polarization reversal and a simple pressure sensor. | Qingwei LIAO Wei HOU Kexuan LIAO Liyin CHEN Yujun SONG Guowei GAO Lei QIN | 2022 | Journal of Advanced Ceramics2022,11,11: | 0 |
