| 1 | 受损湿地植被的恢复与重建研究进展显示文摘自 2 0世纪 90年代以来 ,有关受损湿地植被恢复与重建的研究大量涌现。在大量文献调研的基础上 ,对湿地植被恢复的目的、优先原则、策略和途径、理论、技术、长期监测及评价作了回顾 ,对贫营养沼泽和富营养沼泽的恢复技术作了详细总结。湿地恢复的策略主要有修复和重建 ,指导理论主要有次生演替、自设计和入侵理论等。泥炭地植被受损后的恢复技术主要有播种法、泥炭藓片段散布法、营养体移植法、草皮移植法等。种子 (繁殖体 )库在植被恢复中的作用也不可忽视。恢复初期的抚育和管理必不可少。最后指出了湿地恢复研究中亟待解决的问题。 | 周进 Hisako TACHIBANA 李伟 刘贵华 | 2001 | 植物生态学报2001，25，5： | 76 |
| 2 | Activation of hypoxia-inducible factor 1 attenuates periapical inflammation and bone loss显示文摘Hypoxia(low oxygen level) is an important feature during infections and affects the host defence mechanisms. The host has evolved specific responses to address hypoxia, which are strongly dependent on the activation of hypoxia-inducible factor 1(HIF-1).Hypoxia interferes degradation of HIF-1 alpha subunit(HIF-1α), leading to stabilisation of HIF-1α, heterodimerization with HIF-1 beta subunit(HIF-1β) and subsequent activation of HIF-1 pathway. Apical periodontitis(periapical lesion) is a consequence of endodontic infection and ultimately results in destruction of tooth-supporting tissue, including alveolar bone. Thus far, the role of HIF-1 in periapical lesions has not been systematically examined. In the present study, we determined the role of HIF-1 in a wellcharacterised mouse periapical lesion model using two HIF-1α-activating strategies, dimethyloxalylglycine(DMOG) and adenovirusinduced constitutively active HIF-1α(CA-HIF1 A). Both DMOG and CA-HIF1 A attenuated periapical inflammation and tissue destruction. The attenuation in vivo was associated with downregulation of nuclear factor-κappa B(NF-κB) and osteoclastic gene expressions. These two agents also suppressed NF-κB activation and subsequent production of proinflammatory cytokines by macrophages. Furthermore, activation of HIF-1α by DMOG specifically suppressed lipopolysaccharide-stimulated macrophage differentiation into M1 cells, increasing the ratio of M2 macrophages against M1 cells. | 3 | Petrology and phase equilibrium modeling of sapphirine + quartz assemblage from the Napier Complex, East Antarctica: Diagnostic evidence for Neoarchean ultrahigh-temperature metamorphism显示文摘A synthesis of the petrological characters of granulite facies rocks that contain equilibrium sapphirine t quartz assemblage from two localities(Tonagh Island(TI)and Priestley Peak(PP))in the Napier Complex,East Antarctica,provides unequivocal evidence for extreme crustal metamorphism possibly associated with the collisional orogeny during Neoarchean.The reaction microstructures associated with sapphirine t quartz vary among the samples,probably suggesting different tectonic conditions during the metamorphic evolution.Sapphirine and quartz in TI sample were probably in equilibrium at the peak stage,but now separated by corona of Grt + Sil + Opx suggesting near isobaric cooling after the peak metamorphism,whereas the Spr + Qtz + Sil + Crd + Spl assemblage replaces garnet in PP sample suggesting post-peak decompression.The application of mineral equilibrium modeling in NCKFMASHTO system demonstrated that Spr + Qtz stability is lowered down to 930℃ due to small Fe3+contents in the rocks(mole Fe2O3/(FeO + Fe2O3)0.02).The TI sample yields a peak p-T range of 950e1100 C and 7.5e11 kbar,followed by cooling toward a retrograde stage of 800e950 C and 8e10 kbar,possibly along a counterclockwise p-T path.In contrast,the peak condition of the PP sample shows 1000e1050 C and>12 kbar,which was followed by the formation of Spr + Qtz corona around garnet at 930e970 C and 6.7e7.7 kbar,suggesting decompression possibly along a clockwise p-T trajectory.Such contrasting p-T paths are consistent with a recent model on the structural framework of the Napier Complex that correlates the two areas to different crustal blocks.The different p-T paths obtained from the two localities might refect the difference in the tectonic framework of these rocks within a complex Neoarchean subduction/collision belt. | Hisako Shimizu Toshiaki Tsunogae M.Santosh | 2013 | Geoscience Frontiers2013，4，6： | 5 |

| 5 | Pedunculated Brunner's gland hamartoma of the duodenum causing upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage显示文摘A case of pedunculated Brunner's gland hamartoma(BGH) of the duodenum causing upper gastrointestinal(GI) hemorrhage is reported.The patient was a 47-year-old man who visited our hospital for further evaluation of tarry stools and shortness of breath.Endoscopic examination of the upper digestive tract revealed a large peduncular polyp with bleeding,about 30 mm in diameter,arising from the wall of the second portion of the duodenum.GI bleeding occurred from the base of the stalk of the polyp.Endoscopic polypectomy was performed.Histological examination of the specimen revealed that the main body of the polyp contained several lobules of mature Brunner's gland with areas of cystic dilatation.The surface epithelium consisted of normal duodenal mucosa with areas of focal ulceration.This polyp was diagnosed as a BGH.The symptom of tarry stools resolved after endoscopic resection.Our case shows that treatment is necessary for duodenal BGH if GI bleeding occurs. | Shoji Hirasaki Motoharu Kubo Atsushi Inoue Yasuyuki Miyake Hisako Oshiro | 2009 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2009，15，3： | 3 |
| 6 | Jejunal small ectopic pancreas developing into jejunojejunal intussusception:A rare cause of ileus显示文摘Intussusception is rare in adults. We describe a 62-year-old man with jejunal ectopic pancreas that led to jejunojejunal intussusception and ileus. The patient was admitted to our hospital because of intermittent abdominal pain. Plain abdominal radiography showed some intestinal gas and fluid levels. Abdominal CT scan demonstrated a target sign suggesting bowel intussusception. Jejunography using a naso-jejunal tube showed an oval-shaped mass about 15 mm in diameter with a smooth surface in the jejunum, which suggested a submucosal tumor (SMT), and edematous mucosa around the mass. Partial jejunal resection was carried out and the resected oval-shaped tumor, 14 mm×11 mm in size, was found to be covered with normal jejunal mucosa.
