| 1 | Production of Free Amino Acid and Short Peptide Fertilizer from Rapeseed Meal Fermentation Using Bacillus flexus NJNPD41 for Promoting Plant Growth显示文摘Free amino acids and short peptides(FAPS)that play an important role in plant nutrition can be extracted from rapeseed meal(RSM)by microbial enzymolysis.The enzymolytic activity of one bacterial strain isolated from RSM for the production of FAPS fertilizer(FAPSF)via solid-state fermentation,as well as its detoxification activity for isothiocyanates and oxazolidinethione,was investigated in this study.The strain NJNPD41 isolated from RSM piled-soil possessed effective proteolytic activity and was identified as Bacillus flexus on the basis of its morphological,physiological,and biochemical properties,as well as 16S rDNA analysis.Compared to the uninoculated control,inoculation with the strain NJNPD41 significantly increased the yield of total free amino acids and short peptides by 115%and decreased the content of isothiocyanates and oxazolidinethione by 53%and 60%,respectively,after solid-state fermentation.The pot and field experiments showed that FAPSF significantly promoted eggplant growth and enhanced the fruit yield and quality of eggplant compared to the control.In conclusion,this study provided a novel method for the high-value utilization of RSM to produce high-quality and low-toxicity FAPSF using the newly isolated strain B.flexus NJNPD41. | LIU Hongjun ZHONG Xi HUANG Yan QIAO Cece SHAO Cheng LI Rong SHEN Qirong | 2018 | Pedosphere2018,28,2: | 5 |

| 3 | Microphone Array-Based Sound Source Localization Using Convolutional Residual Network显示文摘Microphone array-based sound source localization(SSL)is widely used in a variety of occasions such as video conferencing,robotic hearing,speech enhancement,speech recognition and so on.The traditional SSL methods cannot achieve satisfactory performance in adverse noisy and reverberant environments.In order to improve localization performance,a novel SSL algorithm using convolutional residual network(CRN)is proposed in this paper.The spatial features including time difference of arrivals(TDOAs)between microphone pairs and steered response power-phase transform(SRPPHAT)spatial spectrum are extracted in each Gammatone sub-band.The spatial features of different sub-bands with a frame are combine into a feature matrix as the input of CRN.The proposed algorithm employ CRN to fuse the spatial features.Since the CRN introduces the residual structure on the basis of the convolutional network,it reduce the difficulty of training procedure and accelerate the convergence of the model.A CRN model is learned from the training data in various reverberation and noise environments to establish the mapping regularity between the input feature and the sound azimuth.Through simulation verification,compared with the methods using traditional deep neural network,the proposed algorithm can achieve a better localization performance in SSL task,and provide better generalization capacity to untrained noise and reverberation. | Ziyi Wang Xiaoyan Zhao Hongjun Rong Ying Tong Jingang Shi | 2022 | Journal of New Media2022,4,3: | 1 |

| 8 | Shared Core Microbiome and Functionality of Key Taxa Suppressive to Banana Fusarium Wilt显示文摘Microbial contributions to natural soil suppressiveness have been reported for a range of plant pathogens and cropping systems.To disentangle the mechanisms underlying suppression of banana Panama disease caused by Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.cubense tropical race 4(Foc4),we used amplicon sequencing to analyze the composition of the soil microbiome from six separate locations,each comprised of paired orchards,one potentially suppressive and one conducive to the disease.Functional potentials of the microbiomes from one site were further examined by shotgun metagenomic sequencing after soil suppressiveness was confrmed by greenhouse experiments.Potential key antagonists involved in disease suppression were also isolated,and their activities were validated by a combination of microcosm and pot experiments.We found that potentially suppressive soils shared a common core community with relatively low levels of F.oxysporum and relatively high proportions of Myxococcales,Pseudomonadales,and Xanthomonadales,with five genera,Anaeromyxobacter,Kofleria,Plesiocystis,Pseudomonas,and Rhodanobacter being significantly enriched.Further,Pseudomonas was identified as a potential key taxon linked to pathogen suppression.Metagenomic analysis showed that,compared to the conducive soil,the microbiome in the disease suppressive soil displayed a significantly greater incidence of genes related to quorum sensing,biofilm formation,and synthesis of antimicrobial compounds potentially active against Foc4.We also recovered a higher frequency of antagonistic Pseudomonas isolates from disease suppressive experimental field sites,and their protective effects against banana Fusarium wilt disease were demonstrated under greenhouse conditions.Despite differences in location and soil conditions,separately located suppressive soils shared common characteristics,including enrichment of Myxococcales,Pseudomonadales,and Xanthomonadales,and enrichment of specific Pseudomonas populations with antagonistic activity against the pathogen.Moreover,changes in functional capacity toward an increase in quorum sensing,biofilm formation,and antimicrobial compound synthesizing involve in disease suppression. | Zongzhuan Shen Linda S.Thomashow Yannan Ou Chengyuan Tao Jiabao Wang Wu Xiong Hongjun Liu Rong Li Qirong Shen George A.Kowalchuk | 2023 | Research2023,,1: | 0 |
