Hierarchical method of task assignment for multiple cooperating UAV teams显示文摘The problem of task assignment for multiple cooperating unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV) teams is considered. Multiple UAVs forming several small teams are needed to perform attack tasks on a set of predetermined ground targets. A hierarchical task assignment method is presented to address the problem. It breaks the original problem down to three levels of sub-problems: target clustering, cluster allocation and target assignment. The first two sub-problems are centrally solved by using clustering algorithms and integer linear programming, respectively, and the third sub-problem is solved in a distributed and parallel manner, using a mixed integer linear programming model and an improved ant colony algorithm. The proposed hierarchical method can reduce the computational complexity of the task assignment problem considerably, especially when the number of tasks or the number of UAVs is large. Experimental results show that this method is feasible and more efficient than non-hierarchical methods. | Xiaoxuan Hu Huawei Ma Qingsong Ye He Luo | 2015 | Journal of Systems Science & Complexity2015,28,5: | 14

Neurogranin as an important regulator in swimming training to improve the spatial memory dysfunction of mice with chronic cerebral hypoperfusion显示文摘Background:Vascular cognitive impairment caused by chronic cerebral hypoperfusion(CCH)has become a hot issue worldwide.Aerobic exercise positively contributes to the preservation or restoration of cognitive abilities;however, the specific mechanism has remained inconclusive. And recent studies found that neurogranin(Ng)is a potential biomarker for cognitive impairment. This study aims to investigate the underlying role of Ng in swimming training to improve cognitive impairment. Methods:To test this hypothesis, the clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats(CRISPR)-associated protein 9(Cas9)system was utilized to construct a strain of Ng conditional knockout(Ng cKO)mice, and bilateral common carotid artery stenosis(BCAS)surgery was performed to prepare the model. In Experiment 1,2-month-old male and female transgenic mice were divided into a control group(wild-type littermate,n=9)and a Ng cKO group(n=9).Then,2-month-old male and female C57BL/6 mice were divided into a sham group(C57BL/6,n=12)and a BCAS group(n=12).In Experiment 2,2-month-old male and female mice were divided into a sham group(wild-type littermate,n=12),BCAS group(n=12),swim group(n=12),BCAS+Ng cKO group(n=12),and swim+Ng cKO group(n=12).Then,7 days after BCAS,mice were given swimming training for 5 weeks(1 week for adaptation and 4 weeks for training,5 days a week,60 min a day). After intervention, laser speckle was used to detect cerebral blood perfusion in the mice, and the T maze and Morris water maze were adopted to test their spatial memory.Furthermore, electrophysiology and Western blotting were conducted to record long-term potential and observe the expressions of Ca^(2+)pathway-related proteins, respectively.Immunohistochemistry was applied to analyze the expression of relevant markers in neuronal damage, inflammation, and white matter injury. Results:The figures showed that spatial memory impairment was detected in Ng cKO mice, and a sharp decline of cerebral blood flow and an impairment of progressive spatial memory were observed in BCAS mice.Regular swimming training improved the spatial memory impairment of BCAS mice. This was achieved by preventing long-term potential damage and reversing the decline of Ca^(2+)signal transduction pathway-related proteins. At the same time, the results suggested that swimming also led to improvements in neuronal death, inflammation, and white matter injury induced by CCH.Further study adopted the use of Ng cKO transgenic mice, and the results indicated that the positive effects of swimming training on cognitive impairments, synaptic plasticity, and related pathological changes caused by CCH could be abolished by the knockout of Ng.Conclusion:Swimming training can mediate the expression of Ng to enhance hippocampal synaptic plasticity and improve related pathological changes induced by CCH,thereby ameliorating the spatial memory impairment of vascular cognitive impairment. | Huawei Lin Jiayong Zhang Yaling Dai Huanhuan Liu Xiaojun He Lewen Chen Jing Tao Chaohui Li Weilin Liu | 2023 | Journal of Sport and Health Science2023,12,1: | 1
Effect of defects on the electronic structure of a PbI2/MoS2 van der Waals heterostructure: A first-principles study显示文摘PbI2/MoS2,as a typical van der Waals(vdW)heterostructure, has attracted intensive attention owing to its remarkable electronic and optoelectronic properties. In this work, the effect of defects on the electronic structures of a PbI2/MoS2 heterointerface has been systematically investigated. The manner in which the defects modulate the band structure of PbI2/MoS2,including the band gap, band edge, band alignment, and defect energy-level density within the band gap is discussed herein. It is shown that sulfur defects tune the band gaps, iodine defects shift the positions of the band edge and Fermi level, and lead defects realize the conversions between the straddling-gap band alignment and valence-band-aligned gap, thus enhancing the light-absorption ability of the material. | Wen He HuaWei Li HuiQiong Zhou HongKang Zhao Hui Wang XingHua Shi | 2020 | Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2020,63,3: | 1

Inhibiting DNA methylation alleviates cisplatininduced hearing loss by decreasing oxidative stress-induced mitochondria-dependent apoptosis via the LRP1-PI3K/AKT pathway显示文摘Cisplatin-related ototoxicity is a critical side effect of chemotherapy and can lead to irreversible hearing loss. This study aimed to assess the potential effect of the DNA methyltransferase(DNMT)inhibitor RG108 on cisplatin-induced ototoxicity.Immunohistochemistry, apoptosis assay, and auditory brainstem response(ABR)were employed to determine the impacts of RG108 on cisplatin-induced injury in murine hair cells(HCs)and spiral ganglion neurons(SGNs).Rhodamine 123 and TMRM were utilized for mitochondrial membrane potential(MMP)assessment.Reactive oxygen species(ROS)amounts were evaluated by Cellrox green and Mitosox-red probes.Mitochondrial respiratory function evaluation was performed by determining oxygen consumption rates(OCRs).The results showed that RG108 can markedly reduce cisplatin induced damage in HCs and SGNs,and alleviate apoptotic rate by protecting mitochondrial function through preventing ROS accumulation.Furthermore,RG108 upregulated BCL-2 and downregulated APAF1,BAX,and BAD in HEI-OC1 cells, and triggered the PI3K/AKT pathway.Decreased expression of low-density lipoprotein receptor-related protein 1(LRP1)and high methylation of the LRP1 promoter were observed after cisplatin treatment.RG108 treatment can increase LRP1expression and decrease LRP1 promoter methylation. In conclusion,RG108 might represent a new potential agent for preventing hearing loss induced by cisplatin via activating the LRP1-PI3K/AKT pathway. | Yingzi He Zhiwei Zheng Chang Liu Wen Li Liping Zhao Guohui Nie Huawei Li | 2022 | Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2022,12,3: | 1

The First Reported Case of COVID-19 and Plasmodium ovale Malaria Coinfection—Guangdong Province,China,January 2021显示文摘The current coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic has posed an unprecedented challenge to global health(1–3).The clinical symptoms of COVID-19 are similar to those of malaria, such as fever, myalgia, fatigue, headache, and gastrointestinal symptoms.Due to the heavy burden of medical services and the possible shortage of resources caused by the long-term COVID-19 pandemic, the risk of coinfection of malaria and COVID-19 is a matter of particular concern. Here we reported the first case of COVID-19 coinfection with Plasmodium ovale(P.ovale)malaria in a 47-year-old man who had been previously diagnosed with Plasmodium infection and incompletely treated with antimalarial drugs. | Muxin Chen Shitong Gao Lin Ai Jiaxu Chen Tiejian Feng Zhigao Chen Xiaomin Zhang Shaoyu Deng Zidan Lin Yijun Tang Qian Zhang Gengcheng He Huawei Xiong Xiao-nong Zhou Renli Zhang Dana Huang | 2021 | China CDC weekly2021,3,21: | 0
Enabling high-efficiency ethanol oxidation on NiFe-LDH via deprotonation promotion and absorption inhibition显示文摘Nucleophile oxidation reaction(NOR), represented by ethanol oxidation reaction(EOR), is a promising pathway to replace oxygen evolution reaction(OER). EOR can effectively reduce the driving voltage of hydrogen production in direct water splitting. In this work, large current and high efficiency of EOR on a Ni, Fe layered double hydroxide(NiFe-LDH) catalyst were simultaneously achieved by a facile fluorination strategy. F in NiFe-LDH can reduce the activation energy of the dehydrogenation reaction, thus promoting the deprotonation process of NiFe-LDH to achieve a lower EOR onset potential. It also weakens the absorption of OH-and nucleophile electrooxidation products on the surface of NiFe-LDH at a higher potential, achieving a high current density and EOR selectivity, according to density functional theory calculations. Based on our experiment results, the optimized fluorinated NiFe-LDH catalyst achieves a low potential of 1.386 V to deliver a 10 mA cm^(-2)EOR. Moreover, the Faraday efficiency is greater than 95%, with a current density ranging from 10 to 250 mA cm^(-2). This work provides a promising pathway for an efficient and cost-effective NOR catalyst design for economic hydrogen production. | Jiawei Shi Huawei He Yinghua Guo Feng Ji Jing Li Yi Zhang Chengwei Deng Liyuan Fan Weiwei Cai | 2023 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,10: | 0

Over 18% binary organic solar cells enabled by isomerization of non-fullerene acceptors with alkylthiophene side chains显示文摘Side-chain engineering has been demonstrated as an effective method for fine-tuning the optical, electrical, and morphological properties of organic semiconductors toward efficient organic solar cells(OSCs).In this work, three isomeric non-fullerene small molecule acceptors(SMAs),named as BTP-4F-T2C8,BTP-4F-T2EH and BTP-4F-T3EH,with linear and branched alkyl chains substituted on the α or β positions of thiophene as the side chains, were synthesized and systematically investigated. The results demonstrate that the size and substitution position of alkyl side chains can greatly affect the electronic properties, molecular packing as well as crystallinity of the SMAs.After blending with donor polymer D18-Cl,the prominent device performance of 18.25% was achieved by the BTP-4F-T3EH-based solar cells, which is higher than those of the BTP-4F-T2EH-based(17.41%)and BTP-4F-T2C8-based(15.92%)ones.The enhanced performance of the BTP-4F-T3EH-based devices is attributed to its stronger crystallinity, higher electron mobility, suppressed bimolecular recombination, and the appropriate intermolecular interaction with the donor polymer. This work reveals that the side chain isomerization strategy can be a practical way in tuning the molecular packing and blend morphology for improving the performance of organic solar cells. | Ao Shang Siwei Luo Jianquan Zhang Heng Zhao Xinxin Xia Mingao Pan Chao Li Yuzhong Chen Jicheng Yi Xinhui Lu Wei Ma He Yan Huawei Hu | 2022 | Science China Chemistry2022,65,9: | 0
