1Preclinical evaluation and pilot clinical study of [^(18)F]AlF-labeled FAPI-tracer for PET imaging of cancer associated fibroblasts显示文摘In recent years,fibroblast activation protein(FAP)has emerged as an attractive target for the diagnosis and radiotherapy of cancers using FAP-specific radioligands.Herein,we aimed to design a novel^(18)Flabeled FAP tracer([^(18)F]Al F-P-FAPI)for FAP imaging and evaluated its potential for clinical application.The[^(18)F]Al F-P-FAPI novel tracer was prepared in an automated manner within 42 min with a non-decay corrected radiochemical yield of 32±6%(n=8).Among A549-FAP cells,[^(18)F]Al F-P-FAPI demonstrated specific uptake,rapid internalization,and low cellular efflux.Compared to the patent tracer[^(18)F]FAPI-42,[^(18)F]Al F-P-FAPI exhibited lower levels of cellular efflux in the A549-FAP cells and higher stability in vivo.Micro-PET imaging in the A549-FAP tumor model indicated higher specific tumor uptake of[^(18)F]Al F-P-FAPI(7.0±1.0%ID/g)compared to patent tracers[^(18)F]FAPI-42(3.2±0.6%ID/g)and[68 Ga]Ga-FAPI-04(2.7±0.5%ID/g).Furthermore,in an initial diagnostic application in a patient with nasopharyngeal cancer,[^(18)F]Al F-P-FAPI and[^(18)F]FDG PET/CT showed comparable results for both primary tumors and lymph node metastases.These results suggest that[^(18)F]Al F-P-FAPI can be conveniently prepared,with promising characteristics in the preclinical evaluation.The feasibility of FAP imaging was demonstrated using PET studies.Kongzhen Hu Junqi Li Lijuan Wang Yong Huang Li Li Shimin Ye Yanjiang Han Shun Huang Hubing Wu Jin Su Ganghua Tang 2022Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2022,12,2:4
2Effects of water stress at different growth stages on comprehensive fruit quality and yield in different bunches of tomatoes in greenhouses显示文摘The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of tomato quality and yield between different bunches and the differences between the two comprehensive evaluation methods on tomato quality ranking under water stress.Two degrees of water stress including mild water stress(W1)and moderate water stress(W2),and three growth stages that water stress applied including seedling stage(S1),flowering stage(S2)and fruit expanding stage(S3)were tested in this study.The yield and quality of different bunches of tomatoes under water stress during different growth stages were determined as responses,and the comprehensive fruit quality ranking and yield of the second and third bunches were evaluated.The results showed that water stress was important for the improvement of fruit quality,but fruit yield decreased during water stress.The yield of the third tomato bunch decreased from 11.69%(W1S1)to 30.60%(W2S2)compared to control(97.57 t/hm^(2)),and the effects of mild water stress on fruit yield were minimal at the early growth stage.However,the fruit quality in terms of soluble sugar(SS),total soluble solids(TSS),vitamin C(VC),and firmness(F)improved under water stress compared to control.The combined effects of water stress and its application period significantly affected SS and TSS.Water stress significantly improved the content of SS and TSS in the later growth period compared to seedling and flowering stages.Meanwhile,there was a significant difference in tomato quality between the second and third bunches of fruit,especially in the content of SS,organic acid(OA)and lycopene(L).Principal Component Analysis(PCA)and Grey Relational Analysis(GRA)were used to evaluate comprehensive fruit quality,and the best treatment in terms of the fruit quality was W1S3 for both bunches.The rank-sum ratio(RSR)method was used to evaluate fruit quality and yield,the results showed that W1S3 ranked first based on PCA and W1S1 ranked first based on GRA.Water stress enhanced tomato quality but inevitably reduced its yield during each growth stage.The application of mild water stress during the fruit expanding stage(W1S3)was considered to be the best treatment to provide satisfactory fruit quality and yield based on RSR.Shuxue Hao Hongxia Cao Hubing Wang Xiaoyan Pan 2019International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2019,12,3:3

6The first factor affecting dryland winter wheat grain yield under various mulching measures: Spike number显示文摘Water is the key factor limiting dryland wheat grain yield.Mulching affects crop yield and yield components by affecting soil moisture.Further research is needed to determine the relationships between yield components and soil moisture with yield,and to identify the most important factor affecting grain yield under various mulching measures.A long-term 9-yearifeld experiment in the Loess Plateau of Northwest China was carried out with three treatments:no mulch (CK),plastic mulch (M_(P)) and straw mulch (M_(S)).Yield factors and soil moisture were measured,and the relationships between them were explored by correlation analysis,structural equation modeling and significance analysis.The results showed that compared with CK,the average grain yields of M_(P) and M_(S) increased by 13.0and 10.6%,respectively.The average annual grain yield of the M_(P) treatment was 134 kg ha^(–1) higher than the M_(S) treatment.There were no significant differences in yield components among the three treatments (P<0.05).Soil water storage of the M_(S) treatment was greater than the M_(P) treatment,although the differences were not statistically signifiant.Soil water storage during the summer fallow period (SWSSF) and soil water storage before sowing (SWSS) of M_(S) were significantly higher than in CK,which increased by 38.5 and 13.6%,respectively.The relationship between M_(P) and CK was not statistically significant for SWSSF,but the SWSS in M_(P) was significantly higher than in CK.In terms of soil water storage after harvest (SWSH) and water consumption in the growth period(ET),there were no signi?cant differences among the three treatments.Based on the three analysis methods,we found that spike number and ET were positively correlated with grain yield.However,the relative importance of spike number to yield was the greatest in the M_(P )and M_(S) treatments,while that of ET was the greatest in CK.Suifcient SWSSF could indirectly increase spike number and ET in the three treatments.Based on these results,mulch can improve yield and soil water storage.The most important factor affecting the grain yield of dryland wheat was spike number under mulching,and ET with CK.These findings may help us to understand the main factors influencing dryland wheat grain yield under mulching conditions compared to CK.Yingxia Dou Hubing Zhao Huimin Yang Tao Wang Guanfei Liu Zhaohui Wang Sukhdev Malhi 2024Journal of Integrative Agriculture2024,23,3:0
