| 2 | The enhanced X-ray Timing and Polarimetry mission—eXTP显示文摘In this paper we present the enhanced X-ray Timing and Polarimetry mission—eXTP. eXTP is a space science mission designed to study fundamental physics under extreme conditions of density, gravity and magnetism. The mission aims at determining the equation of state of matter at supra-nuclear density, measuring effects of QED, and understanding the dynamics of matter in strong-field gravity. In addition to investigating fundamental physics, eXTP will be a very powerful observatory for astrophysics that will provide observations of unprecedented quality on a variety of galactic and extragalactic objects. | 3 | Cyclin A2:At the crossroads of cell cycle and cell invasion显示文摘Cyclin A2 is an essential regulator of the cell division cycle through the activation of kinases that participate to the regulation of S phase as well as the mitotic entry. However,whereas its degradation by the proteasome in mid mitosis was thought to be essential for mitosis to proceed,recent observations show that a small fraction of cyclin A2 persists beyond metaphase and is degraded by autophagy. Its implication in the control of cytoskeletal dynamics and cell movement has unveiled its role in the modulation of Rho A activity. Since this GTPase is involved in both cell rounding early in mitosis and later,in the formation of the cleavage furrow,this suggests that cyclin A2 is a novel actor in cytokinesis. | 4 | Diabetes mellitus increases risk for colorectal adenomas in younger patients显示文摘AIM:To determine if diabetes mellitus(DM)is associated with increased risk of colorectal adenomas in younger subjects.METHODS:This was a retrospective cohort study of375 patients undergoing index colonoscopy at a single tertiary care center in the United States.Three cohorts of patients matched for exam date and gender were compared:(1)ages 40-49 years with DM;(2)ages40-49 years without DM;and(3)ages 50-59 years without DM.Data collected included demographics,co-morbidities,colonoscopy and pathology results.Adenoma detection rates(ADR)were calculated and compared.Conditional logistic regression analysis was performed to determine the association between each cohort and ADR.RESULTS:One hundred and twenty-five patients ages40-49 with DM met study eligibility criteria.Patients in the other two cohorts were randomly selected,match-ing for date of exam and gender.ADR was 14.4%in those ages 40-49 years without DM,30.4%in those ages 40-49 years with DM,and 32.0%in those ages50-59 years without DM.Compared to those ages40-49 years without DM,ADR was higher in those ages40-49 years with DM(OR=3.1;95%CI:1.5-6.4;P=0.002)and those ages 50-59 years without DM(OR=2.9;95%CI:1.5-5.6;P=0.002).There was no difference between the ADR in those ages 40-49 years with DM and those ages 50-59 years without DM(P=0.83).CONCLUSION:DM was associated with higher risk of colorectal adenomas in patients ages 40-49 years.These subjects harbored as many adenomas as those at the standard screening age of 50-59 years without DM. | Hongha T Vu Nneka Ufere Yan Yan Jean S Wang Dayna S Early Jill E Elwing | 2014 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2014，20，22： | 5 |
| 5 | Exercise-induced albuminuria and circadian blood pressure abnormalities in type 2 diabetes显示文摘AIM To investigate the relationship between circadian variations in blood pressure(BP) and albuminuria at rest,and during exercise in non-hypertensive type 2 diabetes(T2D) patients.METHODS We conducted a cross-sectional study in well controlled T2D patients,non-hypertensive,without clinical proteinuria and normal creatinine clearance.In each participant,we recorded the BP using ambulatory bloodpressure monitoring(ABPM) for 24-h,and albuminuria at rest and after a standardized treadmill exercise.RESULTS We enrolled 27 type 2 patients with a median age of 52;and a mean duration of diabetes and HbA 1c of 3.6 ± 0.8 years and 6.3% ± 0.5% respectively.Using a 24-h ABPM,we recorded a mean diurnal systolic blood pressure(SBP) of 128 ± 17 mmH g vs nocturnal of 123 ± 19 mmH g(P = 0.004),and mean diurnal diastolic blood pressure(DBP) of 83 ± 11 mmH g vs nocturnal 78 ± 14 mmH g(P = 0.002).There was a significant difference between albuminuria at rest [median = 23 mg,interquartile range(IQR) = 10-51] and after exercise(median = 35 mg,IQR = 23-80,P < 0.001).Patients with exercise induced albuminuria had an increase in nocturnal BP values on all three components(128 mmH g vs 110 mmH g,P = 0.03 for SBP;83 mmH g vs 66 mmH g,P = 0.04;106 vs 83,P = 0.02 for mean arterial pressure),as well as albuminuric patients at rest.Moreover,exercise induced albuminuria detect a less increase in nocturnal DBP(83 vs 86,P = 0.03) than resting albuminuria.CONCLUSION Exercise induced albuminuria is associated with an increase in nocturnal BP values in T2D patients. | Aurel T Tankeu Fran,ois Folefack Kaze Jean Jacques Noubiap David Chelo Mesmin Yefou Dehayem Eugene Sobngwi | 2017 | World Journal of Nephrology2017，6，4： | 2 |
