3One-Step, Solvothermal Synthesis of Graphene-CdS and Graphene-ZnS Quantum Dot Nanocomposites and Their Interesting Photovoltaic Properties显示文摘The synthesis of graphene-semiconductor nanocomposites has attracted increasing attention due to their interesting optoelectronic properties.However the synthesis of such nanocomposites,with decorated particles well dispersed on graphene,is still a great challenge.This work reports a facile,one-step,solvothermal method for the synthesis of graphene-CdS and graphene-ZnS quantum dot nanocomposites directly from graphene oxide,with CdS and ZnS very well dispersed on the graphene nanosheets.Photoluminescence measurements showed that the integration of CdS and ZnS with graphene significantly decreases their photoluminescence.Transient photovoltage studies revealed that the graphene-CdS nanocomposite exhibits a very unexpected strong positive photovoltaic response,while separate samples of graphene and CdS quantum dots(QDs)of a similar size do not show any photovoltaic response.Ping Wang Tengfei Jiang Chengzhou Zhu Yueming Zhai Dejun Wang Shaojun Dong 2010Nano Research2010,3,11:8

5Surface photovoltage phase spectroscopy study of the photo-induced charge carrier properties of TiO_(2) nanotube arrays显示文摘By using the surface photovoltage (SPV) technique based on a lock-in amplifier, surface states located 3.1 eV below the conduction band of TiO_(2) have been detected in TiO_(2) nanotube arrays prepared by anodization of titanium foil in fluoride-based ethylene glycol solution. The photo-induced charge transportation behavior of TiO_(2) nanotube arrays was also studied by quali- tatively analyzing their SPV phase spectra measured under different external bias. 6Optical fiber SPR biosensor complying with a 3D composite hyperbolic metamaterial and a graphene film显示文摘In the present study, an optical fiber surface plasmon resonance(SPR) biosensor was developed for measuring time-and concentration-dependent DNA hybridization kinetics. Its design complies with a 3D Au∕Al2O3 multilayer composite hyperbolic metamaterial(HMM), a graphene film, and a D-shaped plastic optical fiber.According to the numerical simulation and the experimental demonstration, the SPR peak of the designed biosensor can be effectively altered in the range of visible to near-infrared by varying the HMM structure. The sensitivity of the appliance was shown to achieve a value of up to 4461 nm/RIU, allowing its applicability for bulk refractive index sensing. 7Simulation evaluation and future prediction of the IPCC—AR4 GCMs on the extreme temperatures in China显示文摘On the basis of the temperature observations during 1961-2000 in China,seven coupled general circulation models'(GCMs)extreme temperature products are evaluated supplied by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change's 4th Assessment Report(IPCC-AR4).The extreme temperature indices in use are frost days(FD),growing season length(GSL),extreme temperature range(ETR),warm nights(TN90),and heat wave duration index(HWDI).Results indicate that all the seven models are capable of simulating spatial and temporal variations in temperature characteristics,and their ensemble acts more reliable than any single one.Among the seven models,GFDL-CM2.0 and MIROC3.2 performances are much better.Besides,most of the models are able to present linear trends of the same positive/negative signs as the observations but for weaker intensities.The simulation effects are different on a nationwide basis,with 110°N as the division,east(west)of which the effects are better(worse)and the poorer over the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau in China.The predictions for the 21st century on emissions scenarios show that except decreases in the FD and ETR,other indices display significant increasing trend,especially for the indices of HWDI and TN90,which represent the notable extreme climate.This indicates that the temperature-related climate is moving towards the extreme.In the late 21st century,the GSL and TN90(HWDI)increase most notably in southwest China(the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau),and the FD decrease most remarkably in the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau,northwest and northeast of China.Apart from South China,the yearly change range of the extreme temperature is reduced in most of China.WANG Ji JIANG Zhihong SONG Jie LOU Dejun 2008Acta Oceanologica Sinica2008,27,3:2

12Proteome-Wide Profiling of the Covalent-Druggable Cysteines with a Structure-Based Deep Graph Learning Network显示文摘Covalent ligands have attracted increasing attention due to their unique advantages,such as long residence time,high selectivity,and strong binding affinity.They also show promise for targets where previous efforts to identify noncovalent small molecule inhibitors have failed.However,our limited knowledge of covalent binding sites has hindered the discovery of novel ligands.Therefore,developing in silico methods to identify covalent binding sites is highly desirable.Here,we propose DeepCoSI,the first structure-based deep graph learning model to identify ligandable covalent sites in the protein.By integrating the characterization of the binding pocket and the interactions between each cysteine and the surrounding environment,DeepCoSI achieves state-of-the-art predictive performances.The validation on two external test sets which mimic the real application scenarios shows that DeepCosI has strong ability to distinguish ligandable sites from the others.Finally,we profiled the entire set of protein structures in the RCSB Protein Data Bank(PDB)with DeepCoSI to evaluate the ligandability of each cysteine for covalent ligand design,and made the predicted data publicly available on website.Hongyan Du Dejun Jiang Junbo Gao Xujun Zhang Lingxiao Jiang Yundian Zeng Zhenxing Wu Chao Shen Lei Xu Dongsheng Cao Tingjun Hou Peichen Pan 2022Research2022,,4:1
13Complex effective depth approximation for soft solid bottom显示文摘In this paper, the approximate equation of Chapman’s (real) effective depth for Pekeris guide is extended to the complex effective depth approximation whose real and imaginary parts explicate respectively the phase change and energy loss on reflection. It is shown that the homogeneous acoustic field, which comprises the complex effective depth approximation,closely reproduces the character of low modes at small grazing angles, and calculates effectively the acoustic field at longer ranges in shallow water. 20The fluctuation of acoustic field due to internal waveson the thermocline in typical shallow water显示文摘In this paper, the results of experiments concerning the fluctuations of internal waves on the thermocline and the fluctuations of acoustic amplitudes at different ranges in typical shallow water are presented. Recorded time is 48.96 h. Thickness of the thermocline is about 2 m-4 m. The deviation of temperature recorded at a fixed depth is 10℃-15℃. The vertical displacement of isotherm curves is about 5 m-6 m, which is mainly dominated by the lowest model. The measured spectrums of vertical displacement have obvious spectral packet within the range of 0.05 cpm (20 min) and 0. 143 cpm (7 min) besides the diurnal and semidiurnal tide frequency bands. Spectrum attenuation coefficients are between -1.5 and -1.7. Numerical calculation shows that phase velocity and group velocity of internal waves are equal to 0.329 m/s at lower frequencies. And with the increasing of frequency, the group velocity differs from phase velocity at about 0.03 cpm (33.33 min) and drops more quickly. The measured fluctuation of acoustic amplitude is about 8 dB-10 dB. With the increasing of range, the fluctuation trends to be faster and acoustic signals are declining. Spectrum attenuation coefficients are between -1.45 and -2.0.
