2Ultrathin FeS nanosheets with high chemodynamic activity for sensitive colorimetric detection of H_(2)O_(2) and glutathione显示文摘Iron chalcogenides have attracted great interest as potential substitutes of nature enzymes in the colorimetric biological sensing due to their unique chemodynamic characteristics.Herein,we report the preparation of ultrathin Fe S nanosheets(NSs)by a simple one-pot hydrothermal method and the prepared Fe S NSs exhibit strong Fenton-reaction activity to catalyze hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2))for generation of hydroxyl radical(^(·)OH).Based on the chromogenic reaction of resultant^(·)OH with 3,3,5,5-tetramethylbenzidine(TMB),we develop colorimetric biosensors for highly sensitive detection of H_(2)O_(2)and glutathione(GSH).The fabricated biosensors show wide linear ranges for the detection of H_(2)O_(2)(5–150μmol/L)and GSH(5–50μmol/L).Their detection limits for H_(2)O_(2)and GSH reach as low as0.19μmol/L and 0.14μmol/L,respectively.The experimental results of sensing intracellular H_(2)O_(2)and GSH demonstrate that this colorimetric method can realize the accurate detection of H_(2)O_(2)and GSH in normal cells(L02 and 3T3)and cancer cells(MCF-7 and He La).Our results have demonstrated that the synthesized Fe S NSs is a promising material to construct colorimetric biosensors for the sensitive detection of H_(2)O_(2)and GSH,holding great promising for medical diagnosis in cancer therapy.Yefan Duan Qi Li Panpan He Yan Li Jingrun Song Jing Wang Junjie Liu Jiang Zhou Fei Chen Zhusheng Huang Jianfei Sun Ying Zhang Zhimin Luo 2022Chinese Chemical Letters2022,33,6:2
3CsPbBr_(3) quantum dots photodetectors boosting carrier transport via molecular engineering strategy显示文摘Perovskite quantum dots (PQDs) require ligands on their surfaces to passivate defects and prevent aggregation. However, the ligands construct the interface relationship between the PQDs, which may seriously hinder the carrier transport. Hence, we propose a molecular engineering strategy of using 3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene (EDOT) to perfectly solve this problem, benefiting from its high conjugation and passivation ability to CsPbBr_(3) PQDs. Furthermore, EDOT on the surface of PQDs can be in-situ polymerized under the photocurrent of the photodetector, thus interconnecting the PQDs which enhanced the performance of the photodetectors up to 178% of its initial performance. We have thoroughly investigated the electropolymerization process of EDOT and its passivation effect on PQDs. The simple lateral photodetector based on EDOT PQDs exhibits a high responsivity of 11.96 A/W, which is 104 times higher than that of oleic acid caped PQDs. Due to the protection of poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) (PEDOT), the photodetector prepared from EDOT PQDs exhibited very high stability, retaining 94% of its performance after six months in air. 10A Second-Order Semi-Implicit Method for the Inertial Landau-Lifshitz-Gilbert Equation显示文摘Electron spins in magnetic materials have preferred orientations collectively and generate the macroscopic magnetization.Its dynamics spans over a wide range of timescales from femtosecond to picosecond,and then to nanosecond.The Landau-Lifshitz-Gilbert(LLG)equation has been widely used in micromagnetics simulations over decades.Recent theoretical and experimental advances have shown that the inertia of magnetization emerges at sub-picosecond timescales and contributes significantly to the ultrafast magnetization dynamics,which cannot be captured intrinsically by the LLG equation.Therefore,as a generalization,the inertial LLG(iLLG)equation is proposed to model the ultrafast magnetization dynamics.Mathematically,the LLG equation is a nonlinear system of parabolic type with(possible)degeneracy.However,the iLLG equation is a nonlinear system of mixed hyperbolic-parabolic type with degeneracy,and exhibits more complicated structures.It behaves as a hyperbolic system at sub-picosecond timescales,while behaves as a parabolic system at larger timescales spanning from picosecond to nanosecond.Such hybrid behaviors impose additional difficulties on designing efficient numerical methods for the iLLG equation.In this work,we propose a second-order semiimplicit scheme to solve the iLLG equation.The second-order temporal derivative of magnetization is approximated by the standard centered difference scheme,and the first-order temporal derivative is approximated by the midpoint scheme involving three time steps.The nonlinear terms are treated semi-implicitly using one-sided interpolation with second-order accuracy.At each time step,the unconditionally unique solvability of the unsymmetric linear system is proved with detailed discussions on the condition number.Numerically,the second-order accuracy of the proposed method in both time and space is verified.At sub-picosecond timescales,the inertial effect of ferromagnetics is observed in micromagnetics simulations,in consistency with the hyperbolic property of the iLLG model;at nanosecond timescales,the results of the iLLG model are in nice agreements with those of the LLG model,in consistency with the parabolic feature of the iLLG model.Panchi Li Lei Yang Jin Lan Rui Du Jingrun Chen 2023Numerical Mathematics(Theory,Methods and Applications)2023,16,1:0
