1Thermal fatigue behavior of K465 superalloy显示文摘The thermal fatigue behavior of K465 superalloy was investigated at the peak temperature of 1050°C. By scan-ning electron microscopy (SEM) and optical microscopy, the main crack length was observed and measured. The initiation sites of the tested alloys are different in as-cast (named as K465) and solution heat treatment (named as SK465) conditions. In K465 alloy, most thermal fatigue cracks nucleate at (Nb,W,Ti)C carbides. In SK465 alloy, thermal fatigue cracks initiate in interdendritic regions, MC-type carbides and some interfaces. 2Tensile, creep behavior and microstructure evolution of an as-cast Ni-based K417G polycrystalline superalloy显示文摘The Ni-based K417 G superalloy is extensively applied as aeroengine components for its low cost and good mid-temperature(600–900?C) properties. Since used in as-cast state, the comprehensive understanding on its mechanical properties and microstructure evolution is necessary. In the present research,the tensile, creep behavior and microstructure evolution of the as-cast K417 G superalloy under different conditions were investigated. The results exhibit that tensile cracks tend to initiate at MC carbide and γ/γ' eutectic structure and then propagate along grain boundary. As the temperature for tensile tests increases from 21?C to 700?C, the yield strength and ultimate tensile strength of K417 G superalloy decreases slightly, while the elongation to failure decreases greatly because of the intermediate temperature embrittlement. When the temperature rises to 900?C, the yield strength and ultimate tensile strength would decrease significantly. The creep deformation mechanism varies under different testing conditions. At 760?C/645 MPa, the creep cracks initiate at MC carbides and γ/γ' eutectic structures,and propagate transgranularly. While at 900?C/315 MPa and 950?C/235 MPa, the creep cracks initiate at grain boundary and propagate intergranularly. 3Lacunar infarction with leukoaraiosis may aggravate cognitive dysfunction显示文摘This study semi-quantitatively analyzed the effects of leukoaraiosis.Patients with moderate or severe lacunar infarction were found to exhibit low scores on the Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale (F=12.02,P=0.000),and prolonged P300 Cz2.0 latency (F=16.04,P=0.000).Correlation analysis revealed that the occurrence of leukoaraiosis was negatively correlated with Montreal Cognitive Assessment scores (r=-0.416,P=0.000),and positively correlated with P300 Cz2.0 latency (r=0.538,P=0.000).These findings indicate that leukoaraiosis aggravates cognitive impairment in patients with lacunar infarction,such that more severe leukoaraiosis is associated with more severe cognitive decline.Dejin Sun Xueqin Zhang Penju Liu Jiechun Chen Jinxia Cao Aixia Zhuang Qinghong Zeng Shouqin Feng Yi Zhang Jiandong Jiang 2011Neural Regeneration Research2011,6,31:3
4M5B3 Boride at the Grain Boundary of a Nickel-based Superalloy显示文摘The grain boundary microstructures of a heat-treated Ni-based cast superalloy IN792 were investigated. The results show that M_5B_3 boride precipitates at the grain boundary. A special orientation relationship between M_5B_3 phase and the matrix at one side of the grain boundary is found. At the same time, two M_5B_3 borides with different orientations could co-exist in a single M_5B_3 particle as an intergrowth besides existing alone, thus forming orientation relationship between the two M_5B_3 phases and matrix. 6In Vivo Two-photon Calcium Imaging in Dendrites of Rabies Virus-labeled V1 Corticothalamic Neurons显示文摘Monitoring neuronal activity in vivo is critical to understanding the physiological or pathological functions of the brain.Two-photon Ca^(2+)imaging in vivo using a cranial window and specific neuronal labeling enables realtime,in situ,and long-term imaging of the living brain.Here,we constructed a recombinant rabies virus containing the Ca^(2+)indicator GCaMP6 s along with the fluorescent protein DsRed2 as a baseline reference to ensure GCaMP6 s signal reliability.This functional tracer was applied to retrogradely label specific V1-thalamus circuits and detect spontaneous Ca^(2+)activity in the dendrites of V1 corticothalamic neurons by in vivo two-photon Ca^(2+)imaging.Notably,we were able to record single-spine spontaneous Ca2+activity in specific circuits.Distinct spontaneous Ca^(2+)dynamics in dendrites of V1 corticothalamic neurons were found for different V1-thalamus circuits.Our method can be applied to monitor Ca^(2+)dynamics in specific input circuits in vivo,and contribute to functional studies of defined neural circuits and the dissection of functional circuit connections.Yajie Tang Liang Li Leqiang Sun Jinsong Yu Zhe Hu Kaiqi Lian Gang Cao Jinxia Dai 2020Neuroscience Bulletin2020,36,5:2

17IL-21 regulates macrophage activation in human monocytic THP-1-derived macrophages显示文摘Background:Interleukin-21(IL-21)has a regulatory effect on various immune cells.Its effect on macrophage function remains unclear.Aims:This study aimed to investigate the effect of IL-21 on the macrophagesmediated inflammatory response and explore its mechanism.Materials&Methods:Phorbol myristate acetate was used to induce THP-1-derived macrophages.Then,cells were stimulated with IL-21 and/or lipopolysaccharide(LPS).To determine the effect of IL-21 on the production of inflammatory factors in THP-1-derived macrophages,the messenger RNA(mRNA)and protein levels of IL-6,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),IL-8,and IL-10 were detected by real-time polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR)and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),respectively.Meanwhile,to explore the effect of IL-21 on macrophage polarization,macrophage phenotype,gene expression,and cytokine secretion mediated by THP-1-derived macrophage were detected by flow cytometry,RT-PCR,and ELISA.Results:First,we found that the IL-21 receptor was expressed in THP-1-derived macrophages.IL-21 enhanced LPS-mediated TNF-α,IL-6,and IL-10 production in THP-1-derived macrophages.During the polarization of THP-1-derived macrophages to M1-like macrophages,IL-21 induced the expression of macrophage surface markers CD86 and CD80,and related genes,such as TNF-α,IL-6,IL-1β,and DC-SIGN mRNA,inhibited Dectin-1 mRNA expression and promoted the secretion of TNF-α.During the polarization of THP-1-derived macrophages to M2-like macrophages,IL-21 enhanced the expression of macrophage surface markers CD86 and CD163,and related genes,such as TNF-α,IL-1β,IL-10,Dectin-1,and DC-SIGN mRNA,and promoted the secretion of IL-10.Conclusion:IL-21 promotes LPS-mediated production of inflammatory cytokines by THP-1-derived macrophages;IL-21 plays a two-way regulatory role in THP-1-derived macrophage polarization.Leilei Jian Changhong Li Lin Sun Zhenzhen Ma Xinyu Wang Ruohan Yu Xiangyuan Liu Jinxia Zhao 2021Rheumatology & Autoimmunity2021,1,1:0

19Effect of Zr and Ti on isothermal oxidation behavior of Nb–Si based alloys显示文摘The isothermal oxidation behavior of 56Nb-16Si-(20-x)Ti–3Cr–3Al-2Hf-xZr(x?0,2,5,10 at.%)alloys was investigated at 800℃ and 1250℃,respectively.The results show that increasing the Zr content evidently increased the oxidation rates at 800℃,accompanied by the obvious occurrence of pesting oxidation.The alloys showed alike linear oxidation kinetics at 1250℃.With the increase of Zr content,the adherence and integrity of oxide scales were improved,but the overall oxidation resistance was slightly deteriorated.The observed oxidation behavior may be attributed to the composition variation of Zr and Ti in the alloys.The oxidation mechanism associated with the composition variation is discussed in this study.Ankang Sun Ziqiang Dong Shuang Yang Jintao Shu Yanjie Liu Yi Liu Yongwang Kang Dinggang Wang Jinxia Song 2022Progress in Natural Science:Materials International2022,32,2:0
