A review of ecological restoration techniques in fluvial rivers显示文摘Rivers play an important role in people's living and agricultural production, however, intense human activities have broken the original ecological balance, and affected structures and functions of the river ecosystem. To restore the damaged river ecosystem back to a healthy status, effective ecological restoration measures need to be implemented. The main problems that the damaged rivers face are either the locally altered hydrological processes affected by construction of hydraulic facilities,or the deterioration of water quality resulted from pollution emissions,or both.In this study, ecological restoration techniques of the rivers affected by engineering control or pollution are reviewed respectively. In addition, three kinds of methods,i.e.physical,chemical and biological-ecological methods are introduced in details for the rivers affected by water pollution. At present, the development of river restoration techniques shows the following trends:1) the scale of ecological restoration is becoming larger;2) ecological restoration measures are required to meet multiple objectives;and 3) the management of water environment is changing from water quality management to aquatic ecosystem management.Baozhu Pan Jianping Yuan Xinhua Zhang Zhaoyin Wang Jiao Chen Jinyou Lu Wenjun Yang Zhiwei Li Na Zhao Mengzhen Xu 2016International Journal of Sediment Research2016,31,2:18
Non-uniform sediment incipient velocity显示文摘Based on the mechanism of non-uniform sediment incipient motion, the dragging force and uplift force coefficient expressions are put forward for the non-uniform bed material exposure and close alignment state. The incipient velocity formula of the non-uniform sediment is then established. It is shown that the formula structure is reasonable, and fine particles of the non-uniform sediment are more difficult to set into motion than the same sized uniform particles, whereas coarser particles are easier to set into motion than their uniform equivalents. The validity of the formula is verified by field and experiment data.Haitao XU Jinyou LU Xiaobin LIU 2008International Journal of Sediment Research2008,23,1:14

Research on cohesive sediment erosion by flow: An overview显示文摘Erosion of cohesive sediment by flow is a very complicated phenomenon occurring worldwide. Understanding and modeling of the erosion process are important for many issues such as the breaching of embankments, riverbank stability, siltation of harbors and navigation channels, service life of reservoirs, distribution of (heavy metal) pollutants and water quality problems. In the last few decades, numerous studies have been done on the erosion of cohesive sediment by flow. Nevertheless, the factors affecting the erosion resistance of cohesive sediment are still not fully understood and the knowledge of the physics of cohesive sediment erosion is in- adequate, as a result the mathematical modeling of this erosion is far from satis- factory. In this paper an overview of the studies on the erosion resistance, erosion threshold and the erosion rate of cohesive sediment by flow is presented. The outcomes achieved so far from the studies and the existing problems have been analyzed and summarized, based on which recommendations are proposed for future research.YongHui Zhu JinYou Lu HongZhi Liao JiaSheng Wang BeiLin Fan ShiMing Yao 2008Science China(Technological Sciences)2008,51,11:5

The analysis on reservoir sediment deposition and downstream river channel scouring after impoundment and operation of TGP显示文摘According to the measured data after impoundment and operation of the Three Gorges Reservoir, the reservoir sediment deposition and downstream river channel scouring are described briefly and compared with the research results achieved in the demonstration stage. It is indicated through analysis that the reservoir sediment deposition and downstream river channel scouring during 8-year impoundment and operation are still within the original forecast,so the original forecasting results are feasible. The further observation and comparison should be conducted because the comparison between the observed data and the original forecast is not so sufficient in time and the prototype observation and related research work should be strengthened in the future.Lu Jinyou Huang Yue Wang Jun 2011Engineering Sciences2011,9,3:1

Quantitative evaluation model of shale oil adsorption:A case study of the first member of Cretaceous Qingshankou Formation in northern Songliao Basin,NE China显示文摘A quantitative evaluation model that integrates kerogen adsorption and clay pore adsorption of shale oil was proposed, and the evaluation charts of adsorption-swelling capacity of kerogen(Mk)and adsorbed oil capacity of clay minerals(Mc)were established, taking the 1st member of Cretaceous Qingshankou Formation in the northern Songliao Basin as an example. The model and charts were derived from swelling oil experiments performed on naturally evolved kerogens and adsorbed oil experiments on clays(separated from shale core samples). They were constructed on the basis of clarifying the control law of kerogen maturity evolution on its adsorption-swelling capacity, and considering the effect of both the clay pore surface area that occupied by adsorbed oil and formation temperature. The results are obtained in four aspects:(1)For the Qing 1 Member shale, with the increase of maturity,Mk decreases.Given Ro of 0.83%–1.65%,Mk is about 50–250 mg/g.(2)The clay in shale adsorbs asphaltene.Mc is 0.63 mg/m^(2),and about 15%of the clay pore surface is occupied by adsorbed oil.(3)In the low to medium maturity stages, the shale oil adsorption is controlled by organic matter. When Ro>1.3%,the shale oil adsorption capacity is contributed by clay pores.(4)The oil adsorption capacity evaluated on the surface at room temperature is 8%–22%(avg.15%)higher than that is held in the formations. The proposed evaluation model reveals the occurrence mechanisms of shale oils with different maturities, and provides a new insight for estimating the reserves of shale oil under formation temperature conditions.LI Jinbu WANG Min LU Shuangfang LIU Liang LI Ming ZHANG Yuchen WANG Xin ZHAO Xinbin ZHANG Jinyou ZHAO Ying 2023Petroleum Exploration and Development2023,50,5:0
Gecko-Inspired Slant Hierarchical Microstructure-Based Ultrasensitive Iontronic Pressure Sensor for Intelligent Interaction显示文摘Highly sensitive flexible pressure sensors play an important role to ensure the safety and friendliness during the human-robot interaction process.Microengineering the active layer has been shown to improve performance of pressure sensors. However, the current structural strategy almost relying on axial compression deformation suffers structural stifening, and together with the limited area growth efficiency of conformal interface, essentially limiting the maximum sensitivity. Here, inspired by the interface contact behavior of gecko's feet,we design a slant hierarchical microstructure to act as an electrode contacting with an ionic gel layer, fundamentally eliminating the pressure resistance and maximizing functional interface expansion to achieving ultrasensitive sensitivity.Such a structuring strategy dramatically improves the relative capacitance change both in the low-and high-pressure region, thereby boosting the sensitivity up to 36000kPa^(-1) and effective measurement range up to 30okPa.To verify the advantages of high sensitivity, the sensor is integrated with a soft magnetic robot to demonstrate a biomimetic Venus flytrap. The ability to perceive weak stimuli allows the sensor to be used as a sensory and feedback window, realizing the capture of small live insects and the transportation of fragile objects.Yongsong Luo Xiaoliang Chen Hongmiao Tian Xiangming Li Yangtianyu Lu Yang Liu Jinyou Shao 2022Research2022,,4:0
