1Alcohol,inflammation,and gut-liver-brain interactions in tissue damage and disease development显示文摘Chronic inflammation is often associated with alcoholrelated medical conditions. The key inducer of such inflammation, and also the best understood, is gut microflora-derived lipopolysaccharide (LPS). Alcohol can significantly increase the translocation of LPS from the gut. In healthy individuals, the adverse effects of LPS are kept in check by the actions and interactions of multiple organs. The liver plays a central role in detoxifying LPS and producing a balanced cytokine milieu. The central nervous system contributes to anti-inflammatory regulation through neuroimmunoendocrine actions. Chronic alcohol use impairs not only gut and liver functions, but also multi-organ interactions, leading to persistent systemic inflammation and ultimately, to organ damage. 4Comparison of high-resolution ultrasound and MR-enterography in patients with inflammatory bowel disease显示文摘AIM:To compare the results of high-resolution ultrasound(HR-US) and magnetic resonance enterography(MRE) examinations in patients with inflammatory bowel disease(IBD).METHODS:The reports of 250 consecutive cases with known IBD,who had an MRE and HR-US examination,were retrospectively analyzed.Using a patient-based approach we evaluated morphological disease features such as affected bowel wall,stenosis,abscess and fistula.The comparison between the two modalities was based on the hypothesis,that any pathological change described in any imaging modality was a true finding,as no further standard of reference was available for complete assessment.RESULTS:Two hundred and fifty examinations representing 207 different patients were evaluated.Both modalities assessed similar bowel wall changes in 65% of the examinations,with more US findings in 11% and more MRE findings in 15%.When the reports were analyzed with regard to 'bowel wall inflammation',US reported more findings in 2%,while MRE reported more findings in 53%.Stenoses were assessed to be identical in 8%,while US found more in 3% and MRE in 29%(P < 0.01).For abscess detection,US showed more findings in 2%(n = 4) while MRE detected more in 6%(n = 16).US detected more fistulas in 1%(n = 2),while MRE detected more in 13%(n = 32)(P < 0.001).The most common reason for no detected pathology by US was a difficult to assess anatomical region(lesser pelvis,n = 72).CONCLUSION:US can miss clinically relevant pathological changes in patients with IBD mostly due to difficulty in assessing certain anatomical regions.Andreas G Schreyer Cynthia Menzel Chris Friedrich Florian Poschenrieder Lukas Egger Christian Dornia Gabriela Schill Lena M Dendl Doris Schacherer Christl Girlich Ernst-Michael Jung 2011World Journal of Gastroenterology2011,17,8:7
5不同pH值培养液对肝细胞一氧化氮合成的影响显示文摘目的 探讨不同 pH值条件对肝细胞培养时一氧化氮 (NO)产生的影响及对肝细胞的损伤程度。方法 本研究首先将成年健康大鼠经静脉注射灭活有毒棒状杆菌 ,感染 4天后处死动物取肝脏作肝细胞分离并培养 ,2 4h后在培养液中加入L 精氨酸 ,同时将培养液调节成pH7.0、pH7.4及 pH7.8三组 ,又在每一 pH处理组中分出对照组 (CP组 )、大肠杆菌内毒素刺激组 (CP +LPS组 )及单甲基精氨酸抑制组 (CP +LPS +NMA组 ) ,继续培养 2 4h。结果 CP组产生约 10 0 μmol/L的NO ,pH值的改变对其无明显影响。在CP +LPS处理的肝细胞 ,pH7.4及 pH7.8组的值分别为 (2 39.3± 18) μmol/L及(2 2 8.4± 14.7) μmol/L ,显著高于pH7.0组 ((16 3.2± 5 .7) μmol/L ,P <0 .0 1)。加用NMA后 ,一氧化氮的产生明显减少 ,但三组间差异无显著性。加用LPS后肝细胞的损伤加重 ,pH7.0组LDH及ALT值显著高于 pH7.4及pH7.8组。当应用NMA抑制NO生成时 ,培养液中乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)和丙氨酸转氨酶 (ALT)值显著升高 ,并以酸性组为明显。在CP组肝细胞 ,iNOS的产生量在三种不同 pH处理间无明显差别 ,加用LPS刺激后 ,iNOS的合成明显增加 ,而且酸性或碱性情况下iNOS的合成较 pH7.4时更高。结论 对处于炎症状态的肝细胞 ,酸性环境会抑制一氧化氮合成 。舒志军 韩伏莅 Jung M Beger HG Nuessler AK 2000中华消化杂志2000,20,1:6
6Evaluation of an erosion-sediment transport model for a hillslope using laboratory flume data显示文摘Climate change can escalate rainfall intensity and cause further increase in sediment transport in arid lands which in turn can adversely affect water quality. Hence, there is a strong need to predict the fate of sediments in order to provide measures for sound erosion control and water quality management. The presence of microtopography on hillslopes influences processes of runoff generation and erosion, which should be taken into account to achieve more accurate modelling results. This study presents a physically based mathematical model for erosion and sediment transport coupled to one-dimensional overland flow equations that simulate rainfall-runoff generation on the rill and interrill areas of a bare hillslope. Modelling effort at such a fine resolution considering the flow connection between interrill areas and rills is rarely verified. The developed model was applied on a set of data gathered from an experimental setup where a 650 cm×136 cm erosion flume was pre-formed with a longitudinal rill and interrill having a plane geometry and was equipped with a rainfall simulator that reproduces natural rainfall characteristics. The flume can be given both longitudinal and lateral slope directions. For calibration and validation, the model was applied on the experimental results obtained from the setup of the flume having 5% lateral and 10% longitudinal slope directions under rainfall intensities of 105 and 45 mm/h, respectively. Calibration showed that the model was able to produce good results based on the R2(0.84) and NSE(0.80) values. The model performance was further tested through validation which also produced good statistics(R2=0.83, NSE=0.72). 8Fault detection method with PCA and LDA and its application to induction motor显示文摘A feature extraction and fusion algorithm was constructed by combining principal component analysis(PCA) and linear discriminant analysis(LDA) to detect a fault state of the induction motor.After yielding a feature vector with PCA and LDA from current signal that was measured by an experiment,the reference data were used to produce matching values.In a diagnostic step,two matching values that were obtained by PCA and LDA,respectively,were combined by probability model,and a faulted signal was finally diagnosed.As the proposed diagnosis algorithm brings only merits of PCA and LDA into relief,it shows excellent performance under the noisy environment.The simulation was executed under various noisy conditions in order to demonstrate the suitability of the proposed algorithm and showed more excellent performance than the case just using conventional PCA or LDA.JUNG D Y LEE S M 王洪梅 KIM J H LEE S H 2010Journal of Central South University2010,17,6:3

10National Forest Inventories capture the multifunctionality of managed forests in Germany显示文摘Background:Forests perform various important ecosystem functions that contribute to ecosystem services.In many parts of the world,forest management has shifted from a focus on timber production to multi-purpose forestry,combining timber production with the supply of other forest ecosystem services.However,it is unclear which forest types provide which ecosystem services and to what extent forests primarily managed for timber already supply multiple ecosystem services.Based on a comprehensive dataset collected across 150 forest plots in three regions differing in management intensity and species composition,we develop models to predict the potential supply of 13 ecosystem services.We use those models to assess the level of multifunctionality of managed forests at the national level using national forest inventory data.Results:Looking at the potential supply of ecosystem services,we found trade-offs(e.g.between both bark beetle control or dung decomposition and both productivity or soil carbon stocks)as well as synergies(e.g.for temperature regulation,carbon storage and culturally interesting plants)across the 53 most dominant forest types in Germany.No single forest type provided all ecosystem services equally.Some ecosystem services showed comparable levels across forest types(e.g.decomposition or richness of saprotrophs),while others varied strongly,depending on forest structural attributes(e.g.phosphorous availability or cover of edible plants)or tree species composition(e.g.potential nitrification activity).Variability in potential supply of ecosystem services was only to a lesser extent driven by environmental conditions.However,the geographic variation in ecosystem function supply across Germany was closely linked with the distribution of main tree species.Conclusions:Our results show that forest multifunctionality is limited to subsets of ecosystem services.The importance of tree species composition highlights that a lack of multifunctionality at the stand level can be compensated by managing forests at the landscape level,when stands of complementary forest types are combined.These results imply that multi-purpose forestry should be based on a variety of forest types requiring coordinated planning across larger spatial scales.Nadja K.Simons María R.Felipe-Lucia Peter Schall Christian Ammer Jürgen Bauhus Nico Blüthgen Steffen Boch François Buscot Markus Fischer Kezia Goldmann Martin M.Gossner Falk Hänsel Kirsten Jung Peter Manning Thomas Nauss Yvonne Oelmann Rodica Pena Andrea Polle Swen C.Renner Michael Schloter Ingo Schöning Ernst-Detlef Schulze Emily F.Solly Elisabeth Sorkau Barbara Stempfhuber Tesfaye Wubet Jörg Müller Sebastian Seibold Wolfgang W.Weisser 2021Forest Ecosystems2021,8,1:2
