1Highly conductive dodecaborate/MXene composites for high performance supercapacitors显示文摘With the increasingly prominent energy and environmental issues,the supercapacitors,as a highly efficient and clean energy conversion and storage devices,meet the requirements well.However,it is still a challenge to enhance the capacitance and energy density of supercapacitors.A novel and highly conductive dodecaborate/MXene composites have been designed for high performance supercapacitors.The surface charge property of MXene was modified by a simple ultrasonic treatment with ammonium ion,and the dodecaborate ion can be inserted into the inner surface of MXene by electrostatic adsorption.Due to the unique icosahedral cage conjugate structure formed by the B-B bond and the highly delocalized three-dimensionalπbond structure of the electrons,the negative charge is delocalied on the whole dodecaborate ion,which reduces the ability to bind to cations.Therefore,the cations can move easily,and the dodecaborate can act as a“lubricant”for ion diffusion between the MXene layers,which significantly improves the ion transfer rate of supercapacitors.The dodecaborate/MXene composites can achieve an extremely high specific capacitance of 366 F.g^-1 at a scan rate of 2 mV.s^-1,which is more than eight times higher than that of MXene(43 F1-)at the same scan rate.Our finding provides a novel route on the fabrication of the high performance supercapacitors.Zhenxing Li Chang Ma Yangyang Wen Zhiting Wei Xiaofei Xing Junmei Chu Chengcheng Yu Kaili Wang Zhao-Kui Wang 2020Nano Research2020,13,1:7
2Rapid analysis of fifteen sulfonamide residues in pork and fish samples by automated on-line solid phase extraction coupled to liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry显示文摘The aim of this work was to develop an automated on-line solid phase extraction(SPE)with liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method for the detection of fifteen sulfonamides in pork and fish samples.Samples were extracted with 0.2%formic acid acetonitrile solution,purified by on-line SPE device with HLB column,then separated by XBridge C18 column,using 0.1%formic acid solution and acetonitrile as the mobile phase.Mass spectrometric data was acquired under multiple reaction monitoring(MRM)mode using positive ionization electrospray.Internal standard method was used in the quantification,good linear relationship was got in range of 0.1–100 ng/mL and correlation coefficient was higher than 0.9990.The limits of detection were in the range of 0.125–2.00g/kg and the limits of quantitation were in the range of 0.250–5.00g/kg.Recoveries of the method were in range of 78.3%–99.3%,relative standard deviation were lower than 10%.The method was simple,sensitivity,and could be used for routine supervision and analysis of fifteen sulfonamides in pork and fish.Junmei Ma Sufang Fan Lei Sun Liangna He Yan Zhang Qiang Li 2020Food Science and Human Wellness2020,9,4:6
3Simultaneous determination of 15 pesticide residues in Chinese cabbage and cucumber by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry utilizing online turbulent flow chromatography显示文摘In this experiment,a liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry method was built to determine 15 pesticide residues in Chinese cabbage and cucumber samples based on online turbulent flow chromatography purification.After modified quick,easy,cheap,effective,rugged,and safe(QuEChERS)extraction,extracts were directly injected to the TLX(TurboFlow Liquid Xcalibur)system and brought to TurboFlow™columns for on-line purification and then transferred to analytical column for further separation and analysis.TurboFlow™columns types,transfer flow rate,and transfer time were optimized.Limits of detection and limits of quantification of the method obtained for 15 pesticide residues were ranged between 0.2–1.0μg/kg and 0.5–2.0μg/kg in Chinese cabbage and cucumber samples.Recoveries of pesticide residues were in range of 75.3%–103.7%.Matrix effects for 15 pesticides were in range of 5.6%–106.6%.The developed method has been successfully used for the determination of 15 pesticide residues in real samples.Sufang Fan Junmei Ma Meirong Cao Juan Wang Leilei Zhang Yan Zhang Qiang Li Jia Chen 2021Food Science and Human Wellness2021,10,1:5

5Gut microbiota mediates the absorption of FLZ,a new drug for Parkinson’s disease treatment显示文摘The gut microbiota plays an important role in regulating the pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of many drugs.FLZ,a novel squamosamide derivative,has been shown to have neuroprotective effects on experimental Parkinson’s disease(PD)models.FLZ is under phase I clinical trial now,while the underlying mechanisms contributing to the absorption of FLZ are still not fully elucidated.Due to the main metabolite of FLZ was abundant in feces but rare in urine and bile of mice,we focused on the gut microbiota to address how FLZ was metabolized and absorbed.In vitro studies revealed that FLZ could be exclusively metabolized to its major metabolite M1 by the lanosterol 14 alpha-demethylase(CYP51)in the gut microbiota,but was almost not metabolized by any other metabolism-related organs,such as liver,kidney,and small intestine.M1 was quickly absorbed into the blood and then remethylated to FLZ by catechol O-methyltransferase(COMT).Notably,dysbacteriosis reduced the therapeutic efficacy of FLZ on the PD mouse model by inhibiting its absorption.The results show that the gut microbiota mediate the absorption of FLZ through a FLZ-M1-FLZ circulation.Our research elucidates the vital role of the gut microbiota in the absorption of FLZ and provides a theoretical basis for clinical pharmacokinetic studies and clinical application of FLZ in the treatment of PD.Junmei Shang Shurong Ma Caixia Zang Xiuqi Bao Yan Wang Dan Zhang 2021Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2021,11,5:3
6Antrodia cinnamomea exerts an anti-hepatoma effect by targeting PI3K/AKT-mediated cell cycle progression in vitro and in vivo显示文摘Antrodia cinnamomea is extensively used as a traditional medicine to prevention and treatment of liver cancer.However,its comprehensive chemical fingerprint is uncertain,and the mechanisms,especially the potential therapeutic target for anti-hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)are still unclear.Using UPLC-Q-TOF/MS,139 chemical components were identified in A.cinnamomea dropping pills(ACDPs).Based on these chemical components,network pharmacology demonstrated that the targets of active components were significantly enriched in the pathways in cancer,which were closely related with cell proliferation regulation.Next,HCC data was downloaded from Gene Expression Omnibus database(GEO).The Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA)and Dis Ge NET were analyzed by bioinformatics,and 79 biomarkers were obtained.Furtherly,nine targets of ACDP active components were revealed,and they were significantly enriched in PI3 K/AKT and cell cycle signaling pathways.The affinity between these targets and their corresponding active ingredients was predicted by molecular docking.Finally,in vivo and in vitro experiments showed that ACDPs could reduce the activity of PI3 K/AKT signaling pathway and downregulate the expression of cell cycle-related proteins,contributing to the decreased growth of liver cancer.Altogether,PI3 K/AKT-cell cycle appears as the significant central node in anti-liver cancer of A.Cinnamomea.Yan Zhang Pin Lv Junmei Ma Ning Chen Huishan Guo Yan Chen Xiaoruo Gan Rong Wang Xuqiang Liu Sufang Fan Bin Cong Wenyi Kang 2022Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica B2022,12,2:2
7Rapid screening of 420 pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables using ultra high performance liquid chromatography combined with quadrupole-time of flight mass spectrometry显示文摘A new method for screening and identification 420 pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables by ultra-performance liquid chromatography coupled with quadrupole-time of flight mass spectrometry(UPLC-Q-TOF/MS)were developed.The samples were extracted with acetonitrile/acetic acid(99:1,V/V),and clean-up by SinChERS-Nano(single-step,cheap,effective,rugged,safe,nano)column,determined by UPLC-Q-TOF/MS.The accurate mass database and MS/MS database which contains 420 pesticides were established,the automatic retrieval of detection results was carried on according to the accurate mass,retention time,isotope ratio,ion fragment information,and so on.Method verification was performed on leeks samples.The results showed that 420 pesticides had good linearity in the range of 0.1-100μg/L,and the correlation coeffificients(R2)was greater than 0.990.The limits of detections(LODs)and limits of quantifications(LOQs)of 420 pesticides were in range of 0.05-2.0 and 0.1-5.0μg/L,respectively.The average spike recoveries at 3 levels were 70.1%to 119.7%,and the relative standard deviations(RSD)were lower than 20%(n=6).With this method,a survey of pesticide residues was conducted for 110 samples of 10 different fruits and vegetables,which provided scientific data for ensuring pesticide residue safety of the fruits and vegetables consumed daily by the public.This method was simple,sensitive and accurate,and could be used for rapid screening of 420 pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables.Junmei Ma Sufang Fan Liqiong Yang Liangna He Hongwen Zhai Xiaowei Ren Qiang Li Yan Zhang 2023Food Science and Human Wellness2023,12,4:2
8In situ fabrication of 2D SnS2 nanosheets as a new electron transport layer for perovskite solar cells显示文摘To promote commercialization of perovskite solar cells (PSCs), low-temperatureprocessed electron transport layer (ETL) with high carrier mobility still needs tobe further developed. Here, we reported two-dimensional (2D) tin disulfide(SnS2) nanosheets as ETL in PSCs for the first time. The morphologies of the 2DSnS2 material can be easy controlled by the in situ synthesized method on theconductive fluorine-doped fin oxide (FTO) substrate. We achieved a championpower conversion efficiency (PCE) of 13.63%, with the short-circuit currentdensity (Jsc) of 23.70 mA/cm2 open-circuit voltage (Voc) of 0.95 V, and fill factor(FF) of 0.61. The high Jsc of PSCs results from effective electron collection ofthe 2D SnS2 nanosheets from perovskite layer and fast electron transport tothe FTO. The low Voc and FF are the results of the lower conduction band of 2DSnS2 (4.23 eV) than that of TiO2 (4.0 eV). 10Structural Characteristics of Lycium ruthenicum Community & Soil Properties on Different Types of Desert Rangeland in the Lower Reaches of Shiyang River显示文摘[Objectives] To study structural characteristics of Lycium ruthenicum community and soil properties on different types of desert rangeland in the lower reaches of Shiyang River, and provide theoretical basis for ecological protection and management in the lower reaches of Shiyang River. [Methods] One-way ANOVA analysis and correlation analysis were carried out with the aid of SPSS19.0 software for different types of desert rangeland soils. [Results](i) Among the communities surveyed, there are 31 species belonging to 9 families and 28 genera, including 12 shrub plants, 8 perennial herbs and 11 annual herbs. There are more single genus, occupying 50% of total genus. L. ruthenicum occupies an important position in the community with relatively higher importance value. It plays a dominated role in the community.(ii) In the soils with depths of 0-10 cm, 10-20 cm, 20-40 cm and 40-60 cm in different types of desert rangeland, the organic carbon contents in the saline alkali soil were the highest, with the values of 1.08%, 0.98%, 0.89% and 0.972%, respectively. Compared with that in sandy land, soil organic carbon in saline alkali land(0-10 cm) had the significant difference(P<0.05), available soil potassium in saline alkali land(except the depth of 20-40 cm) and the total phosphorus content in saline alkali land(0-10 cm) had the significant difference(P<0.05), the total soil nitrogen, alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen, available phosphorus and the total potassium content had no significant difference(P>0.05). Soil organic carbon, available soil phosphorus in saline alkali land, total soil potassium on sand dune and total soil phosphorus in saline alkali land and gravel in different soil layers of the same type of desert rangeland had distinct aggregation effect.(iii) The soil microbial biomass in different types of desert rangeland displayed from high to low as saline alkali land > sandy land > fixed and semi fixed sandy land > gravel. The discrepancy of soil microbial biomass varied in different types of desert rangeland. The four soil enzyme activities in salinization was the highest. Soil invertase activity in saline alkali land in different soil layers were the highest. For different soil layers in the same type of desert rangeland, soil microbial biomass and invertase decreased gradually with the deepening of soil layer.(iv) There was a significant positive correlation between soil organic matter and microbial biomass carbon, microbial biomass nitrogen, phosphatase and sucrase(P<0.01), and a significant positive correlation with urease and catalase(P<0.05). Phosphorus content was significant positively correlated with urease, phosphatase and invertase(P<0.01), and positively correlated with microbial biomass carbon(P<0.05). Soil available potassium content was significant positively correlated with microbial and phosphatase(P<0.01). [Conclusions] The species of L. ruthenicum community and soil properties on different types of desert rangeland in the lower reaches of Shiyang River clearly shows that most species belong to a few families, and a few species belong to most families, and many species are single genus or single family. 13Determination of icariside,hyperoside and psoralen in food by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry显示文摘A high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS)method was built to determine icarside,hyperoside and psoralen in food.The samples were extracted with 70%methanol,the solid and semi-solid hotpot seasoning samples were purified by solid phase extraction column,and then determined by HPLC-MS/MS.Acetonitrile and 0.1%formic acid solution were used as the mobile phase,and the gradient elution was adopted for analysis.As shown in the results,the analytes had good linearity in the range of 0.05−100 ng/mL,and the correlation coeffificients(R^(2))were greater than 0.999.In this method,the limits of quantitation(LOQ)of psoralen,icariside and hyperoside in liquid samples were 1.25,25.0 and 12.5μg/L respectively;while the LOQs of psoralen,icariside and hyperoside in solid samples and hotpot seasoning samples were 1.25,25.0 and 12.5μg/kg,respectively.The liquid beverage,solid beverage,health food(in the form of oral liquid,capsule,tablet),integrated alcoholic beverage and solid hotpot seasoning were selected as representative samples and used for method validation.The average spiked recoveries at 3 levels(LOQ,2 LOQ,10 LOQ)were in the range of 83.7%−115.0%,and the relative standard deviations were in range of 0.5%−9.4%(n=6).The method is rapid,accurate and sensitive,which is suitable for the simultaneous determination of icariside,hyperoside and psoralen in different food matrices.Sufang Fan Junmei Ma Xiaoxian Yuan Xu Wang Yi Wang Yan Zhang 2023Journal of Future Foods2023,3,3:0
14Determination of egg and milk allergen in food products by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry based on signature peptides and isotope-labeled internal standard显示文摘The aim of this work was to develop a liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method for the determination of milk allergen and egg allergen in food products.Signature peptides GGLEPINFQTAADQAR,VGINYWLAHK,VLVLDTDYK,FFVAPFPEVFGK,and NAVPITPTLNR were confirmed and synthesized as the quantitative peptide of ovalbumin,α-lactalbumin,β-lactoglobulin,α_(S1)-casein andα_(S2)-casein,the relative isotope-labeled internal standards were used in the quantitative analysis.Linear range was in the range of0.5-5000.0 nmol/L for egg and milk allergen in bread,cake,cookie,rice crust and wheat flour samples with free from egg and milk,the limits of detection of milk allergens and egg allergen were in the range between0.94 mg/100 g and 56.71 mg/100 g,limits of quantification of milk allergens and egg allergen were in the range between 2.36 mg/100 g and 141.78 mg/100 g.The recoveries ranged from 76.7%to 122.8%,the relative standard deviations were in the range of 1.60%-15.60%.The developed method has been successfully used for the detection of egg and milk allergen in various food samples.Sufang Fan Junmei Ma Zhuo Liu Yawei Ning Meicong Cao Qiang Li Yan Zhang 2023Food Science and Human Wellness2023,12,3:0
15Determination of 19 polyphenolic compounds in tea by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography combined with quadrupole-time of flight mass spectrometry显示文摘A rapid method was presented for the determination of 19 polyphenols in tea by ultra-high performance liquid chromatography coupled with quadrupole-time of flight mass spectrometry(UPLC-Q-TOF MS).Tea samples were extracted by 50%(V/V)ethanol,then separated by Waters Acquity BEH C18 column using a binary solvent system composed of acetonitrile and water(0.1%formic acid)by gradient elution.The analytes were determined by Q-TOF MS in TOF MS and information dependent acquisition(IDA)-MS/MS mode.The results showed that mass accuracy error of the 19 polyphenols were lower than 5.0×10^(-6),good linear relationship was got in range of 0.2–500μg/L and correlation coefficient was higher than 0.9990.The LOD was in the range of 0.002–0.100 mg/kg and the LOQ was in the range of 0.004–0.200 mg/kg.Recovery of the method was in range of 78.4%–109.2%with spike levels of 0.004–2.000 mg/kg,relative standard deviations were lower than 10%.The method was simple,rapid and accurate.It could be used for the rapid screening and quantitative analysis of 19 polyphenols in tea.Jian Li Junmei Ma Yan Zhang Lei Zheng 2022Food Science and Human Wellness2022,11,3:0
16Photosynthetic Physiological Response to Drought Stress of Populus euphratica at Different Ages in Minqin显示文摘[Objectives]This study was conducted to investigate the photosynthetic physiological characteristics of Populus euphratica trees at different forest ages in the desert area of Minqin in response to drought stress.[Methods]With P.euphratica trees of different ages in Minqin as the research object,the water characteristics and photosynthetic physiological indexes(chlorophyll,soluble sugar,POD,SOD and MDA)were compared under different conditions.[Results]On the time gradient,the soil water contents of P.euphratica of different ages decreased continuously with the extension of irrigation stop time,but the decreases were small.Under the same stress treatment,the soil water contents of P.euphratica of different ages increased with the deepening of soil layer,but the differences were not significant(P>0.05).Under normal condition,the chlorophyll contents of P.euphratica at three ages gradually increased with the increase of age.The chlorophyll contents in leaves of P.euphratica at different ages were all lower under normal condition and higher under water stress.The changes of POD and SOD activity in leaves of P.euphratica at different ages under different conditions were basically the same,showing that the enzyme activity was higher under water stress than under normal under.The MDA contents in leaves of the young and middle P.euphratica forests were higher under water stress at 7 and 21 d than under normal condition,and the differences were not significant(P>0.05);and the MDA content in leaves of the mature P.euphratica forest was higher under water stress at 21 and 35 d than under normal condition.Drought stress has a certain effect on the photosynthetic physiological characteristics of P.euphratica.In summary,under drought stress,the chlorophyll content,SOD and POD activity,and MDA molar concentration in the leaves of P.euphratica were basically higher than under normal condition,indicating that P.euphratica could resist drought environment through osmotic adjustment and showed strong drought resistance.[Conclusions]This study provides a theoretical reference for the restoration,protection and reconstruction of natural P.euphratica forests in the desert area of Minqin.Chunxiu GUO Jianping MA Junmei MA Duoqing MAN Fei WANG Yunian ZHANG Peng ZHAO 2020Agricultural Biotechnology2020,9,4:0
