1Parameter identification and synchronization of spatiotemporal chaos in an uncertain Gray-Scott system显示文摘The zero-asymptotic property of sliding variables in discrete systems is extended to a continuous one and applied to partial differential equations which describe spatiotemporal chaos. A method of chaos synchronization and parameter identifi-cation is proposed. The synchronization controllers and the parameter recognizers are designed. The uncertain Gray-Scott system is taken as an example to verify the effectiveness of the method. Simulation results show that the identification vari-ables in the parameter recognizers may take the place of the unknown parameters in both target and response systems. 4Isolation and identification of CD4^+CD25^+ regulatory T cells in rat显示文摘Objective:To establish a stable and high efficient method for collection of CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells from rats in vitro.Methods:CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells were isolated from the rat splenic cells through two steps by magic cell sorting(MACS)system.The first step was negative selection of CD4+T cells by cocktail antibodies and anti-IgG magic microbeads,and the second step was positive selection of CD25+T cells by anti-CD25 PE and anti-PE magic microbeads.The purity and viability of separated cells were measured by flow cytometry(FACS)and Trypan blue staining.The suppressive ability of seperated cells on the proliferation of CD4+CD25-T cells was assessed by cell proliferation assay.Results:The purity of negatively enriched CD4+ T cells was 79%-87%(83.6% ± 2.5%),and the purity of positively enriched CD4+CD25+ T cells was 86%-93%(90.2 ± 1.8%)with the viability of 92%-95%(92.8% ± 3.4%).The enriched cells significantly suppressed the proliferation of CD4+CD25-T cells in mixed lymphocyte culture(P < 0.05).Conclusion:An effective method can be established for enrichment of CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells in two steps by MACS,with satisfied cell purity,viability and function.Ling Lü Feng Zhang Liyong Pu Chao Jiang 2006Journal of Nanjing Medical University2006,20,4:1
5Blast furnace ironmaking process with super high TiO_(2) in the slag:Density and surface tension of the slag显示文摘Aiming at the process of smelting ultra-high(>80%)or even full vanadium titanomagnetite in blast furnace,we are conducting a series of works on physics character of high TiO_(2) bearing blast furnace slag(BFS)for slag optimization.This work discussed the density and surface tension of high TiO_(2) bearing BFS using the Archimedean principle and the maximum bubble pressure method,respectively.The influence of TiO_(2) content and the MgO/CaO mass ratio on the density and surface tension of CaO-SiO_(2)-TiO_(2)-MgO-Al_(2)O_(3)slags were investigated Results indicated that the density of slags decreased with the TiO_(2) content increasing from 20wt%to 30wt%,but it increased slightly with the MgO/CaO mass ratio increasing from 0.32 to 0.73.In view of silicate network structure,the density and the degree of polymerization(DOP)of network structure have a consistent trend.The addition of TiO_(2) reduced(Q^(3))^(2)/(Q^(2)) ratio(Q^(2) and Q^(3) represent structural unit with bridge oxygen number of 2 and 3,respectively)and then decreased DOP,which led to the decrease of slag density.The surface tension of CaO-SiO_(2)-TiO_(2)-MgO-Al_(2)O_(3) slags decreased dramatically with the TiO_(2) content increasing from 20wt%to 30wt%.Conversely,it increased with the MgO/CaO mass ratio increasing from 0.32 to 0.73.Furthermore,the iso-surface tension lines were obtained under 1723 K using the Tanaka developed model in view of Butler formula.It may be useful for slag optimization of ultra-high proportion(>80%)or even full vanadium titanomagnetite under BF smelting.Zhengde Pang Yuyang Jiang Jiawei Ling Xuewei Lü Zhiming Yan 2022International Journal of Minerals,Metallurgy and Materials2022,29,6:3
6On the universal third order Stokes wave solution显示文摘This paper presents a universal third-order Stokes solution with uniform current. This solution is derived on the basis of potential theory by expanding the free surface and potential function in Fourier series and determining the Fourier coefficients by solving a set of nonlinear algebraic equations through the Taylor expansion and perturbation method. The universal solution is expressed upon the still water depth with the still water level as datum and retains a global perturbation parameter. The wave set-up term generated by the self-interaction of oscillatory waves is explicitly included in the free surface function. With the use of different definitions for the wave celerity, different water levels as the datum, different non-dimensional variables as the perturbation parameter, and different treatments for the total head, the universal solution can be reduced to the existing various Stokes solutions, thus explaining the reasons and the physical significance of different non-periodic terms in them, such as the positive or negative constant term in the free surface expression and the time-or space-proportional term in the potential function.SONG ZhiYao ZHAO HongJun LI Ling Lü GuoNian 2013Science China Earth Sciences2013,56,1:2

13De-emulsification of 2-ethyl-1-hexanol/water emulsion using oil-wet narrow channel combined with low-speed rotation显示文摘Low-speed rotation of disc in an internal circulation of a novel de-emulsification with rotation-dise horizental contactor(RHC-D) realized de-emulsification for O/W emulsions due to repeated coalescence in oil-wet narrow channels at a low rotation speed. For three emulsions included ethanol/water/2-ethyl-1-hexanol, ethanol/water/2-ethyl-1-hexanol/SDS(Sodium Dodecyl Sulfonate) and 2-ethyl-1-hexanol/water/SDS emulsion, deemulsification ratios of oil phase could reach 1, 1 and 0.67 respectively at 170 r·min-1, and de-emulsification ratios increased obviously after agitating 10 min. De-emulsification experiment in the seam indicated that oil droplet sizes in O/W emulsion became larger after de-emulsification. The main de-emulsification mechanism in RHCD was the coalescence of oil droplets in oil-wet narrow channels. With increase of the rotation speed, oil droplets dispersed better in the aqueous phase. However, de-emulsification effect enhanced due to the increase of the coalescence rate at a bit higher rotation speed. In addition, internal circulation made those O/W emulsions to be broken repeatedly, consequently de-emulsification ratio increased. 14Construction of hepatocyte growth factor gene recombinant adenovirus vector and its expression in rat bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells显示文摘Objective:To construct the adenoviral expression vector system containing human hepatocyte growth factor(hHGF)cDNA,and to further study the transduction efficiency and the expression of HGF in mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs).Methods:The HGF cDNA was amplificated from the expression plasmid pCMV-HGF,and was subcloned into the adenovirus shuttle plasmid pDC316-IRES-EGFP vector containing a green fluorescence protein(GFP)reporter gene.Virus Ad-HGF was produced by homologous recombination in HEK293 package cells.Bone marrow derived MSCs were harvested and cultured,and then were transduced with Ad-HGF.The efficiency of Ad-HGF transduction was assessed by FACS analysis using GFP gene expression.And HGF/MSCs were generated.The HGF concentrations in supernatants of HGF/MSCs were determined by ELISA using anti-human HGF monoclonal antibody.Results:The recombinant,named pDC316-HGF-IRES-eGFP,was digested with restriction enzyme,and the DNA sequencing of HGF was identical to the report in Genebank and did not reveal any mutation.GFP expression could be observed on the second day after packing of the linearized pAd-HGF in HEK293 cells and 7.15×1010pfu/ml titer of Ad-HGF was obtained.Forty-eight hours after transduction,96.89% of HGF/MSCs were GFP positive.Peak concentration levels of hHGF(103ng/mL)in the cultured supernatants were detected on day 2 post-transduction,and the adenovirus-mediated expression of HGF by MSCs was maintained for at least 2 weeks in vivo.Conclusion:Our data demonstrated that the adenovirus expression vector system pDC316-HGF-IRES-EGFP has been constructed successfully,and their effective expressions also have been obtained in MSCs.This will provide material basis for the next study on liver regeneration after small-for-size liver transplantation.Yue Yu Feng Zhang Ling Lü Ye Fan Guoqiang Li Xuehao Wang 2008Journal of Nanjing Medical University2008,22,2:0
15Spatial and Seasonal Variations of Nutrients in Sediment Profiles and Their Sediment-Water Fluxes in the Pearl River Estuary,Southern China显示文摘Three cruises were launched in the Pearl River Estuary(PRE)in 2005 to investigate the biogeochemical cycling of nutrients associated with early diagenesis related to degradation of organic matter.Seasonal and spatial variations of pore water nutrient concentrations and profile patterns in sediments were studied.Nutrient fluxes at the sediment-water interface(SWI)were measured by incubation experiments,and we here discussed the accumulation and transformation processes of nutrients at the SWI.The nutrients generally decreased from the Pearl River outlets downstream,indicating anthropogenic influences on the nutrient inputs in the estuary.NO3-N concentration was the highest of the three forms of DIN(dissolved inorganic nitrogen,the sum of NH4-N,NO3-N and NO2-N)in the overlying water,and NH4-N was the main component of DIN in pore water.The gradual increase of NH4-N and the rapid decrease of NO3-N with sediment depth provided the evidence for anaerobic conditions below the SWI.Negative fluxes of NO3-N and positive fluxes of NH4-N were commonly observed,suggesting the denitrification of NO3-N at the SWI.The DIN flux direction suggested that the sediment was the sink of DIN in spring,however,the sediment was generally the source of DIN in summer and winter.PO4-P distribution patterns were distinct while SiO4-Si inconspicuously varied in sediment profiles in different seasons.The flux results indicated that PO4-P mainly diffused from the water column to the sediment while SiO4-Si mainly diffused from the sediment to the water column.Generally,the incubated fluxes were the coupling of diffusion,bioturbation and biochemical reactions,and were relatively accurate in this study.Ling Zhang Lu Wang Kedong Yin Ying Lü Yongqiang Yang Xiaoping Huang 2014Journal of Earth Science2014,25,1:5
16Isolation and Expression Analysis of Two Genes Encoding Cinnamate 4-Hydroxylase from Cotton(Gossypium hirsutum)显示文摘Two genes(GhC4H1 and GhC4H2) that encode putative cotton cinnamate 4-hydroxylases that catalyze the second step in the phenylpropanoid pathway were isolated from developing cotton fibers. GhC4H1 and GhC4H2 each contain open reading frames of 1 518 base pairs(bp) in length and both encode proteins consisting of 505 amino acid residues. They are 90.89% identical to each other at the amino acid sequence level and belong to class I of plant C4 Hs. GhC4H1 and GhC4H2 genomic DNA are 2 247 and 2 161 bp long, respectively, and contain two introns located at conserved positions relative to the coding sequence. GhC4H1 and GhC4H2 promoters were isolated and found to contain many cis-elements(boxes P, L and AC-I element) previously identified in the promoters of other phenylpropanoid pathway genes. Histochemical staining showed GUS expression driven by the GhC4H1 and GhC4H2 promoters in ovules and fibers tissues. GhC4H1 and GhC4H2 were also widely expressed in other cotton tissues. GhC4H2 expression reached its highest level during the elongation stage of fiber development, whereas GhC4H1 expression increased during the secondary wall development period in cotton fibers. 17Shenfuqiangxin Capsule inhibits apoptosis through mitogen-activated protein kinase signal pathway in rats with cardio-renal syndrome induced by infrarenal aortic-clamping显示文摘OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of Shenfuqiangxin capsule and the underlying mechanism on cardio-renal syndrome(CRS) in rats induced by infrarenal aortic-clamping after renal ischaemia.METHODS: Male Wistar rats underwent infrarenal aortic-clamping after renal ischaemia or sham operation. The surviving CRS rats were divided randomly into three groups: CRS group(CRS + 10 m L·kg-1·d-1pure water by gavage), SFQX group(CRS + 13.2 g crude drug·kg- 1·d- 1Shenfuqiangxin by gavage),and handleregionpeptide(HRP)group(CRS+10mg/kg HRP by vein). Sham operation rats were given10 m L·kg-1·d-1pure water. Treatments were given8 weeks after surgery, which lasted for 4 weeks. Therats were detected for heart structure and function by transthoracic echocardiography. PPR m RNA was detected by Reverse Transcription Polymerase Chain Reaction(RT-PCR). To determine whether the mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK) signal pathway is included in the heart and kidney protective function of Shenfuqiangxin capsule, MAPK related proteins such as posophorylated C-Jun amino terminal kinase(p-JNK), posophorylated extracellular signal-regulated kinase ?(p-ERK1/2), posophorylated p38(p-p38) were examined by Western Blot.Apoptosis in heart and kidney tissues were detected by d UTP Nick End Labeling staining.RESULTS: Shenfuqiangxin capsule alleviated myocardial apoptosis and inhibited PRR m RNA expression and p-JNK, p-ERK1/2, p-p38 proteins expression in CRS rats.CONCLUSION: All the results suggest that Shenfuqiangxin capsule improves the injured heart and kidney function maybe through inhibition of MAPK response pathway.Wang Lei Wang Zi Yuan Ling Hao Di LüNan Li Xu 2017Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine2017,37,1:3
18Crustal thickness and composition in the South China Block:Constraints from earthquake receiver function显示文摘Crustal thickness and composition are closely related to geology and tectonic evolution of the region.Studying the differences in the crustal thickness and composition of the South China Block(SCB)is important to gain a comprehensive understanding of multi-phase amalgamation,breakup,reworking,and regional geodynamic processes.In this study,teleseismic data from 135 high-density portable broadband stations from Sino Probe were processed using Common Conversion Point(CCP)stacking and H-κstacking methods.The Moho depth and P-wave and S-wave velocity ratio(V_(p)/V_(s))were studied.Our results revealed several insights about the tectonic processes in the SCB.First,the crustal structure and V_(p)/V_(s)ratios of the Cathaysia Block,Jiangnan Orogenic Belt,and Yangtze Block were significantly different.The average depth of the Moho in the Cathaysia Block was approximately 31 km,and the V_(p)/V_(s)ratios increased from the inland area(1.66)to the coastal area(1.78),indicating the oceanward increase of mafic proportion in the lower crust,which is related to the influence of the Paleo-Pacific Plate westward subduction.Second,the crustal thickness of Jiangnan Orogenic Belt deepens from east ca.31 to the west ca.42 km and the V_(p)/V_(s)ratios varied from 1.75 to 1.64,illustrating a relatively felsic crust,which could have been related to the Mesozoic upper crustal thickening under compression followed by the lower crust removal under the extensional background.Third,the average crustal thickness of the Yangtze Block was 42 km,and the V_(p)/V_(s)ratios ranged from 1.64 to 1.84,presenting a positive correlation between the Moho depth and the V_(p)/V_(s)ratio,which is explained by the relatively thick mafic lower crust.Based on the variations in the crustal structure and V_(p)/V_(s)ratios of the profile,we inferred that the central part of the Jiangnan Orogenic Belt was bounded by the Jiangshan-Shaoxing-Hengyang in the east and the Jiujiang-Shitai-Jishou in the west.The small-scale Moho depth undulations at the intersection of the Cathaysia Block and the Jiangnan Orogenic Belt could be related to the Mesozoic compression-extension geodynamic transformation.Changxin CHEN Qingtian LÜ Ling CHEN Danian SHI Jiayong YAN Yinshuang AI 2022Science China Earth Sciences2022,65,4:3

20Molecular mechanism about lymphogenous metastasis of hepatocarcinoma cells in mice显示文摘AIM To investigate the correlation between lymphogenous metastasis and matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) activity and the expression of Fas Iigand of tumor cells in lymph nodes.METHODES Fifty-six inbred 615-mice were equally divided into 2 groups and inoculated with Hca-F and Hca-P cells. Their lymph node metastatic rates were examined.Growth fraction of lymphocytes in host lymph nodes was detected by flow cytometry. The Hca-F and Hca-P cells were cultured with extract of lymph node, liver or spleen.The quantity of MMPs in these supernatants was examined by zymographic analysis. The expression of Fas ligand,PCNA, Bcl-2 protein of Hca-F and Hca-P cells in the mice were examined by immunohistochemistry. The apoptosis signals of macrophages in lymph nodes were observed with in situ DNA fragmentation.RESULTS On the 28th day post-inoculation, the lymph node metastatic rate of Hca-F was 80% (16/20), whereas that of Hca-P was 25% (5/20). The growth fraction of lymphocytes was as follows: in the Hca-F cells, the proliferating peak of lymphocytes appeared on the 14th day post-inoculation and then decreased rapidly, while in HcaP cells, the peak appeared on the 7th day post-inoculation and then kept at a high level. With the extract of lymph node, the quantity of the MMP-9 activity increased (P<0.01) and active MMP-9 and MMP-2 were produced by both Hca-F and Hca-P tumor cells, which did not produce MMPs without the extract of lymph node or with the extracts of the liver and spleen. The expression of Fas Ligand of Hca-F cells was stronger than that of Hca-P cells (P<0.01). The expressions of PCNA and Bcl-2 protein of Hca-F cells in the tumors of inoculated area were the same as that of Hca-P cells. In situ DNA fragmentation showed that the positive signals of macrophages were around HcaF cells.CONCLUSION Secretion of MMPs which was associated with metastatic ability of Hca-F and Hca-P tumor cells depends on the environment of lymph nodes.
