| 6 | Performance Assessment of a Novel Polygeneration System Based on the Integration of Waste Plasma Gasification,Tire Pyrolysis,Gas Turbine,Supercritical CO_(2)Cycle and Organic Rankine Cycle显示文摘In this paper,a novel polygeneration system involving plasma gasifier,pyrolysis reactor,gas turbine(GT),supercritical CO_(2)(S-CO_(2))cycle,and organic Rankine cycle(ORC)has been developed.In the proposed scheme,the syngas is obtained by the gasification and the pyrolysis is first burned and drives the gas turbine for power generation,and then the resulting hot exhaust gas is applied to heat the working fluid for the supercritical CO_(2)cycle and the working fluid for the bottom organic Rankine cycle.In addition to the electrical output,the pyrolysis subsystem also produces pyrolysis oil and char.Accordingly,energy recovery is achieved while treating waste in a non-hazardous manner.The performance of the new scheme was examined by numerous methods,containing energy analysis,exergy analysis,and economic analysis.It is found that the net total energy output of the polygeneration system could attain 19.89 MW with a net total energy efficiency of 52.77%,and the total exergy efficiency of 50.14%.Besides,the dynamic payback period for the restoration of the proposed project is only 3.31 years,and the relative net present value of 77552640 USD can be achieved during its 20-year lifetime. | FENG Fuyuan LI Tongyu AN Jizhen CHEN Heng WANG Yi’nan XU Gang ZHAO Qinxin LIU Tong | 2023 | Journal of Thermal Science2023,32,6: | 0 |

| 8 | Expression,purification and identification of LBD domain of human PPARδ in E.coli显示文摘Peroxisome proliferator-activated receptors(PPARs) are ligand-activated transcription factors known to play a pivotal role in regulations of metabolism.In order to yield soluble ligand binding domain of PPARδ(PPARδLBD) for screening ligands,the cDNA was amplified using total RNA from HepG2 cells by RT-PCR.Then the enzyme-digested product was inserted downstream of the malE gene in the vector pMAL-p2x,which encoded maltose-binding protein(MBP),resulting in the expression of an MBP-PPARδLBD fusion protein.The recombinant plasmid was transformed into E.coli TB1 that was cultured shakily at 30 °C,200 r/min and induced by 0.4 mmol/L IPTG for 6 h.The cells were harvested by centrifugation and broken by sonication.The expressed fusion protein was soluble and accounted for 0.31 of the total protein in the supernatant.Western blot analysis showed that the expressed MBP-PPARδLBD could bind to anti-MBP-antibody.The MBP-PPARδLBD fusion protein of 77 kDa and the PPARδLBD protein of 34 kDa were obtained by amylose-resin affinity chromatography without or with digestion of Factor Xa.They were both homogeneity,judged by SDS-PAGE.The recombinant MBP-PPARδLBD and PPARδLBD protein with high purity is obtained,which provides the necessary material for screening and researching PPARδ ligands. | Liu Hua Li Changqing Ling Baodong Zhou Qinxin | 2009 | Journal of Medical Colleges of PLA(China)2009,24,2: | 0 |

| 10 | Zebrafish Foxc1a controls ventricular chamber maturation by directly regulating wwtr1 and nkx2.5 expression显示文摘Chamber maturation is a significant process in cardiac development. Disorders of this crucial process lead to a range of congenital heart defects. Foxc1a is a critical transcription factor reported to regulate the specification of cardiac progenitor cells. However, little is known about the role of Foxc1a in modulating chamber maturation. Previously, we reported that foxc1a-null zebrafish embryos exhibit disrupted heart structures and functions. In this study, we observe that ventricle structure and cardiomyocyte proliferation are abolished during chamber maturation in foxc1a-null zebrafish embryos. To observe the endogenous localization of Foxc1a in the hearts of living embryos, we insert eyfp at the foxc1a genomic locus using TALEN. Analysis of the knockin zebrafish show that foxc1a is widely expressed in ventricular cardiomyocytes during chamber development. Cardiac RNA sequencing analysis reveals the downregulated expression of the Hippo signaling effector wwtr1. Dual-luciferase and chromatin immunoprecipitation assays reveal that Foxc1a can bind directly to three sites in the wwtr1 promoter region. Furthermore, wwtr1m RNA overexpression is sufficient to reverse the ventricle defects during chamber maturation. Conditional overexpression of nkx2.5 also partially rescues the ventricular defects during chamber development. | 11 | Bacterial community diversity of meltwater runoff and soil in Midre Lovénbreen glacier in Ny-Alesund,Arctic显示文摘Glacial meltwater runoff is a dynamic ecosystem.On the one hand,nutrient concentration changes as it flows from upstream to downstream,and on the other hand,bacterial community structure changes due to its contact with nearby soil during the flow process.We studied meltwater and soil in the Midre Lovénbreen glacier region,to explore changes in bacterial diversity as meltwater flows,and the relationship between meltwater and soil bacterial diversity.As glacial meltwater flows from upstream to downstream,the relative abundance of dominant bacterial groups changes.In addition,we found that during the flowing process,nutrient exchange and bacterial contact had occurred between the meltwater runoff and the soil.As a result,the distribution patterns of some bacteria in the meltwater are very similar to those in the soil.Finally,we combined distance-based redundancy analysis and weighted correlation network analysis to show that NO_(3)^(-)-N and NO_(2)^(-)-N are the most two significant factors affecting glacial meltwater and soil,respectively.Our results suggest that in such a close-knit ecosystem,the interaction of glacial meltwater with soil,as well as environmental factors,together determine bacterial community composition. | LIN Lidong WANG Nengfei HAN Wenbing ZHANG Botao ZANGJiaye LI Qinxin QIN Yiling WANG Long ZHANG Fang LIU Jie | 2022 | Advances in Polar Science2022,33,2: | 0 |
