| 1 | A preliminary analysis of fishery resource exhaustion in the context of biodiversity decline显示文摘Marine biodiversity in almost all oceans is being threatened at the genetic, species, and ecosystem levels. The marine ecosystem is being degraded and the extinction rate of marine organisms has accelerated. In this paper, the potential causes of fishery resource exhaustion in the East China Sea are analyzed, including the change in the stoichiometric composition of seawater with regard to the concentrations of N and P, toxic effects of marine pollution, marine habitat destruction, increased seawater temperatures caused by climate warming, ocean acidification, pressure from overfishing, and the spread of marine pathogenic bacteria. It is believed that the factors mentioned above have significant impact on the exhaustion of fishery resources in the East China Sea. However, considering the cumulative, synergistic, and superimposed effects as well as the amplification effects resulting from their interactions, the actual risk of ecological extinction of marine organisms might be even more severe than that previously estimated. Hence, ecosystem management and research focused on a single risk factor or influencing factor is not enough to prevent marine ecosystem degradation and fishery resource exhaustion. | 2 | Road Performances of Mesoporous Nano-silica Modified Asphalt Binders显示文摘The objective of this paper was to find new modifier to improve the aging resistance and low temperature cracking resistance of asphalt. To investigate the aging resistance of modified asphalt binders, mesoporous nano-silica(doping Ti^(4+)) was used as a asphalt modifier. Some physical properties including penetration, ductility, and softening point of asphalt were analyzed with RTFO(Rotating thin film oven) aging and ultraviolet aging. Moreover, the performances of high and low temperature of modified asphalt binders with pressure aging were tested by dynamic shear rheometer(DSR) test and bending beam rheometer(BBR) test. These results showed that the penetration decreased, low temperature ductility, and softening point increased when adding mesoporous nano-silica to base asphalt. After ultraviolet radiation aging, the penetration loss and ductility loss of modified asphalt decreased than that of original asphalt, the increase of softening point was also significantly reduced than that of base asphalt. Furthermore, The test results of DSR and BBR showed that the G*sinδ and creep modulus‘s' of pressure aged asphalt decreased, but the creep rate ‘m' increased. | 3 | Trace Amounts of Triple-Functional Additives Enable Reversible Aqueous Zinc-Ion Batteries from a Comprehensive Perspective显示文摘Although their cost-effectiveness and intrinsic safety,aqueous zinc-ion batteries suffer from notorious side reactions including hydrogen evolution reaction,Zn corrosion and passivation,and Zn dendrite formation on the anode.Despite numerous strategies to alleviate these side reactions have been demonstrated,they can only provide limited performance improvement from a single aspect.Herein,a triple-functional additive with trace amounts,ammonium hydroxide,was demonstrated to comprehensively protect zinc anodes.The results show that the shift of electrolyte pH from 4.1 to 5.2 lowers the HER potential and encourages the in situ formation of a uniform ZHS-based solid electrolyte interphase on Zn anodes.Moreover,cationic NH^(4+)can preferentially adsorb on the Zn anode surface to shield the“tip effect”and homogenize the electric field.Benefitting from this comprehensive protection,dendrite-free Zn deposition and highly reversible Zn plating/stripping behaviors were realized.Besides,improved electrochemical performances can also be achieved in Zn//MnO_(2)full cells by taking the advantages of this triple-functional additive.This work provides a new strategy for stabilizing Zn anodes from a comprehensive perspective. | Ruwei Chen Wei Zhang Quanbo Huang Chaohong Guan Wei Zong Yuhang Dai Zijuan Du Zhenyu Zhang Jianwei Li Fei Guo Xuan Gao Haobo Dong Jiexin Zhu Xiaohui Wang Guanjie He | 2023 | Nano-Micro Letters2023,15,6: | 2 |

| 8 | Effects of the grain alignment on the coercivity and its angular dependence for NdCoFeB permanent magnets显示文摘The dependence of the macroscopic magnetism for NdCoFeB permanent magnet on the degree of grain alignment has been studied. With an increase in grain alignment degree, the coercivity of the permanent magnet decreases and the remanence increases. The decrease rate of the coercivity is smaller than the increase rate of the remanence. The coercivity H c(θ) increases with increasing angle θ between the applied field and the texture axis, and for the permanent magnets with good grain alignment the increase rate of H c(θ) is large. | 11 | The efficacies and biomarker investigations of antiprogrammed death-1 (anti-PD-1)-based therapies for metastatic bone and soft tissue sarcoma显示文摘Objective:Sarcomas are a group of rare malignancies with various subtypes.Patients with metastatic sarcoma who have failed traditional treatments can possibly achieve better prognoses from using novel therapies,including anti-programmed death-1(PD-1)-based therapies.Methods:We retrospectively analyzed clinical data of 24 metastatic sarcoma patients from June 15,2016 to December 30,2019.These patients mainly received angiogenesis inhibitors combined with anti-PD-1 therapy after they became resistant to traditional treatments.Furthermore,8 patients underwent panel DNA and whole transcript sequencing.Results:Six patients received 2 cycles of anti-PD-1 therapy and were included in the safety evaluation only group.The median follow-up time was 5.77 months.The median progression-free survival was 7.59 months,the overall response rate was 16.7%and the disease control rate was 55.6%.Based on whole exome and transcript sequencing data,there was no association between TMB,TNB,MSI,HLA-LOH,and PD-L1 expressions and sarcoma types with clinical responses.Immunotherapy efficacy and bioinformatics analyses indicated higher intratumoral heterogeneity(ITH)in progressive disease(PD)patients and lower ITH in partial response(PR)and stable disease patients.A higher percentage of immune cell infiltration,especially monocytes,was observed in PR patients.Active stromal gene expression was increased in PD patients but decreased in PR patients.Enrichment analysis revealed that an increased TGF-βsignaling pathway was reversely correlated with anti-PD-1 efficacy,while a decreased inflammatory response signaling pathway was positively correlated with anti-PD-1 efficacy.Conclusions:Our study showed PD-1 inhibitors combined with anti-angiogenesis agents were effective and well-tolerated.ITH,monocyte ratio,stroma subtypes,and the status of immune-associated signaling pathways may be related with anti-PD-1 based therapy. | Jia Lu Ting Li Zhichao Liao Hui Yu Yongtian Zhao Haixiao Wu Zhiwu Ren Jun Zhao Ruwei Xing Sheng Teng Yun Yang Xiangchun Li Kexin Chen Jonathan Trent Jilong Yang | 2022 | Cancer Biology & Medicine2022,19,6: | 0 |
| 12 | Clinical study of apatinib in the treatment of stage IV osteogenic sarcoma after failure of chemotherapy显示文摘Objective:To analyze the efficacy and safety o f apatinib in the treatment of stage IV osteogenic sarcoma after chemotherapy failure through a single-arm,prospective,and open clinical phase II study.Methods:Information on 34 patients with stage IV osteogenic sarcoma treated with apatinib after failure o f chemotherapy in Tianjin Medical University Cancer Institute and Hospital between September 2015 and December 2019 was collected and analyzed.The participants included 23 males and 11 females,with an average age of 35.24 years(11-73 years).The objective response rate(ORR),disease control rate(DCR),progression-free survival(PFS),PFS rate(PFR),and overall survival(OS)were evaluated.The treatmentrelated adverse events(AEs)and safety of apatinib were also evaluated.Results:O f the 34 patients,33 were able to be evaluated for efficacy.One patient received apatinib treatment for less than one cycle;therefore,only safety analysis was performed.The 12-week clinical evaluation showed that 2 patients had a partial response(PR),24 patients had stable disease(SD),and 7 patients had progressive disease(PD).The ORR,DCR,and PFR at 12 weeks were 6.06%(2/33),78.79%(26/33),and 82%,respectively.By the end of the follow-up,6 patients had SD(18.18%,6/33),27 patients had PD(81.82%,27/33),and 15 patients died because of disease progression(45.45%,15/33).The ORR was 0(0/33),the DCR was 18.18%(6/33),and the median PFS(mPFS)was 7.89 months(95%Cl:4.56-11.21).The median OS(mOS)was 17.61 months(95%Cl:10.85-24.37).The most common treatment-related AEs were hand-foot syndrome(35.29%,12/34),proteinuria(32.35%,11/34),and hypertension(32.35%,11/34). | Zhichao Liao Ting Li Chao Zhang Xinyue Liu Ruwei Xing Sheng Teng Yun Yang Gang Zhao Xu Bai Jun Zhao Jilong Yang | 2020 | Cancer Biology & Medicine2020,17,2: | 0 |
