1Bidding Strategy of a Virtual Power Plant Considering Carbon-electricity Trading显示文摘Virtual power plant(VPP)aggregates large amounts of distributed energy and controllable loads.The comprehensive consideration of carbon emissions and electricity transactions has great significance in improving the VPP operation’s economic efficiency.In this paper,the bidding strategy of the VPP by considering the carbon-electricity integration trading in an auxiliary service(AS)market is studied.First of all,the basic structure and operating features of the VPP are briefly introduced.Then,the bidding strategy model of carbon-electricity integration trading in an auxiliary service market is proposed and the corresponding objective function and the constraint conditions are also analyzed.Furthermore,the GAMS solver is utilized to give the optimal solution of the bidding strategy model.Finally,the effectiveness of the bidding strategy of a VPP based on the consideration of carbon-electricity integration trading is verified through simulation cases.Dechang Yang Shaowen He Qiuyue Chen Dingqian Li Hrvoje Pandzic 2019CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2019,5,3:14

3Distribution feature of terrestrial heat flow densities in the Bohai Basin,East China显示文摘Temperature logging curves at 8 boreholes and well-testing temperature data at 142 boreholes are used to determine geotemperature gradients in the Bohai Basin. The thermal conductivities of 86 rock samples are measured at laboratory and the effects of porosity and temperature are corrected to obtain conductivities in situ. Terrestrial heat flow densities at 76 wells are determined based on these data. The distribution of the heat flow indicates that the terrestrial heat flow in the Bohai Basin is relatively high with an average value of 65.8 mW/m2. This characteristic is caused by the tectonic evolution of the basin. 4Receiver function analysis for seismic structure of the crust and uppermost mantle in the Liupanshan area, China显示文摘A portable broadband seismic array was deployed from the northeast Tibetan Plateau to the southwest Ordos block, China. The seismic structure of the crust and uppermost mantle of the Liupanshan area is obtained using receiver function analysis of teleseismic body waves. The crustal thickness and Poisson's ratios are estimated by stacking the weighted amplitudes of receiver functions. Our results reveal complex seismic phases in the Liupanshan area, implying intense deformation at the boundary between the Tibetan Plateau and the Ordos block. The average crustal thickness is 51.5 km in the northeast Tibetan Plateau, 53.5 km in the Liupan Mountain and 50 km in the southwest Ordos block, resulting in a concave Moho beneath the Liupan Mountain. The Poisson's ratio of the Liupanshan area varies between 0.27-0.29, higher than the value of 0.25-0.26 to the east and west of the Liupan Mountain, suggesting partial melting in the lower crust. 5Clinical antiangiogenic effect of recombinant adenovirus-p53 combined with hyperthermia for advanced cancer显示文摘Objective:To assess the safety and clinical antiangiogenic effect of recombinant adenovirus-p53(rAd-p53)combined with hyperthermia plus or not plus radiotherapy in advanced cancer.Methods:Expression of Vascular epithelial growth factor(VEGF)after intratumoral injection of rAd-p53was assayed by immunohistochemistry(IHC)imaging.Forty-four patients with advanced cancer were enrolled into this clinical study.The patients were intratumorally injected with rAd-p53(Gendicine)at a dose of 1×1012vp once a week,with a total of 4-54(mean 7.7)times.Total of 4-29(mean 8.5)times of hyperthermia was given to the patients.Among the 44 patients,30 patients were concurrently added with radiotherapy of a total dose 30-76 Gy/15-38 f/3-8 w(mean 58 Gy).Results:Before and after intratumoral injection of rAd-p53,the VEGF IHC positive cell scores were 2.80and 1.50,respectively(P=0.031).The treatment of rAd-p53 combined with hyperthermia plus or not plus radiotherapy in advanced cancer achieved CR rate of 13.60%(6/44),and PR rate of 29.6%(13/44),and thus the effective rate was 43.2%.In addition to 6 patients with CR,19 patients(19/38,50.0%)had low density area(LDA)of more than 50%area on CT image within tumor indicating tumor tissue necrosis.Conclusions:Our data indicate that rAd-p53 inhibits VEGF expression and angiogenesis,and promotes tumor necrosis and shrinkage induced by hyperthermia plus or not plus radiotherapy in advanced cancer.Xiaofan Li Shaowen Xiao Yongheng Li Shanwen Zhang 2013Chinese Journal of Cancer Research2013,25,6:6

8Community characteristics of macrobenthos in the Huanghe(Yellow River) Estuary during water and sediment discharge regulation显示文摘The community characteristics of macrobenthos in the Huanghe(Yellow River) Estuary is influenced by a combination of natural and anthropogenic factors. Here, we investigated short-term changes(1-month) in macrobenthic community structure in response to water and sediment discharge regulation(WSDR) in 2011.Specifically, we sampled the macrobenthos at 18 sampling stations situated at four distances(5, 10, 20, and 40 km)from the mouth of the Huanghe Estuary before(mid-June), during(early-July), and after(mid-July) WSDR. The results showed that a total of 73, 72, and 85 species were collected before, during, and after WSDR, respectively.Then, 13, 1, and 16 dominant species were detected at this three periods. Four phyla were primarily detected at all three periods(Annelida, Mollusca, Arthropoda, and Echinodermata). However, while Mollusca and Annelida were the most important phyla in our study, Echinodermata and Annelida were the most important phyla in 1982,demonstrating major changes to community structure over a 3-decadal period. All stations were of high quality BOPA index before WSDR, whereas two and three stations were of reduced quality BOPA index during and after WSDR, respectively. The results of ABC curves showed that had incurred disturbed conditions after human activities WSDR. Most important of all, multivariate analyses and RDA analysis indicated that the structure of the macrobenthic community was closely linked to environment factors, including that organic content factor caused the distribution of macrobenthic community mostly during WSDR, while water depth after WSDR affected the macro benthos community structure seriously, and during WSDR, the environment factor influencing it was not single, including organic content, sulfide content, Hg and As. These differences may have been due to changes in water transparency negatively impacting the growth and development of macrobenthos, due to specific lifehistory requirements. Our results demonstrate that anthropogenic activity is having both long-term(3 decadal)and short term(1-month) impacts on the structure of the macrobenthic community of the Huanghe Estuary. In conclusion, human activities WSDR influence the habitat environment of macro benthos, including the water temperature, nutrients, bioturbation, and so on. 10Numerical Study of the Air Bleeding Caused Non-Uniformity in Axial Compressor显示文摘Bleeding in the compressor is getting more and more attractive because the increasing demand of bleeding rate as the temperature of the first stage of turbine gets higher and needs more cooling air.Though plenty of work has been done about bleeding,however,most of the work is studied with a single passage or ignoring the real structure of the bleeding system.In the present study,multi-passage calculation was used through ANSYS CFX to consider the finite duct holes in the whole blade row,and the effect of the axial location of bleeding slot on the non-uniformity of the blade passage was investigated,and the non-uniform could maintain a low level when bleeding at the front part of the blade passage and the non-uniformity would become large when moving the bleeding slot much further downstream.Afterward,the air bleeding mass flow rate was studied.It’s found that the non-uniformity of air bleeding mass flow is small when bleeding at a low mass flow rate in each passage and results in relatively uniform flow field in the passage.However,the non-uniformity increases significantly as the bleeding mass flow rate increases.Some flow field details were also given to study how the flow field changes when bleeding non-uniformly.CHEN Shaowen GONG Yun LI Weihang WANG Songtao WANG Zhongqi 2020Journal of Thermal Science2020,29,1:1
11Performance of classic multiple factor analysis and model fitting in crop modeling显示文摘Multivariate statistical analysis and regression,which are typical methods for crop modeling,have direct influence on the accuracy of model,but the applications of these methods usually depend on experiences.In this research,the performances of some common methods of statistical analysis and regression model were compared and verified,in order to avoid the blindness in crop modeling.The monitoring data of growth environment and photosynthesis of tomato,pumpkin and cucumber were obtained by PTM-48A.For the object variable of CO2 exchange rate,selectivity on the main environmental factors by correlation analysis and path analysis were quantitatively compared.The performances of four kinds of multivariate binomial regression equations were compared using a comprehensive aggregative indicator,and the effectiveness of modeling was verified with the selected optimized multivariate statistical analysis and regression equation.Results showed that path analysis was more comprehensive and effective than correlation to discrimination of the variables,especially the path analysis ruled out some suspected independent variables which were not really independent,and the pure quadratic was more suitable to crop modeling because of its simple structure and high accuracy when the data set was small.The conclusion of this research has a general applicability,and offers a useful reference and guide for the other study and application of crops’modeling.Jiang Zhaohui Zhang Jing Yang Chunhe Rao Yuan Li Shaowen 2016International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2016,9,2:1
12Single-atom Cu anchored on N-doped graphene/carbon nitride heterojunction for enhanced photocatalytic H_(2)O_(2) production显示文摘Photocatalytic production of H_(2)O_(2) by polymeric carbon nitride has been regarded as a promising ap-proach for the conversion of solar energy into valuable chemicals.However,the efficiency of pristine car-bon nitride is limited by the rapid charge recombination and the lack of suitable active sites.Herein,we introduce single-atom Cu anchored on N-doped graphene(Cu-NG)as a cocatalyst coupled with carbon nitride via covalent bonding to enhance photocatalytic H_(2)O_(2) production.The Cu-NG/carbon nitride could broaden the light absorption from UV to near-infrared region,contributing to the photocatalytic process.Moreover,NG containing electron-rich N atoms could serve as anchoring sites for stabilizing single-atom Cu.Importantly,the single-atom Cu acts not only as an electron sink to steer the interfacial charge sep-aration but also as an active site for molecular oxygen adsorption and activation.With the synergistic effect of the enhanced interfacial charge separation and suitable active sites,Cu-NG/carbon nitride ex-hibits improved photocatalytic performance with an H_(2)O_(2) generation rate of 2856μmol g^(−1)h^(−1),which is 2.6 times that of pristine carbon nitride.This work provides a protocol for high-performance photocat-alytic H_(2)O_(2) production using a single-atom cocatalyst.Han Li Bicheng Zhu Bei Cheng Guoqiang Luo Jingsan Xu Shaowen Cao 2023Journal of Materials Science & Technology2023,,30:1

18Update on molecular diversity and multipathogenicity of staphylococcal superantigen toxins显示文摘Staphylococcal superantigen(SAg)toxins are the most notable virulence factors associated with Staphylococcus aureus,which is a pathogen associated with serious community and hospital acquired infections in humans and various diseases in animals.Recently,SAg toxins have become a superfamily with 29 types,including staphylococcal enterotoxins(SEs)with emetic activity,SE-like toxins(SEIs)that do not induce emesis in primate models or have yet not been tested,and toxic shock syndrome toxin-1(TSST-1).SEs and SEIs can be subdivided into classical types(SEA to SEE)and novel types(SEG to SEIY,SE01,SE02,SEI26 and SEI27).The genes of SAg toxins are located in diverse accessory genetic elements and share certain structural and biological properties.SAg toxins are heat-stable proteins that exhibit pyrogenicity,superantigenicity and capacity to induce lethal hypersensitivity to endotoxin in humans and animals.They have multiple pathogenicities that can interfere with normal immune function of host,increase the chances of survival and transmission of pathogenic baaeria in host,consequently contribute to the occurrence and development of various infeaions,persistent infeaions or food poisoning.This review focuses on the following aspeas of SAg toxins:(1)superfamily members of classic and novelty discovered staphylococcal SAgs;⑵diversity of gene locations and molecular structural characteristics;(3)biological characteristics and activities;(4)multi-pathogenicity of SAgs in animal and human diseases,including bovine mastitis,swine sepsis,abscesses and skin edema in pig,arthritis and septicemia in poultry,and nosocomial infections and food-borne diseases in humans.Dongliang Hu Shaowen Li Rendong Fang Ono K.Hisaya 2021Animal Diseases2021,1,2:1
19Predicting sandy soil moisture content with hyperspectral imaging显示文摘In this study,a rapid and non-invasive technology for predicting soil moisture content(SMC)was presented based on hyperspectral imaging(HSI).Firstly,a set of HSI system was developed to collect both spectral(400-1000 nm)and spatial(1620×841 pixels)information from sandy soil samples with variable SMC levels in the laboratory.Principal component analysis(PCA)transformation,K-means clustering,and several other image processing methods were performed to obtain a region of interest(ROI)of soil sample from the original HSI data.Then,256 optimal spectral wavelengths were selected from the average reflectance of the ROI,and 28 textural features were extracted using a gray-level co-occurrence matrix(GLCM).Data dimensionality reduction was conducted on both the spectral information and textural information by using a partial least square algorithm.Six latent variables(LVs)extracted from the spectral information,four LVs extracted from the textural information and fused data were used to build regression models with a three-layer BPNN,respectively.The results showed that all of the three calibration models achieved high prediction accuracy,particularly when using spectral information with R^(2)_(C)=0.9532 and RMSEC=0.0086.However,validation models demonstrate that predicting SMC using fused data is more effective than using spectral reflectance and textural features separately,with a R^(2)_(P)=0.9350 and RMSEP=0.0141,thus proving that the HSI technique is capable of detecting SMC.Qi Haijun Jin Xiu Zhao Liu DEDO Irene Maxime Li Shaowen 2017International Journal of Agricultural and Biological Engineering2017,10,6:1
20Highly Efficient Photothermocatalytic CO_(2) Reduction in Ni/Mg-Doped Al_(2)O_(3) with High Fuel Production Rate, Large Light-to-Fuel Efficiency, and Good Durability显示文摘A novel nanocomposite of Ni nanoparticles loaded on Mg-doped Al_(2)O_(3)(Ni/Mg-Al_(2)O_(3))was prepared.By photothermocatalytic CO_(2) reduction with methane(CRM)merely using focused UV-vis-IR illumination on Ni/Mg-Al_(2)O_(3),high production rates of H_(2)(r_(H2),69.71 mmol min^(−1) g^(−1))and CO(rCO,74.57 mmol min^(−1) g^(−1))and an extremely large light-to-fuel efficiency(η,32.9%)are acquired.High rH2 and rCO(51.07 and 59.66 mmol min^(−1) g^(−1))and a largeη(32.5%)are acquired even by using focusedλ>560 nm vis-IR illumination.Ni/Mg-Al_(2)O_(3) shows good durability for photothermocatalytic CRM due to the side reaction of carbon deposition being enormously inhibited in comparison with a reference catalyst of Ni nanoparticles loaded on Al_(2)O_(3).The enormous carbon deposition inhibition is ascribed to the presence of a fence of CO_(2) molecules(strongly adsorbed on Mg-doped Al_(2)O_(3))around Ni nanoparticles,which block the polymerization and growth of carbon species to nanofibers by promoting the oxidation of carbon species formed by CH_(4) dissociation.The high photothermocatalytic activity of Ni/Mg-Al_(2)O_(3) arises from efficient light-driven thermocatalytic CRM.A photoactivation is found to considerably raise the photothermocatalytic activity of Ni/Mg-Al_(2)O_(3) because of the apparent activation energy(Ea)being substantially decreased upon focused illumination.The Ea reduction is associated with the rate-determining steps of CRM(e.g.,CH_(4) dissociation and the oxidation of carbon species)being accelerated upon focused illumination.Xin Tan Shaowen Wu Yuanzhi Li Qian Zhang Qianqian Hu Jichun Wu An Zhang Yongdi Zhang 2022Energy & Environmental Materials2022,5,2:1
