1A seamless operation mode transition control strategy for a microgrid based on master-slave control显示文摘This paper proposes a control strategy that can realize seamless microgrid operation mode transition between grid-connected operation and stand-alone operation.The scenario of a microgrid based on master-slave control is considered,where the master distributed generation(DG) unit operates in different control schemes in different microgrid operation modes,while other slave DG units operate with power/current control all the time.The proposed control strategy focuses on the master DG unit,and contains the control state/reference compensation algorithm and separation switch control logic.The proposed method can effectively reduce the impact on the critical loads and DG units caused by microgrid operation mode transitions.WANG ChengShan LI XiaLin GUO Li LI YunWei 2012Science China(Technological Sciences)2012,55,6:45

3Suppressor of RNA silencing encoded by Rice gall dwarf virus genome segment 11显示文摘Rice gall dwarf virus(RGDV)is an important rice pathogen in China and Southeast Asia.However,little is known about the molecular mechanisms of RGDV interactions with plant cells.Here,we have identi-fied an RGDV protein,Pns11,which acts as a suppressor of RNA silencing in coinfiltration assays with the reporter,green fluorescent protein(GFP)in transgenic Nicotiana benthamiana line 16c carrying GFP.Pns11 suppressed local and systemic silencing induced by sense RNA.The spread of mobile RNA si-lencing signals was blocked or inactivated by Pns11.Expression of Pns11 also enhanced Potato virus X pathogenicity in N.benthamiana.This suppressor could reduce,but not eliminate,siRNA in the local and systemic RNA silencing suppression assays,suggesting that Pns11 functions by interfering with initial stages of RNA silencing.LIU FuXiu ZHAO Qin RUAN XiaoLei HE YunWei LI HuaPing 2008Chinese Science Bulletin2008,53,3:8
4Reactive mesoporous silica nanoparticles loaded with limonene for improving physical and mental health of mice at simulated microgravity condition显示文摘Astronauts are under high stress for a long time because of the microgravity condition,which leads to anxiety,affects their learning and memory abilities,and seriously impairs the health of astronauts.Aromatherapy can improve the physical and mental health of astronauts in a way that moisturizes them softly and silently.However,the strong volatility of fragrances and inconvenience of aroma treatment greatly limit their application in the field of spaceflight.In this study,reactive mesoporous silica nanoparticles were prepared to encapsulate and slowly release limonene.The limonene loaded nanoparticles were named limonene@mesoporous silica nanoparticles-cyanuric chloride(LE@MSNs-CYC).LE@MSNs-CYC were then applied to wallpaper to improve the convenience of aromatherapy.LE@MSNs-CYC could chemically react with the wallpaper,thus firmly adsorbed on the wallpaper.In the following,the mice were treated with hindlimb unloading(HU)to simulate a microgravity environment.The results showed that 28-day HU led to an increase in the level of anxiety and declines in learning,memory,and physical health in mice.LE@MSNs-CYC showed significant relief effects on anxiety,learning,memory,and physical health of HU treated mice.Subsequently,the molecular mechanisms were explored by hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis related hormones,immune-related cytokines,learning,and memory-related neurotransmitters and proteins.Zhiguo Lu Jianze Wang Lina Qu Guanghan Kan Tianlu Zhang Jie Shen Yan Li Jun Yang Yunwei Niu Zuobing Xiao Yinghui Li Xin Zhang 2020Bioactive Materials2020,5,4:5
5Optical properties and chemical composition of PM_(2.5) in Shanghai in the spring of 2012显示文摘The semi-diurnal mean aerosol mass concentration, chemical composition, and optical properties of PM2.5were investigated in Shanghai during the spring of 2012. Slight pollution was observed during the study period. The average PM2.5 concentration was 64.11 土 22.83(xg/m3. The mean coefficients of extinction,scattering, and absorption at 532 nm were 125.9 士 78.5,91.1 士 56.3,and 34.9 士 23.6 Mm-1, respectively. A relatively low mean single scattering albedo at 532 nm(0.73 士 0.04) and low level of elemental carbon(EC,2.67 士 1.96 |xg/m3) suggested that the light absorption was enhanced due to the internal mixing of the EC.Sulfate contributed the most to aerosol light scattering in Shanghai. The chemical composition of PM2.5was dominated by particulate organic matter, sulfate, nitrate, ammonium, and EC. Anthropogenic sources made a significant contribution to the emission and loading of the particulate pollutants. 6Role of slip and {10-12} twin on the crystal plasticity in Mg-RE alloy during deformation process at room temperature显示文摘The deformation mechanism of slips and twins has a considerable influence on the plasticity of magnesium alloys. However, the roles of slips and twins in the room-temperature deformation of Mg-rare earth(Mg-RE) alloys with high contents of rare earth elements is rarely investigated. Here, the microstructural evolution and deformation mechanism of an aged Mg-5 Y-2 Nd-3 Sm-0.5 Zr alloy during uniaxial compression at room temperature were systematically investigated using in-situ electron-backscattered diffraction and transmission electron microscopy. The results indicated that in the early stage of deformation, the Mg-RE alloy was mainly controlled by the slip of dislocations in the basal plane and the coordinated c-axis strain of the {10-12} twin. With an increase in the strain, the grain orientation became more suitable for the initiation of pyramidal Ⅱ dislocations in the later stage of deformation;these dominated the deformation mechanism. In the twin evolution of the Mg-RE alloy, there were three types of twin-twin interaction behaviors:(i) single twin variant 'parallel' structure,(ii) single twin variant 'cross' structure, and(iii) multi twin variant 'cross' structure. 8Catalysis-based specific detection and inhibition of tyrosinase and their application显示文摘Tyrosinase is an important enzyme in controlling the formation of melanin in melanosome,and plays a key role in the pigmentation of hair and skin.The abnormal expression or activation of tyrosinase is associated with several diseases such as albinism,vitiligo,melanoma and Parkinson disease.Excessive deposition of melanin could cause diseases such as freckles and brown spots in the human body,and it is also closely related to browning of fruits and vegetables and insect molting.Detecting and inhibiting the activity of tyrosinase is of extraordinary value in the progress of diagnosis and treatment of these diseases.Therefore,many selective optical detection probes and small molecular inhibitors have been developed,and have made significant contributions to the basic and clinical research on these diseases.In this paper,the detection and inhibition of tyrosinase and their application in whitening products are reviewed,with special emphasis on development of fluorescent probes and inhibitors.Hopefully,this review will help design more efficient and sensitive tyrosinase probes and inhibitors,as well as shed light on novel treatment of diseases such as melanoma.Yunwei Qu Qing Zhan Shubo Du Yang Ding Bin Fang Wei Du Qiong Wu Haidong Yu Lin Li Wei Huang 2020Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis2020,10,5:2
9Large-scale achromatic flat lens by light frequency-domain coherence optimization显示文摘Flat lenses,including metalens and diffractive lens,have attracted increasing attention due to their ability to miniaturize the imaging devices.However,realizing a large scale achromatic flat lens with high performance still remains a big challenge.Here,we developed a new framework in designing achromatic multi-level diffractive lenses by light coherence optimization,which enables the implementation of large-scale flat lenses under non-ideal conditions.As results,a series achromatic polymer lenses with diameter from 1 to 10mm are successfully designed and fabricated.The subsequent optical characterizations substantially validate our theoretical framework and show relatively good performance of the centimeter-scale achromatic multi-level diffractive lenses with a super broad bandwidth in optical wavelengths(400-1100 nm).After comparing with conventional refractive lens,this achromatic lens shows significant advantages in white-light imaging performance,implying a new strategy in developing practical planar optical devices.Xingjian Xiao Yunwei Zhao Xin Ye Chen Chen Xinmou Lu Yansen Rong Junhong Deng Guixin Li Shining Zhu Tao Li 2022Light(Science & Applications)2022,11,12:2
10Consumer Psychology Based Optimal Portfolio Design for Demand Response Aggregators显示文摘Demand response(DR)has received much attention for its ability to balance the changing power supply and demand with flexibility.DR aggregators play an important role in aggregating flexible loads that are too small to participate in electricity markets.In this work,a DR operation framework is presented to enable local management of customers to participate in electricity market.A novel optimization model is proposed for the DR aggregator with multiple objectives.On one hand,it attempts to obtain the optimal design of different DR contracts as well as the portfolio management so that the DR aggregator can maximize its profit.On the other hand,the customers’welfare should be maximized to incentivize users to enroll in DR programs which ensure the effective and flexible load control.The consumer psychology is introduced to model the consumers’behavior during contract signing.Several simulation studies are performed to demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed model.The results illustrate that the proposed model can ensure the profit of the DR aggregator whereas the customers’welfare is considered.Yunwei Shen Yang Li Qiwei Zhang Fangxing Li Zhe Wang 2021Journal of Modern Power Systems and Clean Energy2021,9,2:2
