| 1 | Digital financial capabilities and household entrepreneurship显示文摘This study investigates the impact of digital financial capabilities on household business ownership and business innovation.Utilising the 2015 China Household Finance Survey(CHFS)data,this paper constructs robust capabilities scores and finds positive associations between digital financial capabilities and household entrepreneurship.After specifying instrumental variables,the results still hold.In addition,we compare the driving forces of the impact through componential dimensions,and discuss the differ-ent function channels that digital financial capabilities affect busi-ness ownership and business innovation.What’s more,we add the interaction term of digital capability and financial capability,illus-trate its role in improving the goodness of fit of the models,and further discuss the interaction effect both generally and at each level of the capabilities scores.Finally,we conduct robustness checks across socioeconomic groups and provide policy implica-tions.This study highlights the different function channels of digital financial capabilities concerning different entrepreneurial activities,as well as the importance of interaction effect in under-standing how digital financial capabilities affect household entrepreneurship. | Yu Luo Lianyun Zeng | 2020 | Economic and Political Studies2020,8,2: | 5 |
| 2 | Investigation of pressure loading rates on streaming potentials in bone显示文摘When load is applied to bone,it deforms and causes fluid pressure to build up in bone.The pressure gradient between different portions of the bone microcnannels drives fluid flow through them.This kind of bone fluid flow can induces the streaming potentials which are considered to play a role for bone remodeling.Aimed to determine the impact of ribbed rough inner surfaces of the microchannels on the streaming potentials,streaming potentials were measured as bone fluid flowed through the mcrospaces of thin cylinder bone samples under different pressure loading rates.The results show that the streaming potentials decrease with the increase of the pressure loading rates.A digital simulation calculation was performed and the results demonstrated that there were turbulent flows near the inner wall surfaces,which making the streaming potentials smaller in bone microchannels. | XU LianYun HOU ZhenDe WANG Hong | 2011 | Science China(Technological Sciences)2011,54,6: | 4 |
| 3 | Recombinant soluble TRAIL induces apoptosis of cancer cells显示文摘TRAIL is a tumor necrosis factor family member that selectively induces apoptosis of cancer cells but not of normal cells. To develop TRAIL into a potential cancer drug, three different sizes of soluble TRAIL fragments, including sTRAIL(74 - 281), sTRAIL(95 - 281) and sTRAIL(101-281), were expressed in E. coli and purified to homogeneity. Apoptosis assays indicated that sTRAIL(95-281) and sTRAIL(101-281), but not sTRAIL(74-281), can potently induce apoptosis of various cancer cell lines in 6 h, suggesting that the N-terminal fragment of aa101 has inhibitory effect on TRAIL-induced apoptosis. | 4 | Polycomb Group Genes as the Key Regulators in Gene Silencing显示文摘The Polycomb group(PcG) genes repress gene expression mainly through chromatin modifications and regulation of chromatin structure. At present, at least four protein complexes of PcG proteins are identified, including Polycomb repressive complex 1(PRC1), Polycomb repressive complex 2(PRC2), PHO-repressive complex(PhoRC) and Polycomb repressive deubiquitinase(PR-DUB). In this review, the recent discoveries of the composition of the above complexes, as well as their roles in regulating histone modifications and gene silencing are discussed. We mainly focus on the composition of PRC1 and PRC2 complex and recruitment of PcG to target genes and mechanisms of PRC1 and PRC2-mediated gene silencing. | 20 | Boosting the catalytic performance of Cu-SAPO-34in NO_(x) removal via hydrothermal treatment显示文摘Phosphate ions promoted Cu-SAPO-34(P-Cu-SAPO-34)were prepared using bulk CuO particles as Cu^(2+)precursor by a solid-state ion exchange technique for the selective catalytic reduction of NO_(x) with NH_3(NH_3-SCR).The effects of high temperature(H-T)hydrothermal aging on the NO_(x) removal(de-NO_(x))performance of Cu-SAPO-34 with and without phosphate ions were systematically investigated at atomic level.The results displayed that both Cu-SAPO-34 and P-Cu-SAPO-34 presented relatively poor NO_(x) removal activity with a low conversion(<30%)at 250-500℃.However,after H-T hydrothermal treatment(800℃ for 10 hr at 10%H_2O),these two samples showed significantly satisfied NO_(x) elimination performance with a quite high conversion(70%-90%)at 250-500℃.Additionally,phosphate ions decoration can further enhance the catalytic performance of Cu-SAPO-34 after hydrothermal treatment(Cu-SAPO-34H).The textural properties,morphologies,structural feature,acidity,redox characteristic,and surface-active species of the fresh and hydrothermally aged samples were analyzed using various characterization methods.The systematical characterization results revealed that increases of 28%of the isolated Cu^(2+)active species(Cu^(2+)-2Z,Cu(OH)^(+)-Z)mainly from bulk CuO and 50%of the Bronsted acid sites,the high dispersion of isolated Cu^(2+)active component as well as the Bronsted acid sites were mainly responsible for the accepted catalytic activity of these two hydrothermally aged samples,especially for P-Cu-SAPO-34H. | Xiaoyan Tian Huimin Wang Siyuan Xu Lianyun Gao Jinyan Cao Jianjun Chen Qiulin Zhang Ping Ning Jiming Hao | 2024 | Journal of Environmental Sciences2024,,1: | 0 |
