1Minimal invasive microscopic tooth preparation in esthetic restoration: a specialist consensus显示文摘By removing a part of the structure,the tooth preparation provides restorative space,bonding surface,and finish line for various restorations on abutment.Preparation technique plays critical role in achieving the optimal result of tooth preparation.With successful application of microscope in endodontics for>30 years,there is a full expectation of microscopic dentistry.However,as relatively little progress has been made in the application of microscopic dentistry in prosthodontics,the following assumptions have been proposed:Is it suitable to choose the tooth preparation technique under the naked eye in the microscopic vision?Is there a more accurate preparation technology intended for the microscope?To obtain long-term stable therapeutic effects,is it much easier to achieve maximum tooth preservation and retinal protection and maintain periodontal tissue and oral function health under microscopic vision?Whether the microscopic prosthodontics is a gimmick or a breakthrough in obtaining an ideal tooth preparation should be resolved in microscopic tooth preparation.This article attempts to illustrate the concept,core elements,and indications of microscopic minimally invasive tooth preparation,physiological basis of dental pulp,periodontium and functions involved in tool preparation,position ergonomics and visual basis for dentists,comparison of tooth preparation by naked eyes and a microscope,and comparison of different designs of microscopic minimally invasive tooth preparation techniques.Furthermore,a clinical protocol for microscopic minimally invasive tooth preparation based on target restorative space guide plate has been put forward and new insights on the quantity and shape of microscopic minimally invasive tooth preparation has been provided.Haiyang Yu Yuwei Zhao Junying Li Tian Luo Jing Gao Hongchen Liu Weicai Liu Feng Liu Ke Zhao Fei Liu Chufan Ma Juergen MSetz Shanshan Liang Lin Fan Shanshan Gao Zhuoli Zhu Jiefei Shen Jian Wang Zhimin Zhu Xuedong Zhou 2019International Journal of Oral Science2019,11,4:25

3Calcium phosphate cements for bone engineering and their biological properties显示文摘Calcium phosphate cements(CPCs) are frequently used to repair bone defects. Since their discovery in the 1980 s, extensive research has been conducted to improve their properties, and emerging evidence supports their increased application in bone tissue engineering. Much effort has been made to enhance the biological performance of CPCs, including their biocompatibility, osteoconductivity, osteoinductivity, biodegradability,bioactivity, and interactions with cells. 4The Optimization of Ultrasonic Extraction Process of Total Flavonoids from Rhodiola Crenulata by Response Surface Method显示文摘[Objectives]To study the optimal extraction process of total flavonoids in Rhodiola rosea L.,and further facilitate the development and utilization of Rhodiola rosea L. [Methods]With Rhodiola crenulata as raw material,ethanol as extractant,ultrasonic extraction as the extraction method,the single factor method was first used for preliminary investigation of effect of ethanol volume fraction,solid-liquid ratio,extraction temperature and extraction time on the flavonoids extraction rate,and then the Box-Behnken response surface method was used to optimize the extraction process of total flavonoids in R. crenulata. [Results] The optimal extraction conditions: ethanol concentration of 72%;solid-liquid ratio of 1∶ 43; extraction temperature of 66℃; extraction time of 50 min. Under these conditions,the extraction rate of total flavonoids from R. crenulata was 2. 591%. 6Vegetation change in the Mt. Qomolangma Nature Reserve from 1981 to 2001显示文摘Based on the NOAA AVHRR-NDVI data from 1981 to 2001, the digitalized China Vegetation Map (1:1,000,000), DEM, temperature and precipitation data, and field investiga- tion, the spatial patterns and vertical characteristics of natural vegetation changes and their influencing factors in the Mt. Qomolangma Nature Reserve have been studied. The results show that: (1) There is remarkable spatial difference of natural vegetation changes in the Mt. Qomolangma Nature Reserve and stability is the most common status. There are 5.04% of the whole area being seriously degraded, 13.19% slightly degraded, 26.39% slightly im- proved, 0.97% significantly improved and 54.41% keeping stable. The seriously and slightly degraded areas, which mostly lie in the south of the reserve, are along the national bounda- ries. The areas of improved vegetation lie in the north of the reserve and the south side of the Yarlung Zangbo River. The stable areas lie between the improved and degraded areas. Degradation decreases with elevation. (2) Degeneration in the Mt. Qomolangma Nature Re- serve mostly affects shrubs, needle-leaved forests and mixed forests. (3) The temperature change affects the natural vegetation changes spatially while the integration of temperature changes, slopes and aspects affects the natural vegetation change along the altitude gradi- ents. (4) It is the overuse of resources that leads to the vegetation degeneration in some parts of the Mt. 9DNA methylation profile is associated with the osteogenic potential of three distinct human odontogenic stem cells显示文摘Among the various sources of human autologous stem cells,stem cells isolated from dental tissues exhibit excellent properties in tissue engineering and regenerative medicine.However,the distinct potential of these odontogenic cell lines remains unclear.In this study,we analyzed DNA methylation patterns to determine whether specific differences existed among three different odontogenic cell types.Using the HumanMethylation450 Beadchip,the whole genomes of human dental pulp stem cells(DPSCs),periodontal ligament stem cells(PDLSCs),and dental follicle progenitor cells(DFPCs)were compared.Then,the osteogenic potential of these cells was evaluated both in vitro and in vivo,and the methylation levels of certain genes related to bone formation differed among the three cell lines.P values less than 0.05 were considered to indicate statistical significance.The three cell types showed highly similar DNA methylation patterns,although specific differences were identified.Gene ontology analysis revealed that one of the most significantly different gene categories was related to bone formation.Thus,expression of cell surface epitopes and osteogenic-related transcription factors as well as the bone formation capacity were compared.The results showed that compared with DFPCs and DPSCs,PDLSCs had higher transcription levels of osteogenic-related factors,a higher in vitro osteogenic potential,and an increased new bone formation capacity in vivo.In conclusion,the results of this study suggested that the differential DNA methylation profiles could be related to the osteogenic potential of these human odontogenic cell populations.Additionally,the increased osteogenic potential of PDLSCs might aid researchers or clinicians in making better choices regarding tissue regeneration and clinical therapies.Tingting Ai Jieni Zhang Xuedong Wang Xiaowen Zheng Xueyan Qin Qian Zhang Weiran Li Wei Hu Jiuxiang Lin Feng Chen 2018Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2018,3,1:3
102D interspace confined growth of ultrathin MoS_(2)-intercalated graphite hetero-layers for high-rate Li/K storage显示文摘Herein,a two-dimensional(2D)interspace-confined synthetic strategy is developed for producing MoS_(2)intercalated graphite(G-MoS_(2))hetero-layers composite through sulfuring the pre-synthesized stage-1 MoCI5-graphite intercalation compound(M0 CI5-GIC).The in situ grown MoS_(2)nanosheets(3-7 layers)are evenly encapsulated in graphite layers with intimate interface thus forming layer-by-layer MoS_(2)-intercalated graphite composite.In this structure,the unique merits of MoS_(2)and graphite components are integrated,such as high capacity contribution of MoS_(2)and the flexibility of graphite layers.Besides,the tight interfacial interaction between hetero-layers optimizes the potential of conductive graphite layers as matrix for MoS_(2).As a result,the G-MoS_(2)exhibits a high reversible Li+storage of 344 mAh·g^(-1)even at 10 A·g^(-1)and a capacity of 539.9 mAh·g^(-1)after 1,500 cycles at 5 A·g^(-1).As for potassium ion battery,G-MoS_(2)delivers a reversible capacity of 377.0 mAh·g^(-1)at 0.1 A·g^(-1)and 141.2 mAh·g^(-1)even at 2 A·g^(-1).Detailed experiments and density functional theory calculation demonstrate the existence of hetero-layers enhances the diffusion rates of Li^(+)and K^(+).This graphite interspace-confined synthetic methodology would provide new ideas for preparing function-integrated materials in energy storage and conversion,catalysis or other fields.Yang Li Song Jiang Yong Qian Xuedong Yan Jie Zhou Zheng Yi Ning Lin Yitai Qian 2021Nano Research2021,14,4:3

19Analysis on Chemical Constituents of Rhodiola crenulata显示文摘[Objectives] To measure and analyze chemical composition of R. crenulata. [Methods] Taking R. crenulata in Lang County of Tibet as the research object,the routine nutritional components,trace elements and amino acid were determined,and the nutrition was evaluated by the international general evaluation method. [Results]The protein content of R. crenulata in Lang County of Tibet was 2. 08%,and fat was 5. 67%. Amino acid was incomplete amino acid,and Ile,Met + Cys were the first limiting amino acids of rhodiola root protein,while Leu was the second limiting amino acid of rhodiola root protein. The final amino acid score was 0. Magnesium,iron,zinc and other mineral elements were abundant,and there was no mercury,cadmium,lead and other heavy metals residues.
