2Optimal short-term load dispatch strategy in wind farm显示文摘With the increasing number of wind farms in power systems, the scheduling of a single wind farm needs to be improved. For this end, this paper proposes an optimal short-term load dispatch strategy for a single wind farm. Firstly, considering the large number of wind units and the high dimensionality of the scheduling solutions, we analyze the unit load characteristics, from which we extract the unit load characteristic matrix, and then classify the wind power units with the FCM fuzzy clustering algorithm. Secondly, we define the running loss indicator and action loss indicator. Based on the prediction of wind power and the load instructions, we establish a unit commitment model in wind farm, and solve the model using a combination of the fuzzy clustering algorithm and genetic algorithm, which overcomes the difficulty of the high dimensionality of the solution in the wind farm scheduling problem, to obtain the optimal scheduling strategy. 3Innovative pre-concentration technology for recovering ultrafine ilmenite using superconducting high gradient magnetic separator显示文摘To achieve the utilization of the abandoned ultrafine ilmenite(-20 μm) produced in the titanium magnetite processing plant in Panzhihua,the superconducting high-gradient magnetic separation(SMS) technology was proposed in this study.After optimizing the conditions of magnetic intensity,feeding and pulsation,an SMS concentrate with TiO_(2) grade of 16.03% and TiO_(2) recovery of 66.39% was obtained through one roughing-one cleaning pre-concentration flowsheet.The specific magnetic force and magnetic force were calculated and analysed to illustrate the pre-concentration mechanism,and the results revealed that the combination of high magnetic field and strong pulsating resulted in the effective preconcentration of the ultrafine ilmenite in the SMS process.In addition,the magnetic force analysis indicated that the high magnetic intensity and high magnetic gradient are the key factors of the SMS technology.Furthermore,the EDS-Mapping detection certified that the ultrafine ilmenite was concentrated from the gangue minerals using SMS technology.Zhitao Yuan Xuan Zhao Jiwei Lu Hong Lv Lixia Li 2021International Journal of Mining Science and Technology2021,31,6:3

9Characterization of aroma profiles and aroma-active compounds in high-salt and low-salt shrimp paste by molecular sensory science显示文摘Flavor characteristics of raw shrimp,high-salt and low-salt shrimp paste were evaluated and compared by sensory analysis,headspace-gas chromatography-ion mobility spectrometry(HS-GC-IMS)and solid-phase microextraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(SPME-GC-MS).In addition,aroma profiles and aroma-active compounds in these three samples were analyzed by solvent-assisted flavor evaporation-gas chromatography-olfactometry-mass spectrometry(SAFE-GC-O-MS).Results of sensory evaluation revealed that these three samples showed significant differences in sensitivity to the W2W,W2S,W1S and W1W sensors of the electronic nose(p<0.05),which represent organic sulfides,alkane aromatic compounds,short chain alkanes,and sulfides,respectively.Assessment of sensory parameters indicated tha high-salt shrimp paste had a strong roasted and meaty aroma,while low-salt shrimp paste showed an umami aroma more similar to raw shrimp.A total of 118 volatile compounds were identified using the three afore-mentioned gas chromatography methods.Among them,37 aroma-active compounds were detected by GC-O.High-salt shrimp was shown to contain more acids,aldehydes and heterocyclic compounds,which resembled cheese,roasted and meaty aromas.In contrast,low-salt shrimp paste contained more esters,which was similar to the umami aroma profile of raw shrimp.Interestingly,pyrazines were only produced in fermented shrimp paste samples,suggesting that they were produced during the fermentation process and they may contribute unique roasted and meaty aromas,which were important for the overall aroma characteristics of shrimp paste.Jing Yu Kuan Lu Jiwei Zi Xihong Yang Wancui Xie 2022Food Bioscience2022,45,1:1

17Heat exchange at air-sea interface in the South China Sea during monsoon periods in 1986显示文摘In order to explore the interaction be- tween the sea and monsoon in the South China Sea, the heat exchanges at air-sea interface during mon- soon periods in 1986 were calculated using observa- tional data. It shows that when the summer monsoon bursts and prevails over the South China Sea, the air-sea interface heat exchange is strong and the latent heat rises rapidly in the intertropical conver- gence zone and the tropic cyclone system near 20.49°N, 114.14°E. On May 24, 1986, the sensible heat became positive in the typhoon system. The heating exchange indicates that heat is transported from ocean to atmosphere, with major contribution of latent heat. When the summer monsoon prevails over the South China Sea and the weather is fine, even SST (sea surface temperature) is high, but sensible heat appears to be negative. The heat exchange indicates that heat is transported from atmosphere to ocean, with major contribution of short-wave radiation absorbed by sea surface and sensible heat. When summer monsoon is over and the northeast monsoon prevails over the South China Sea, the heat ex- change at air-sea interface is very strong. The heat- ing exchange shows that the ocean heats the at- mosphere, with major contribution of latent heat when cold air arrives at the sea surface and the sensible heat rises to positive rapidly. Therefore it can be concluded that the heat exchange at air-sea interface is different from the SST in South China Sea. 19Epigenome-wide development and validation of a prognostic methylation score in intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma based on machine learning strategies显示文摘Background:Clinical parameter-based nomograms and staging systems provide limited information for the prediction of survival in intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma(ICC)patients.In this study,we developed a methylation signature that precisely predicts overall survival(OS)after surgery.Methods:An epigenome-wide study of DNA methylation based on whole-genome bisulfite sequencing(WGBS)was conducted for two independent cohorts(discovery cohort,n=164;validation cohort,n=170)from three hepatobiliary centers in China.By referring to differentially methylated regions(DMRs),we proposed the concept of prognostically methylated regions(PMRs),which were composed of consecutive prognostically methylated CpGs(PMCs).Using machine learning strategies(Random Forest and the least absolute shrinkage and selector regression),a prognostic methylation score(PMS)was constructed based on 14 PMRs in the discovery cohort and confirmed in the validation cohort.Results:The C-indices of the PMS for predicting OS in the discovery and validation cohorts were 0.79 and 0.74,respectively.In the whole cohort,the PMS was an independent predictor of OS[hazard ratio(HR)=8.12;95% confidence interval(CI):5.48-12.04;P<0.001],and the C-index(0.78)of the PMS was significantly higher than that of the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine(JHUSM)nomogram(0.69,P<0.001),the Eastern Hepatobiliary Surgery Hospital(EHBSH)nomogram(0.67,P<0.001),American Joint Committee on Cancer(AJCC)tumor-node-metastasis(TNM)staging system(0.61,P<0.001),and MEGNA prognostic score(0.60,P<0.001).The patients in quartile 4 of PMS could benefit from adjuvant therapy(AT)(HR=0.54;95%CI:0.32-0.91;log-rank P=0.043),whereas those in the quartiles 1-3 could not.However,other nomograms and staging system failed to do so.Further analyses of potential mechanisms showed that the PMS was associated with tumor biological behaviors,pathway activation,and immune microenvironment.Conclusions:The PMS could improve the prognostic accuracy and identify patients who would benefit from AT for ICC patients,and might facilitate decisions in treatment of ICC patients.Xing Chen Liangqing Dong Lu Chen Yuan Wang Jinpeng Du Lijie Ma Xiaokai Yan Jiwei Huang Mingheng Liao Xiangzheng Chen Dongming Liu Jin Li Bo Zhang Wen Teng Kefei Yuan Deqiang Sun Qiang Gao Yong Zeng 2023Hepatobiliary Surgery and Nutrition2023,12,4:0
