1Energy distribution in white organic light-emitting diodes with three primary color emitting layers显示文摘Two types of organic light-emitting diodes with structures of ITO/N,N'-bis(1-naphthyl)-N,N'-diphenyl,1,1'-biphenyl-4,4'-diamine (NPB)/tris(8-hydroquinolinato)aluminum(Alq 3)/2,9-dimethyl-4,7-diphenyl-l,10-phenanthroline(BCP)/Alq 3:4-dicyanomethylene-2-(tert-butyl)-6-methyl-4H-pyran(DCJTB)/Alq 3 /Al and ITO/NPB/BCP/Alq 3 /Alq 3:DCJTB/Alq 3 /Al were studied.NPB was chosen as a hole-transporting/blue-emitting layer.Alq 3 adjacent to BCP acted as a green emitting layer while that adjacent to the Al cathode acted as an electron-transporting layer.Alq 3 doped with 2 wt.% DCJTB was used as a red emitting layer.The operating principles of the devices were explained by the mechanism of F rster energy transfer and the hole and exciton blocking effect of BCP.It was found that the spectral characteristics of the devices strongly depended on the relative location between the green emitting Alq 3 layer and the BCP layer,as well as their thickness.Pure white emission with the CIE coordinates of (0.33,0.33) was achieved by mixing the three primary colors in the device with the structure of ITO/NPB(30 nm)/BCP(6 nm)/Alq 3 (30 nm)/Alq 3:DCJTB(30 nm)/Alq 3 (30 nm)/Al.The BCP layer played an important role in distributing the exciton energy among the three emitting layers to achieve a balanced white light.The white emission of this device was largely insensitive to the driving voltage (15-27 V) with the insertion of the green emitting Alq 3 layer.MENG LingChuan LOU ZhiDong YANG ShengYi DENG ZhaoRu 2011Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2011,54,1:3
2Hot Corrosion of Iron in the Presence of Salt Mixture Deposit Containing NaCl and V_2O_5 at 600℃显示文摘Iron suffered low temperature hot corrosion (LTHC) in the presence of salt deposits of Na2SO4,Na2SO4 mixed with NaCl and Na2SO4 mixed with V2O5 in a combustion gas at 600℃. The additions of NaCl to Na2SO4 and of V2O5 to Na2SO4 changed the corrosion kinetics significantly and modified the scale structure markedly It is proposed that trivalent iron ions were more favored than divalent ions in the eutectic responsible for the occurrence of LTHC when NaCl was present, while the reaction between Na2SO4 mixed with V2O5 and the gas formed (Na2O)xV2O4(V2O5)6-x providing directly the liquid required by LTHC. 4Separation and Purification of Acetophenones from Cynanchum bengei Decne Root Bark by Combination of Silica Gel and High-speed Counter-current Chromatography显示文摘[Objectives] To develop a method for separation and purification of acetophenones from Cynanchum bengei Decne root bark by combination of silica gel and high-speed counter-current chromatography( HSCCC). [Methods]The crude extract of Cynanchum bengei Decne root bark was separated by silica gel column chromatography,and parts A and B containing acetophenones were obtained. Then,parts A and B were separated by HSCCC with a two-phase solvent system composed of petroleum ether-ethyl acetate-methanol-water( 4∶ 6∶ 4. 5∶ 5. 5 and4∶ 6 ∶ 3 ∶ 7, V/V), respectively. [Results] From 260 mg of part A, four compounds with p-dihydroxybenzene 3. 9 mg(Ⅰ),4-hydroxyacetophenone 17. 1 mg( Ⅱ),2,5-di-hydroxyacetophenone 13. 3 mg(Ⅲ) and 2,4-dihydroxyaceto-phenone 21. 0 mg(Ⅳ) were obtained. And from 300 mg of part B,136 mg of Radix Cynanchi Bungei benzophenone(Ⅴ) was obtained. The purity of compounds determined by HPLC was 97. 0%,96. 6%,99. 2%,99. 7%,99. 5%,respectively. [Conclusions] The established method is simple and efficient. 10Ambient Temperature and Years of Life Lost:A National Study in China显示文摘Although numerous studies have investigated premature deaths attributable to temperature,effects of temperature on years of life lost(YLL)remain unclear.We estimated the relationship between temperatures and YLL,and quantified the YLL per death caused by temperature in China.We collected daily meteorological and mortality data,and calculated the daily YLL values for 364 locations(2013–2017 in Yunnan,Guangdong,Hunan,Zhejiang,and Jilin provinces,and 2006–2011 in other locations)in China.A time-series design with a distributed lag nonlinear model was first employed to estimate the location-specific associations between temperature and YLL rates(YLL/100,000 population),and a multivariate meta-analysis model was used to pool location-specific associations.Then,YLL per death caused by temperatures was calculated.The temperature and YLL rates consistently showed U-shaped associations.A mean of 1.02(95%confidence interval:0.67,1.37)YLL per death was attributable to temperature.Cold temperature caused 0.98 YLL per death with most from moderate cold(0.84).The mean YLL per death was higher in those with cardiovascular diseases(1.14),males(1.15),younger age categories(1.31 in people aged 65–74 years),and in central China(1.34)than in those with respiratory diseases(0.47),females(0.87),older people(0.85 in people R75 years old),and northern China(0.64)or southern China(1.19).The mortality burden was modified by annual temperature and temperature variability,relative humidity,latitude,longitude,altitude,education attainment,and central heating use.Temperatures caused substantial YLL per death in China,which was modified by demographic and regional characteristics.Tao Liu Chunliang Zhou Haoming Zhang Biao Huang Yanjun Xu Lifeng Lin Lijun Wang Ruying Hu Zhulin Hou Yize Xiao Junhua Li Xiaojun Xu Donghui Jin Mingfang Qin Qinglong Zhao Weiwei Gong Peng Yin Yiqing Xu Jianxiong Hu Jianpeng Xiao Weilin Zeng Xing Li Siqi Chen Lingchuan Guo Zuhua Rong Yonghui Zhang Cunrui Huang Yaodong Du Yuming Guo Shannon Rutherford Min Yu Maigeng Zhou Wenjun Ma 2021The Innovation2021,2,1:1
11Formation of Ultrafine Metal Particles and Metal Oxide Precursor on Anodized Al by Electrolysis Deposition显示文摘Nickel was deposited by ac electrolysis deposition in the pores of the porous oxide film of Al produced by anodizing in phosphoric acid. Ultrafine rod-shaped Ni particles were formed in the pores. At the same time a film of Ni oxide precursor was developed on the surface of the porous oxide film. The Ni particles and the Ni oxide precursor were examined by SEM, TEM and X-ray diffraction. 12Genomic characterization reveals distinctmutation landscapes and therapeutic implications in neuroendocrine carcinomas of the gastrointestinal tract显示文摘Background:Neuroendocrine carcinomas of the gastrointestinal tract(GINECs)remain a disease of grim prognosis with limited therapeutic options.Their molecular characteristics are still undefined.This study aimed to explore the underlying genetic basis and heterogeneity of GI-NECs.Methods:Comprehensive genomic analysis using whole-exome sequencing was performed on 143 formalin-fixed,paraffin-embedded samples of surgically resected GI-NEC with a thorough histological evaluation.Mutational signatures,somatic mutations,and copy number aberrations were analyzed and compared across anatomic locations and histological subtypes.Survival analysis was conducted to identify the independent factors.Results:In total,143GI-NECswere examined:the stomach,87 cases(60.8%);the esophagus,29 cases(20.3%);the colorectum,20 cases(14.0%);and the small intestine,7 cases(4.9%).Eighty-three(58.0%)and 60(42.0%)cases were subclassified into small cell and large cell subtypes,respectively.GI-NECs showed distinct genetic alterations from their lung counterparts and non-neuroendocrine carcinomas in the same locations.Obvious heterogeneity of mutational signatures,somatic mutations,and copy number variations was revealed across anatomic locations rather than histological subtypes.Except for tumor protein p53(TP53)and retinoblastoma 1(RB1),the most frequently mutated genes in the stomach,esophagus,colorectum,and small intestine were low-density lipoprotein receptor-related protein 1B(LRP1B),notch receptor 1(NOTCH1),adenomatosis polyposis coli(APC),catenin beta 1(CTNNB1),respectively.Mutations in the WNT-β-catenin,NOTCH and erythroblastic leukemia viral oncogene B(ERBB)pathwayswere prevalently identified in gastric,esophageal,and colorectalNECs,respectively.Importantly,104(72.7%)GI-NECs harbored putative clinically relevant alterations,and non-gastric location and RB1 bi-allelic inactivation with copy number alterations were identified as two independent poor prognostic factors.Furthermore,we found that tumor cells in GI-NECs first gain clonal mutations in TP53,RB1,NOTCH1 and APC,followed by subsequent wholegenome doubling(WGD)and post-WGD clonal mutations in LRP1B,CUB and Sushi multiple domains 3(CSMD3),FAT tumor suppressor homolog 4(FAT4)and erb-b2 receptor tyrosine kinase 4(ERBB4),and finally develop subclonal mutations.Conclusions:GI-NECs harbor distinct genomic landscapes and demonstrate significant genetic heterogeneity across different anatomic locations.Moreover,potentially actionable alterations and prognostic factors were revealed for GI-NECs.Huanwen Wu Zicheng Yu Yueping Liu Lei Guo Lianghong Teng Lingchuan Guo Li Liang Jing Wang Jie Gao Ruiyu Li Ling Yang Xiu Nie Dan Su Zhiyong Liang 2022Cancer Communications2022,42,12:0
