| 1 | Strong ozone production at a rural site in the North China Plain: Mixed effects of urban plumes and biogenic emissions显示文摘Regional ozone(O_3) pollution has drawn increasing attention in China over the recent decade, but the contributions from urban pollution and biogenic emissions have not been clearly elucidated. To better understand the formation of the regional O_3 problem in the North China Plain(NCP), intensive field measurements of O_3 and related parameters were conducted at a rural site downwind of Ji'nan, the capital city of Shandong province, in the summer of 2013. Markedly severe O_3 pollution was recorded, with the O_3 mixing ratios exceeding the Chinese national ambient air quality standard on 28 days(a frequency of 78%) and with a maximum hourly value of 198 ppbv. Extensive regional transport of wellprocessed urban plumes to the site was identified. An observation-constrained chemical box model was deployed to evaluate in situ photochemical O_3 production on two episodes.The results show that the in situ formation accounted for approximately 46% of the observed O_3 accumulation, while the remainder(~54%) was contributed by regional transport of the O_3-laden urban plumes. The in situ ozone production was in a mixed controlled regime that reducing either NOx or VOCs would lead to a reduction of ozone formation. Biogenic VOCs played an important role in the local ozone formation. | 2 | A new perylene diimide-based colorimetric and fluorescent sensor for selective detection of Cu^(2+) cation显示文摘A new perylene diimide (PDI) ligand (1) functionalized with a dipicolylethylenediamine (DPEN) moiety was synthesized and first used as a colorimetric and fluorometric dual-channel sensor to specifically detect the presence of Cu2+ over a wide range of other cations. The solution of 1 (10 μmol/L) upon ad-dition of Cu2+ displayed distinguishing pink color compared with other cations including K+,Ni2+,Ca2+,Mn2+,Na+,Sr2+,Zn2+,Co2+,Cd2+,Mg2+,Cr3+,Ag+,and Ba2+,indicating the sensitivity and selectivity of 1 to Cu2+. Thus,the advantage of this assay is that naked-eye detection of Cu2+ becomes possible. More-over,among these metal ions investigated,only Cu2+ quenched more than half fluorescent intensity of 1. | 3 | Controlled-release neurotensin-loaded silk fibroin dressings improve wound healing in diabetic rat model显示文摘Diabetic foot ulcers(DFU),which may lead to lower extremity amputation,is one of the severe and chronic complications of diabetic mellitus.This study aims to develop,and use dressings based on Silk fibroin(SF)as the scaffold material,gelatin microspheres(GMs)as the carrier for the neurotensin(NT),a neuropeptide that acts as an inflammatory modulator in wound healing and NT as accelerate wound healing drug to treat DFU.We evaluated the wound healing processes and neo-tissue formation in rat diabetic model by macroscopic observation,histological observation(H&E staining and Masson's trichrome staining)and immunofluorescence analysis at 3,7,14,21 and 28 post-operation days.Our results show that the NT/GMs/SF group performance the best not only in macroscopic healing and less scars in 28 post-operation days,but also in fibroblast accumulation in tissue granulation,collagen expression and deposition at the wound site.From release profiles,we can know the GMs are a good carrier for control release drugs.The SEM results shows that the NT/GMs/SF dressings have an average pore size are 40–80μm and a porosity of∼85%,this pore size is suit for wound healing regeneration.These results suggest that the NT/GMs/SF dressings may work as an effective support for control release NT to promote DFU wound healing. | Jianghui Liu Liwei Yan Wei Yang Yong Lan Qiyu Zhu ongjie Xu Canbin Zheng Rui Guo | 2019 | Bioactive Materials2019,4,1: | 5 |

| 5 | Anisotropy study of the microstructure and properties of AlCoCrFeNi2.1 eutectic high entropy alloy additively manufactured by selective laser melting显示文摘The AlCoCrFeNi2.1 eutectic high-entropy alloy(EHEA) was prepared by selective laser melting(SLM), focusing on the anisotropy of microstructure and mechanical performance. The AlCoCrFeNi2.1 EHEA printed by SLM has face-centered cubic(FCC) and body-centered cubic(BCC)/B2 phases, and the FCC phase accumulates at the boundary of the molten pool. With the increase in volumetric energy density(VED), the content of the FCC phase parallel to the surface in the direction of the building increases from 30.9% to 41%. The X–Z plane mainly produces columnar crystals along the temperature gradient, while a large number of equiaxed crystals are produced in the X–Y direction. When the volume energy density is 157 k J/mol(VED 157), the average grain size is 1.33 μm for BCC and 1.14 μm for FCC, which is significantly smaller than other preparation methods. Due to defect distribution and size, the microhardness of the X–Y plane is generally higher than that of the X–Z plane, with maximum hardnesses of 660 HV and 655 HV, respectively, which is much higher than those of traditionally manufactured counterparts.The compression performance of SLM process AlCoCrFeNi2.1 EHEAs shows maximum yield strength of 1567 MPa, and the ultimate compressive strength can reach 3276 MPa. | Liwei Lan Wenxian Wang Zeqin Cui Xiaohu Hao Dong Qiu | 2022 | Journal of Materials Science & Technology2022,,34: | 2 |

| 7 | Unique Duplex Microstructure and Porosity Effect on Mechanical Properties of AlCoCrFeNi_(2.1) Eutectic High-Entropy Alloys Processed by Selective Laser Melting显示文摘Selective laser melting(SLM)was performed on AlCoCrFeNi_(2.1) eutectic high-entropy alloys(EHEAs),and the unique duplex microstructure and porosity were investigated as well as the negative effect on mechanical properties.SLM printed AlCoCrFeNi_(2.1) EHEAs is composed of face-centered cubic and BCC/B2 phases,and the surface texture of samples perpendicular to and parallel to the building direction is different.From the bottom of the molten pool to the inside,the structure changes from dendrites to columnar crystals and then to cellular crystals,the distribution of elements in and around the molten pool is uniform,and there is no element segregation.The surface hardness of as-printed AlCoCrFeNi_(2.1) EHEAs is higher than that of as-cast ones due to the grain refinement strengthening,and there is anisotropy in different surface hardness,the highest hardness is 580 HV(X–Y plane)and 560 HV(X–Z plane).The reduction of bearing area and tip stress concentration caused by pores have adverse effects on the tensile strength and elongation of the alloy,the ultimate tensile strength increased from 1060 to 1289 MPa. | Liwei Lan Wenxian Wang Zeqin Cui Xiaohu Hao | 2023 | Acta Metallurgica Sinica(English Letters)2023,36,9: | 0 |
| 8 | The role of endotoxin in the pathogenesis of gastric mucosal damage in cirrhotic rats with portal hypertensive gastropathy显示文摘Objective:To study the role and the mechanism of endotoxin in the pathogenesis of gastric mucosa during portal vein hypertension gastrography(PHG) in the rats with cirrhosis.Methods: Rat model for PHG was established by injection of tetrachloride.The animals were injected with endotoxin i.p.at 3 mg/kg and endotoxin antagonist BPI21 i.v.at 2.0 mg/kg.The plasma level of endotoxin as well as the gastric mucosal level of tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α) was measured with azobenzene and ELISA respectively.Furthermore,the pathological changes of the gastric mucosa were studied with HE stainning.Results:In rats with PHG,increased endotoxin and TNF-αas well as the gastric pathological lesion were observed.Injection of endotoxin remarkably increased plasma level of endotoxin as well as the gastric mucosal level of tumor necrosis TNF-αand induced more serious gastric lesion.Animals injected with endotoxin antagonist BPI21 showed improved gastric mucosal lesion,accompanied by the declining TNF-αlevel.Conclusions:Our results suggestes that endotoxin may play a pathogenetic role in PHG by inducing the expression of TNF-α. | Cheng Lan Xiaoning Sun Liwei Dong Baili Huang Su Yuan Keli Wu | 2011 | Asian Pacific Journal of Tropical Medicine2011,4,3: | 0 |
| 9 | A production prediction method of single well in water flooding oilfield based on integrated temporal convolutional network model显示文摘Since the oil production of single well in water flooding reservoir varies greatly and is hard to predict, an oil production prediction method of single well based on temporal convolutional network(TCN) is proposed and verified. This method is started from data processing, the correspondence between water injectors and oil producers is determined according to the influence radius of the water injectors, the influence degree of a water injector on an oil producer in the month concerned is added as a model feature, and a Random Forest(RF) model is built to fill the dynamic data of water flooding. The single well history is divided into 4 stages according to its water cut, that is, low water cut, middle water cut, high water cut and extra-high water cut stages. In each stage, a TCN based prediction model is established, hyperparameters of the model are optimized by the Sparrow Search Algorithm(SSA). Finally, the models of the 4 stages are integrated into one whole-life model of the well for production prediction. | 10 | B1-cell-produced anti-phosphatidylserine antibodies contribute to lupus nephritis development via TLR-mediated Syk activation显示文摘Autoantibodies produced by B cells play a pivotal role in the pathogenesis of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). However, both the cellular source of antiphospholipid antibodies and their contributions to the development of lupus nephritis (LN) remain largely unclear. Here, we report a pathogenic role of anti-phosphatidylserine (PS) autoantibodies in the development of LN. Elevated serum PS-specific IgG levels were measured in model mice and SLE patients, especially in those with LN. PS-specific IgG accumulation was found in the kidney biopsies of LN patients. Both transfer of SLE PS-specific IgG and PS immunization triggered lupus-like glomerular immune complex deposition in recipient mice. ELISPOT analysis identified B1a cells as the main cell type that secretes PS-specific IgG in both lupus model mice and patients. Adoptive transfer of PS-specific B1a cells accelerated the PS-specific autoimmune response and renal damage in recipient lupus model mice, whereas depletion of B1a cells attenuated lupus progression. In culture, PS-specific B1a cells were significantly expanded upon treatment with chromatin components, while blockade of TLR signal cascades by DNase I digestion and inhibitory ODN 2088 or R406 treatment profoundly abrogated chromatin-induced PS-specific IgG secretion by lupus B1a cells. Thus, our study has demonstrated that the anti-PS autoantibodies produced by B1 cells contribute to lupus nephritis development.
