| 1 | Changes of Urban Wetland Landscape Pattern and Impacts of Urbanization on Wetland in Wuhan City显示文摘In this study,remote sensing data of Wuhan City,Hubei Province,China in 1996-2001 were selected to ex-tract wetland landscape information.Several landscape indices were used to evaluate the changes of landscape pattern within the five years,including patch number,patch density,patch fractal dimension,landscape diversity,dominance,evenness,and fragmentation indexes.Then,transformation probabilities of wetland landscapes into non-wetland land-scapes were calculated based on Markov Model,and on these grounds the relationship between changes of wetland landscape pattern and urban construction was analyzed.The results showed that fragmentation degree of all wetland types increased,lake area declined,and dominance of natural wetland decreased.The reasons for these results were mainly because of urban construction.According to the features of abundant wetland in Wuhan City,we suggested that protection of wetland landscape should cooperate with urban construction,which means wetland should become im-portant part of urban landscape. | WANG Xuelei NING Longmei YU Jing XIAO Rui LI Tao | 2008 | Chinese Geographical Science2008,18,1: | 27 |
| 2 | A Reconfigurable Block Cryptographic Processor Based on VLIW Architecture显示文摘An Efficient and flexible implementation of block ciphers is critical to achieve information security processing.Existing implementation methods such as GPP,FPGA and cryptographic application-specific ASIC provide the broad range of support.However,these methods could not achieve a good tradeoff between high-speed processing and flexibility.In this paper,we present a reconfigurable VLIW processor architecture targeted at block cipher processing,analyze basic operations and storage characteristics,and propose the multi-cluster register-file structure for block ciphers.As for the same operation element of block ciphers,we adopt reconfigurable technology for multiple cryptographic processing units and interconnection scheme.The proposed processor not only flexibly accomplishes the combination of multiple basic cryptographic operations,but also realizes dynamic configuration for cryptographic processing units.It has been implemented with0.18μm CMOS technology,the test results show that the frequency can reach 350 MHz.and power consumption is 420 mw.Ten kinds of block and hash ciphers were realized in the processor.The encryption throughput of AES,DES,IDEA,and SHA-1 algorithm is1554 Mbps,448Mbps,785 Mbps,and 424 Mbps respectively,the test result shows that our processor's encryption performance is significantly higher than other designs. | LI Wei ZENG Xiaoyang NAN Longmei CHEN Tao DAI Zibin | 2016 | China Communications2016,13,1: | 11 |

| 4 | A High Energy-Efficient Reconfigurable VLIW Symmetric Cryptographic Processor with Loop Buffer Structure and Chain Processing Mechanism显示文摘By exploring symmetric cryptographic data level and instruction-level parallelism, the reconfigurable processor architecture for symmetric ciphers is presented based on Very-long instruction word(VLIW) structure. The application-specific instruction-set system for symmetric ciphers is proposed. As for the same arithmetic operation of symmetric ciphers, eleven kinds of reconfigurable cryptographic arithmetic units are designed by the reconfigurable technology. As to the requirement of high energy-efficient design, the loop buffer structure for instruction fetching unit is proposed to reduce the power consumption significantly with the same frequency as conventional, meanwhile, the chain processing mechanism is proposed to improve the cryptographic throughput without any area overhead. It has been fabricated with 0.18μm CMOS technology. | 5 | Liposomes for systematic delivery of vancomycin hydrochloride to decrease nephrotoxicity:Characterization and evaluation显示文摘Vancomycin hydrochloride(VANH),the first glycopeptide antibiotic,is a water-soluble drug for the treatment of acute osteomyelitis.Liposomal formulations of VANH have already been manipulated and characterized,which was a mean of increasing their therapeutic index,reducing their toxicity and altering drug biodistribution.One of the challenges for preparing VANH-Lips is their low encapsulation efficiency(EE).In the present study,we aim to improve the liposomal formulation of VANH for higher EE,longer systemic circulation,reduced nephrotoxicity and enhanced antimicrobial activities.Vancomycin hydrochloride-loaded liposomes(VANH-Lips)were formulated by the method of modified reverse phase evaporation.Based on the optimization of formulation with orthogonal experimental design,the average drug encapsulation efficiency and the mean particle size of VANH-Lips were found to be 40.78±2.56%and 188.4±2.77 nm.In vitro drug release of VANH-Lips possessed a sustained release characteristic and their release behavior was in accordance with the Weibull equation.After intravenous injection to mice,the mean residence time(MRT)of VANH-Lips group was significantly prolonged in vivo and the AUC value was improved as well compared with the vancomycin hydrochloride solution(VANH-Sol)group.Furthermore,the biodistribution results in mice showed that VANH-Lips decreased the accumulation of VANH in kidney after intravenous injection.In conclusion,VANH-Lips may be a potential delivery system for VANH to decrease nephrotoxicity in the treatment of osteomyelitis. | Junli Liu Zhonglan Wang Fubing Li Jinhua Gao Longmei Wang Guihua Huang | 2015 | Asian Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences2015,10,3: | 4 |

Current researches mainly deal with this problem on the assumption that the data transmission mode is fixed, either playback or real-time transmission. Considering the characteristic of the problem, a multi-satellite real-time and playback data transmission scheduling model is established and a novel algorithm based on quantum discrete particle swarm optimization(QDPSO)is proposed. Furthermore, we design the longest compatible transmission chain mutation operator to enhance the performance of the algorithm. | 7 | A VLIW Architecture Stream Cryptographic Processor for Information Security显示文摘As an important branch of information security algorithms,the efficient and flexible implementation of stream ciphers is vital.Existing implementation methods,such as FPGA,GPP and ASIC,provide a good support,but they could not achieve a better tradeoff between high speed processing and high flexibility.ASIC has fast processing speed,but its flexibility is poor,GPP has high flexibility,but the processing speed is slow,FPGA has high flexibility and processing speed,but the resource utilization is very low.This paper studies a stream cryptographic processor which can efficiently and flexibly implement a variety of stream cipher algorithms.By analyzing the structure model,processing characteristics and storage characteristics of stream ciphers,a reconfigurable stream cryptographic processor with special instructions based on VLIW is presented,which has separate/cluster storage structure and is oriented to stream cipher operations.The proposed instruction structure can effectively support stream cipher processing with multiple data bit widths,parallelism among stream cipher processing with different data bit widths,and parallelism among branch control and stream cipher processing with high instruction level parallelism;the designed separate/clustered special bit registers and general register heaps,key register heaps can satisfy cryptographic requirements.So the proposed processor not only flexibly accomplishes the combination of multiple basic stream cipher operations to finish stream cipher algorithms.It has been implemented with 0.18μm CMOS technology,the test results show that the frequency can reach 200 MHz,and power consumption is 310 mw.Ten kinds of stream ciphers were realized in the processor.The key stream generation throughput of Grain-80,W7,MICKEY,ACHTERBAHN and Shrink algorithm is 100 Mbps,66.67 Mbps,66.67 Mbps,50 Mbps and 800 Mbps,respectively.The test result shows that the processor presented can achieve good tradeoff between high performance and flexibility of stream ciphers. | Longmei Nan Xuan Yang Xiaoyang Zeng Wei Li Yiran Du Zibin Dai Lin Chen | 2019 | China Communications2019,16,6: | 4 |
| 8 | Molecular and physiological characterization of the effects of auxin-enriched rootstock on grafting显示文摘Grafting is a highly useful technique,and its success largely depends on graft union formation.In this study,we found that root-specific expression of the auxin biosynthetic gene iaaM in tobacco,when used as rootstock,resulted in more rapid callus formation and faster graft healing.However,overexpression of the auxin-inactivating iaaL gene in rootstocks delayed graft healing.We observed increased endogenous auxin levels and auxin-responsive DR5::GUS expression in scions of WT/iaaM grafts compared with those found in WT/WT grafts,which suggested that auxin is transported upward from rootstock to scion tissues.A transcriptome analysis showed that auxin enhanced graft union formation through increases in the expression of genes involved in graft healing in both rootstock and scion tissues.We also observed that the ethylene biosynthetic gene ACS1 and the ethylene-responsive gene ERF5 were upregulated in both scions and rootstocks of the WT/iaaM grafts.Furthermore,exogenous applications of the ethylene precursor ACC to the junction of WT/WT grafts promoted graft union formation,whereas application of the ethylene biosynthesis inhibitor AVG delayed graft healing in WT/WT grafts,and the observed delay was less pronounced in the WT/iaaM grafts.These results demonstrated that elevated auxin levels in the iaaM rootstock in combination with the increased auxin levels in scions caused by upward transport/diffusion enhanced graft union formation and that ethylene was partially responsible for the effects of auxin on grafting.Our findings showed that grafting success can be enhanced by increasing the auxin levels in rootstocks using transgenic or gene-editing techniques. | Longmei Zhai Xiaomin Wang Dan Tang Qi Qi Huseyin Yer Xiangning Jiang Zhenhai Han Richard McAvoy Wei Li Yi Li | 2021 | Horticulture Research2021,8,1: | 3 |
