1岩石节理直剪试验颗粒流宏细观分析显示文摘基于颗粒流理论和PFC程序,在解决建模过程中悬浮颗粒的消除、恒定法向荷载伺服机制的施加、拟静力加载状态的选取等问题后,较为完善地实现岩石节理PFC数值直剪试验,并分别从宏观和细观角度深入探讨节理在直剪试验过程中的力学演化特征和破坏机制。结合已有的节理直剪试验成果,进行室内试验和计算结果的对比分析,验证计算方法的可靠性。研究成果如下:(1)随恒定法向荷载的增大,剪切应力及其峰值时刻的剪切位移增大,节理面上黏结破坏颗粒增多,而剪切阻抗和节理剪胀效应却降低;(2)随剪切位移的增加,节理面上粒间法向接触数不断减少,接触矢量方向逐渐向剪切荷载施加方向偏转,而粒间接触压力不断增大,裂纹不断沿节理面附近产生,破裂频数在剪切应力达到峰值时最为强烈;(3)数值试验得到的剪切阻抗值普遍高于试验值,但减小模型颗粒半径可有效降低计算剪切阻抗值。室内试验和计算结果对比分析表明,新提出的颗粒流计算方法非常适用于岩石节理直剪试验的数值模拟,可为室内节理直剪试验和PFC节理模型细观力学参数选取的深入研究提供有益的参考。周喻 MISRA A 吴顺川 张晓平 2012岩石力学与工程学报2012,31,6:56
2等效岩体随机节理三维网络模型构建方法研究显示文摘由于目前仍难以将建立的结构面网络模型直接应用于岩体力学行为的分析,构建反映节理真实空间状态的等效岩体模型是岩体工程稳定性分析与计算的研究基础。以内蒙古白云鄂博铁矿东矿为研究背景,通过现场节理测线法调查,运用概率统计理论对节理倾向、倾角、间距和迹长进行统计分析、偏差校正并建立概率分布模型。在此基础上,根据Monte Carlo随机模拟理论并采用Matlab软件,获取节理模拟数据,并通过OPEN GL三维可视化技术构建能充分反映工程岩体节理分布特征的等效岩体随机节理三维网络模型,模拟结果与实测数据具有良好的统计相似性。该研究成果可为等效岩体技术所利用,并为后续开展节理岩体变形特性、强度特性、尺寸效应、各向异性、表征单元体积(REV)、关键块体识别、开挖效应、破裂机理等量化分析研究奠定基础。吴顺川 周喻 高永涛 MISRA A 2012岩石力学与工程学报2012,31,A01:23
3Value of screening endoscopy in evaluation of esophageal,gastric and colon cancers显示文摘Esophageal,gastric,and colorectal cancers are deadly diseases that continue to plague our world today.The value of screening endoscopy in evaluating these types of cancers is a critical area of discussion due to a potential reduction in morbidity and mortality.This article describes how to identify a good screening test and explains what are important criteria in the field of screening endoscopy.Furthermore,the current status and progress of screening endoscopy for esophageal,gastric,and colorectal cancer will be evaluated and discussed.Mass screening programs have not been implemented for esophageal and gastric carcinomas in those with average or low risk populations.However,studies of high-risk populations have found value and a cost-benefit in conducting screening endoscopy.Colorectal cancer,on the other hand,has had mass screening programs in place for many years due to the clear evidence of improved outcomes.As the role of endoscopy as a screening tool has continued to develop,newer technology and techniques have emerged to improve its utility.Many new image enhancement techniques and computer processing programs have shown promise and may have a significant role in the future of endoscopic screening.These developments are paving the way for improving the diagnostic and therapeutic capability of endoscopy in the field of gastroenterology.Tae H Ro Michelle A Mathew Subhasis Misra 2015World Journal of Gastroenterology2015,21,33:9
4Abdominal obesity adversely affects bone mass in children显示文摘AIM To determine the effect of childhood obesity and insulin resistance on bone health. METHODS We conducted a cross sectional study in pubertal adolescents and young adults 13-20 years old who were either overweight/obese or normal weight. Participants were Tanner 3 or above for pubertal stage, and had fasting blood work done to measure glucose, insulin, C-reactive protein and lipid levels. Homeostatic model of insulin resistance(HOMA-IR) was calculated using the formula(Fasting Blood Glucose *Insulin/405). Body composition and bone mineral density were measured using dual energy X-ray absorptiometry(DXA; Hologic QDR 4500, Waltham, MA, United Kingdom). RESULTS Percent trunk fat was associated inversely with whole body bone mineral content(BMC), whereas HOMA-IR was associated positively with whole body BMC.CONCLUSION Our results suggest that abdominal adiposity may have an adverse effect on whole body bone parameters and that this effect is not mediated by insulin resistance.Sowmya Krishnan Michael P Anderson David A Fields Madhusmita Misra 2018World Journal of Clinical Pediatrics2018,7,1:3
5自适应连续体/非连续体周期边界单元耦合技术在等效岩体中的应用研究显示文摘介绍一种新颖的PFC颗粒流程序计算模型构建方法,即:自适应连续体/非连续体(AC/DC)周期边界单元耦合技术。该方法首先构建压实并达到力学平衡的周期组块,通过复制周期组块镜像快速建立颗粒体模型,因此,可避免模型在生成过程中耗费大量时间达到力学平衡状态的缺陷,从而大幅降低计算时间、节省计算资源。以一等效岩体单轴压缩试验为例,在相同初始计算条件下,比较分析AC/DC技术和常规颗粒体模型构建方法得到的计算结果,两者在单轴抗压强度、应力–应变曲线和变形破坏特征等方面表现出高度相似性,表明在保证计算结果准确性的前提下,AC/DC技术的计算效率远高于常规颗粒体模型构建方法,且这种优势将随着颗粒体规模的增大而越发突出。因此,该技术的应用可为后续研究工程尺度节理岩体力学性质等科学问题奠定坚实基础。吴顺川 周喻 高永涛 MISRA A 2012岩石力学与工程学报2012,31,A01:3
