| 1 | 中国的酸化问题——一项基于重庆—广州森林监测点研究结果的评估显示文摘中国经济的快速增长一直伴随着污染的加剧。本文在现场观测和文献研究的基础上讨论了酸性降水及其先兆的范围和影响。目前酸性降水的主要原因是二氧化硫的排放,但氮氧化物的排放也在增加。中国污染最严重地区的硫化合物沉降比东欧和中欧经受严重污染的地区要高。中国南部很多地区的土壤和土壤水看来已经被酸化。这些地区的污染已经影响了森林和其他植物的生命力,特别是在位于和靠近城市地区的地方。地表水的酸化似乎在近期不会成为主要的区域性问题,但一些地区的河流,目前虽仅接受少量的酸沉降,却对酸化显得较敏感。 | Hans M. | 2 | Hypertension and chronic ethanol consumption: What do we know after a century of study?显示文摘The influences of life habits on the cardiovascularsystem may have important implications for publichealth, as cardiovascular diseases are among the lead-ing causes of shorter life expectancy worldwide. A linkbetween excessive ethyl alcohol(ethanol) consumptionand arterial hypertension was first suggested early lastcentury. Since then, this proposition has received con-siderable attention. Support for the concept of ethanolas a cause of hypertension derives from several epi-demiologic studies demonstrating that in the generalpopulation, increased blood pressure is significantlycorrelated with ethanol consumption. Although thelink between ethanol consumption and hypertension iswell established, the mechanism through which etha-nol increases blood pressure remains elusive. Possiblemechanisms underlying ethanol-induced hypertensionwere proposed based on clinical and experimental ob-servations. These mechanisms include an increase insympathetic nervous system activity, stimulation of therenin-angiotensin-aldosterone system, an increase of intracellular Ca2+ in vascular smooth muscle, increased oxidative stress and endothelial dysfunction. The pres-ent report reviews the relationship between ethanol intake and hypertension and highlights some mecha-nisms underlying this response. | 3 | Clinical features and radiological manifestations of COVID-19 disease显示文摘Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)was discovered after unusual cases of severe pneumonia emerged in December 2019 in Wuhan Province(China).Coronavirus is a family of single-stranded RNA viruses.Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)is transmitted from person to person.Although asymptomatic individuals can transmit the virus,symptomatic patients are more contagious.The incubation period ranges from 3-7 d and symptoms are mainly respiratory,including pneumonia or pulmonary embolism in severe cases.Elevated serum levels of interleukins(IL)-2,IL-6,IL-7 indicate the presence of cytokine release syndrome,which is associated with disease severity.The disease has three main phases:Viral infection,pulmonary involvement,and hyperinflammation.To date,no treatment has proved to be safe or effective.Chest X-ray and computed tomography(CT)are the primary imaging tests for diagnosis of SARS-CoV-2 pneumonia,follow-up,and detection of complications.The main radiological findings are ground-glass opacification and areas of consolidation.The long-term clinical course is unknown,although some patients may develop pulmonary fibrosis.Positron emission tomography-computed tomography(PETCT)is useful to assess pulmonary involvement,to define the affected areas,and to assess treatment response.The pathophysiology and clinical course of COVID-19 infection remain poorly understood.However,patterns detected on CT and PETCT may help to diagnose and guide treatment.In this mini review,we analyze the clinical manifestations and radiological findings of COVID-19 infection. | Pedro Landete Carlos Andres Quezada Loaiza Beatriz Aldave-Orzaiz Susana Hernandez Muniz Antonio Maldonado Enrique Zamora Allan Charles Sam Cerna Elia del Cerro Raquel Cano Alonso Felipe Counago | 2020 | World Journal of Radiology2020，12，11： | 2 |
