1不同利用方式红壤反硝化势和气态产物排放特征显示文摘采用厌氧培养-乙炔抑制法测定了4种不同利用方式红壤的反硝化势和气态产物N2O和N2的排放速率。结果表明,不同利用方式红壤反硝化势和N2O和N2的排放速率差异明显,土壤反硝化势强弱顺序依次为:竹林>茶园>林地>旱地。反硝化势与土壤有机碳(P<0.05)、厌氧培养期间土壤CO2累积排放量(P<0.01)、nirS基因丰度(P<0.05)和nirK基因丰度(P<0.05)呈显著正相关关系。逐步回归分析结果表明,CO2累积排放量表征的易矿化碳是造成不同利用方式红壤反硝化势差异的主要原因,可以解释反硝化势变化的66%(P<0.01)。不同利用方式红壤N2O和N2排放速率差异明显,旱地红壤N2O和N2排放速率均最低,表明土壤pH的提升并没有增加旱地红壤的反硝化损失风险和N2O排放速率。土壤易矿化有机碳含量也是影响不同利用方式红壤N2O和N2排放速率的主要因素。反硝化功能基因nirS、nirK和nosZ的丰度均与CO2累积排放量呈显著正相关关系,进一步支持了土壤易矿化有机碳含量是影响不同利用方式红壤反硝化势和气态产物排放的主要因子。土壤pH是影响不同利用方式红壤反硝化气态产物N2/N2O的主要因素,但是pH影响红壤N2/N2O的微生物机制仍需要进一步研究。NANANG Zulkarnaen 程谊 张金波 2020土壤2020,52,2:6
2土地利用方式对红壤氮素矿化和硝化作用的影响显示文摘研究在我国亚热带红壤地区采集林地、竹林、茶园和旱地农田4种利用方式的土壤样品,测定了氮素净矿化和净硝化以及N2O排放速率,定量了氨氧化细菌(AOB)和氨氧化古菌(AOA),以期阐明土地利用方式对红壤氮素矿化和硝化作用的影响。结果表明,不同利用方式红壤AOA基因拷贝数在6.20×106到6.58×106copies g-1土;AOB基因拷贝数在4.18×106到7.41×106copies g-1土,AOA和AOB丰度的最大值均出现在旱地红壤。旱地红壤0~7天和0~14天的氮素净矿化速率分别为3.46和1.62 mg kg-1,均显著高于其他利用方式。氮素净矿化速率与土壤pH值呈显著的正相关关系(P<0.05),与C/N呈显著的负相关关系(P<0.05),说明土壤pH和C/N是影响不同利用方式红壤氮素净矿化速率的主要因子。旱地红壤0~7天和0~14天的净硝化速率分别为5.33和3.06 mg kg-1,也均显著高于其他利用方式。净硝化速率与铵态氮(NH4+-N)含量(P<0.01)、pH(P<0.05)和AOB(P<0.01)均呈显著的正相关关系,表明土壤p H和可利用NH4+-N含量是影响红壤净硝化速率的重要因素,高土壤pH和NH4+-N含量有利于AOB的生长和活性,从而明显增加净硝化速率。然而,不同利用方式红壤的N2O排放速率却没有显著的差异,说明利用方式似乎不影响土壤N2O排放,这与净硝化速率变化规律相矛盾。可能的原因是,除了硝化作用外,好氧培养条件下还存在其他重要的N2O产生途径,将来的研究中需要关注不同利用方式红壤N2O产生途径,以阐明红壤N2O排放机制。Nanang Zulkarnaen 程谊 张金波 2019土壤通报2019,50,5:5

17Contribution of Sumalindo Company:In Managing Forest Resources with Local Communities:Mahakam Ulu-East Kalimantan显示文摘The role of HPH(Forest Logging Concession)in developing rural communities is very significant.SLJ(Sumalindo Lestari Jaya)as HPH company has an important contribution in empowering local communities,especially in opening land transportation in the interior and helping to build agriculture and gardens.The existence of Sumalindo company participates in developing forest resource management with local communities,among others,increasing livelihoods,maintaining and developing biodiversity conservation and maintaining climate change.These efforts are in accordance with the regulations of the KLHK(Ministry of Environment and Forestry),that every HPH holder is required(mandatory)to obtain a certificate of“PHAPL”(Sustainable Production Natural Forest Management)and an“eco label”from the Indonesian Eco Label Institute.Besides,it is recommended that the holders of HPH concessions and HTI(Industrial Timber Plantations)have an FSC(Forest Stewardship Council)certificate from the EU(European Union),and must meet three indicator elements,namely economic,social and ecological in SFM(Sustainable Forest Management).This article examines three critical questions that show the role of Sumalindo Company in economic,ecological and social development and managing forest resources with the community as follows:(1)The role of Sumalindo company contributes to the development of road infrastructure in the interior;(2)The role of Sumalindo in improving livelihoods and economic and social empowerment of local communities;(3)The role of Sumalindo with local communities in managing forest resources,including maintaining and developing biodiversity conservation and maintaining climate change.Herman Hidayat Massa Jafar David A.Sonnenfeld Stephen Wyatt Masatoshi Sasaoka Ndan Imang Martinus Nanang 2022Journal of Environmental Science and Engineering(B)2022,11,4:0
