1Soil-Plant-Microbe Interactions in Stressed Agriculture Management:A Review显示文摘The expected rise in temperature and decreased precipitation owing to climate change and unabated anthropogenic activities add complexity and uncertainty to agro-industry. The impact of soil nutrient imbalance, mismanaged use of chemicals, high temperature,flood or drought, soil salinity, and heavy metal pollutions, with regard to food security, is increasingly being explored worldwide. This review describes the role of soil-plant-microbe interactions along with organic manure in solving stressed agriculture problems. Beneficial microbes associated with plants are known to stimulate plant growth and enhance plant resistance to biotic(diseases) and abiotic(salinity, drought, pollutions, etc.) stresses. The plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria(PGPR) and mycorrhizae, a key component of soil microbiota, could play vital roles in the maintenance of plant fitness and soil health under stressed environments. The application of organic manure as a soil conditioner to stressed soils along with suitable microbial strains could further enhance the plant-microbe associations and increase the crop yield. A combination of plant, stress-tolerant microbe, and organic amendment represents the tripartite association to offer a favourable environment to the proliferation of beneficial rhizosphere microbes that in turn enhance the plant growth performance in disturbed agro-ecosystem. Agriculture land use patterns with the proper exploitation of plant-microbe associations, with compatible beneficial microbial agents, could be one of the most effective strategies in the management of the concerned agriculture lands owing to climate change resilience. 2Strategy and Future Prospects to Develop Room-Temperature-Recoverable NO2 Gas Sensor Based on Two-Dimensional Molybdenum Disulfide显示文摘Nitrogen dioxide(NO2),a hazardous gas with acidic nature,is continuously being liberated in the atmosphere due to human activity.The NO2 sensors based on traditional materials have limitations of high-temperature requirements,slow recovery,and performance degradation under harsh environmental conditions.These limitations of traditional materials are forcing the scientific community to discover future alternative NO2 sensitive materials.Molybdenum disulfide(MoS2)has emerged as a potential candidate for developing next-generation NO2 gas sensors.MoS2 has a large surface area for NO2 molecules adsorption with controllable morphologies,facile integration with other materials and compatibility with internet of things(IoT)devices.The aim of this review is to provide a detailed overview of the fabrication of MoS2 chemiresistance sensors in terms of devices(resistor and transistor),layer thickness,morphology control,defect tailoring,heterostructure,metal nanoparticle doping,and through light illumination.Moreover,the experimental and theoretical aspects used in designing MoS2-based NO2 sensors are also discussed extensively.Finally,the review concludes the challenges and future perspectives to further enhance the gas-sensing performance of MoS2.Understanding and addressing these issues are expected to yield the development of highly reliable and industry standard chemiresistance NO2 gas sensors for environmental monitoring.Abhay V.Agrawal Naveen Kumar Mukesh Kumar 2021Nano-Micro Letters2021,13,2:7
3维迪欧视频喉镜和GlideScope视频喉镜在双腔支气管插管中的应用比较显示文摘目的评估维迪欧视频喉镜在择期肺叶切除术患者行全身麻醉诱导双腔支气管插管中的实用性和安全性。方法择期拟行经口左双腔支气管插管全身麻醉手术患者400例,美国麻醉医师协会(ASA)分级Ⅰ~Ⅲ级,年龄18~70岁。采用随机数表法将患者纳入A、B两组,A组代表GlideScope视频喉镜组,B组代表维迪欧视频喉镜组。记录两组插管时间、一次插管成功率、插管前后血流动力学波动、术后咽喉疼痛及声嘶等情况。结果A,B两组的插管时间差异无统计学意义,第1次插管成功率差异也无统计学意义;插管前后A,B两组的平均动脉压及心率的波动差异无统计学意义;拔管后1 h及拔管后1 d,A,B两组的术后声嘶的差异无统计学意义(均P≥0.05)。但A组在拔管1 d后轻度咽喉疼痛的发病率显著高于B组(14%vs 7.5%,P<0.05)。结论从插管时间、成功率,插管所导致的心血管反应,术后咽喉疼痛及声嘶等方面的结果来看,维迪欧视频喉镜可以安全应用于辅助DLT插管。Naveen Kumar Yadav 刘美云 周焕平 冯迪 魏娟 宋炯 吕欣 顾洋 2020同济大学学报(医学版)2020,41,4:6
4Metathesis synthesis, characterization, spectral and photoactivity studies of Ln_(2/3)MoO_4(Ln=La, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Er and Y)显示文摘Rare earth ortho-oxomolybdates of composition Ln2/3MoO 4(Ln=La, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Er and Y) were prepared by metathesis reaction. All these materials were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction, Fourier transform-infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR) and UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectra. The Rietveld analysis of all the samples was carried out to obtain the unit cell parameters and reliability factors. All the materials were crystallized in tetragonal lattice with I41/a space group. The infrared spectra of all the samples were characterized by bands due to MoO 2–4 units. The bandgap energies of all the samples were obtained from UV-Vis DRS spectra. The luminescence spectra of Ln2/3MoO 4(Ln=Pr, Eu and Dy) showed characteristic transitions of the rare earth ions. 5Physical and degradation properties of PLGA scaffolds fabricated by salt fusion technique显示文摘Tissue engineering scaffolds require a controlled pore size and interconnected pore structures to support the host tissue growth. In the present study, three dimensional (3D) hybrid scaffolds of poly lactic acid (PLA) and poly glycolic acid (PGA) were fabricated using solvent casting/particulate leaching. In this case, partially fused NaCl particles were used as porogen (200-300μ) to improve the overall porosity (≥90%) and internal texture of scaffolds. Differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) analysis of these porous scaffolds revealed a gradual reduction in glass transition temperature (Tg) (from 48°C to 42.5°C) with increase in hydrophilic PGA content. The potential applications of these scaffolds as implants were further tested for their biocompatibility and biodegradability in four simulated body fluid (SBF) types in vitro. Whereas, simulated body fluid (SBF) Type1 with the optimal amount of HCO 3 ions was found to be more appropriate and sensible for testing the bioactivity of scaffolds. Among three combinations of polymer scaffolds, sample B with a ratio of 75:25 of PLA: PGA showed greater stability in body fluids (pH 7.2) with an optimum degradation rate (9% to 12% approx). 7Comparative study of the results of compound tibial shaft fractures treated by Ilizarov ring fixators and limb reconstruction system fixators显示文摘Purpose: llizarov ring fixator and limb reconstruction system (LRS) fixators have been used in the management of complex tibial fractures with severe soft tissue injuries, compound tibial fractures, and infected tibial nonunion for which conventional internal fixation cannot be contemplated. Fracture union and distraction osteogenesis can be done simultaneously with these external fixators, allowing early weight bearing. Several previous studies have shown almost equal results of rail and ring fixators for the compound tibial shaft fractures. Thus we performed a prospective study to evaluate the union rate, functional outcome and amount of limb lengthening after the treatment of compound tibial shaft fractures with or without infected nonunion by ring or LRS fixators. Methods: This prospective study was done at Sarojini Naidu Medical College and Hospital, Agra, India and included 32 patients of compound tibial shaft fractures with or without infected nonunion. There were 26 males and 6 females and the average age was 40 years. Patients were randomly divided into two groups (n - 16 for each): one underwent llizarov fixation and the other received LRS fixation. Cases were followed up for 3-24 months, 6 months on average from September 2012 to October 2014. Functional and radiological outcomes were assessed using the Association for the Study and Application of Methods of llizarov (ASAMI) criteria for both rail and ring fixators. Results: Union was achieved in all cases. Radiological outcome was found excellent in 68.75%, good in 18.75% and fair in 12.50% of cases treated by rail fixators whereas it was excellent in 56.25%, good in 18.75%, fair in 12.50% and poor in 12.50% of cases treated by ring fixators. Functional result was satis- factory in 75.00% of cases treated by rail fixator and 68.75% of cases treated by ring fixators whereas the corresponding rate of unsatisfactory was 25.00% vs. 31.25%. Conclusion: In our short-term assessment, LRS fixators show a better result than llizarov fixators in terms of fracture union and functional outcome with soft tissue care and limb length.Chandra Prakash Pal Harish Kumar Deepak Kumar K.S. 10Inhibition of Cdk5 increases osteoblast differentiation and bone mass and improves fracture healing显示文摘Identification of regulators of osteoblastogenesis that can be pharmacologically targeted is a major goal in combating osteoporosis,a common disease of the elderly population. Here, unbiased kinome RNAi screening in primary murine osteoblasts identified cyclin-dependent kinase 5(Cdk5) as a suppressor of osteoblast differentiation in both murine and human preosteoblastic cells. Cdk5 knockdown by si RNA, genetic deletion using the Cre-lox P system, or inhibition with the small molecule roscovitine enhanced osteoblastogenesis in vitro. Roscovitine treatment significantly enhanced bone mass by increasing osteoblastogenesis and improved fracture healing in mice. Mechanistically, downregulation of Cdk5 expression increased Erk phosphorylation, resulting in enhanced osteoblast-specific gene expression. Notably, simultaneous Cdk5 and Erk depletion abrogated the osteoblastogenesis conferred by Cdk5 depletion alone, suggesting that Cdk5 regulates osteoblast differentiation through MAPK pathway modulation. 11Relative active tectonics evaluation using geomorphic and drainage indices, in Dadra and Nagar Haveli, western India显示文摘The present study area,Dadra and Nagar Haveli,contains several lineaments and traces of active faults.The various aspect of the geomo rphic analysis,i.e.,stream length(SL) gradient,hypsometric integral(HI),basin shape(BS),valley floor(VF),have been applied to evaluate the relative index of active tectonics(RIAT) of the Damanganga watershed.The high and low zones of tectonic activity have been identified based on the geomorphic analysis of the watershed.After evaluation of all indices,three classes,class IIhigh(1.3 ≤RIAT <1.5),class Ⅲ-moderate(1.5 ≤RIAT <1.8),and class Ⅳ-low(1.8 ≤RIAT),have been obtained to outline the degree/gradation of comparative tectonic activities in the study area.The appraised outcome of the RIAT dispersal is also well reinforced by the geomorphic evidence in the field.The collective outcomes of geomorphic evidence,such as stream deflection and analysis of lineament,deflection of streams,and geomorphic indices,conceal that the Damanganga watershed is affected by tectonic activity.Naveen Kumar Rakesh K.Dumka Kapil Mohan Sumer Chopra 2022Geodesy and Geodynamics2022,13,3:2

16Note Microwave synthesis and pharmacological activity of Mannich base cyclohexanone derivatives显示文摘We have synthesized mannich base cyclohexanone using microwave irradiation method,and studied their pharma-cological activity.Based on analytical and spectral(IR,NMR and Mass) data,a number of mono as well as double mannich base cyclohexanones have been synthesized from primary and secondary amines and formaldehyde,and then purified and characterized. The required 3-aryl-2,4-diacetyl-5-hydroxy-5-methylcyclohexanone was prepared from appropriate aldehyde and acetylacetone.
