1An Intelligent Fine-Tuned Forecasting Technique for Covid-19 Prediction Using Neuralprophet Model显示文摘COVID-19,being the virus of fear and anxiety,is one of the most recent and emergent of various respiratory disorders.It is similar to the MERS-COV and SARS-COV,the viruses that affected a large population of different countries in the year 2012 and 2002,respectively.Various standard models have been used for COVID-19 epidemic prediction but they suffered from low accuracy due to lesser data availability and a high level of uncertainty.The proposed approach used a machine learning-based time-series Facebook NeuralProphet model for prediction of the number of death as well as confirmed cases and compared it with Poisson Distribution,and Random Forest Model.The analysis upon dataset has been performed considering the time duration from January 1st 2020 to16th July 2021.The model has been developed to obtain the forecast values till September 2021.This study aimed to determine the pandemic prediction of COVID-19 in the second wave of coronavirus in India using the latest Time-Series model to observe and predict the coronavirus pandemic situation across the country.In India,the cases are rapidly increasing day-by-day since mid of Feb 2021.The prediction of death rate using the proposed model has a good ability to forecast the COVID-19 dataset essentially in the second wave.To empower the prediction for future validation,the proposed model works effectively.Savita Khurana Gaurav Sharma Neha Miglani Aman Singh Abdullah Alharbi Wael Alosaimi Hashem Alyami Nitin Goyal 2022Computers, Materials & Continua2022,,4:2

4Fuzzy AHP approach for legal judgement summarization显示文摘Legal documents are generally big and complex documents because of specific vocabulary,semantics and structure.One of the major challenges in legal processing systems is to generate summary of legal judgements.Till date,in most of the legal systems,the summary of judgements is produced manually by legal experts which are then used by Lawyers,Judges and other legal professionals.The manual process of summarization is very inefficient and time-consuming.Automatic text summarization(ATS)is the process of reducing the content of a textual document,while retaining the core description of text through the use of appropriate tool.The present work proposes a novel Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchical process(FAHP)based feature weighting scheme which helps in producing an efficient and effective summary of legal judgement.Model is applied on a number of legal judgements taken from Indian IT Act.Validation of the model is done using ROUGE(Recall-Oriented Understudy for Gisting Evaluation)tool with recall,precision,and f-measure as performance measures.The generated summaries are further assessed by legal experts and are found to be more promising than the summaries generated by traditional approaches.Neha Bansal Arun Sharma R.K.Singh 2019Journal of Management Analytics2019,6,3:1

6Administration of Fenugreek Seed Extract Produces Better Effects in Glibenclamide-Induced Inhibition in Hepatic Lipid Peroxidation: An in vitro Study显示文摘Objective: To evaluate the comparative effects of fenugreek(Trigonel a foenum graecum) seed extract(FSE) alone and in combination with an antidiabetic conventional medicine,glibenclamide(GLB),on the inhibition of in vitro lipid peroxidation(LPO) in liver,the major target organ of a drug.Methods: LPO was induced by ferrous sulphate(Fe So4),hydrogen peroxide(H2 O2) and carbon tetrachloride(CCl4) and the effects of test seed extract and/or GLB were evaluated.Results: While Fe So4,H2 O2 and CCl4 markedly enhanced the hepatic LPO,simultaneous administration of FSE reduced it in a concentration dependent manner.However,when both FSE and GLB were added to the incubation mixture,chemical y induced hepatic LPO was further inhibited.The test extract also exhibited high antioxidative activity in 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl radical and in 2,2'-azino-bis,3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulphonic acid radical scavenging assays.Conclusion: FSE therapy in moderate concentration along with a hypoglycemic drug may prove to be advantageous in ameliorating diabetes mel itus and other diseases that are LPO mediated.Sharma Neha Kar Anand Panda Sunanda 2019Chinese Journal of Integrative Medicine2019,25,4:1
7Cancer chemotherapy with novel bioactive natural products显示文摘Cancer is the primary cause of death on a global scale.Every year,8.8 million people die because lung,prostate gland,colorectal,and hepatic cancers are more common in men.In contrast,mammary glands,large intestine,bronchi,cervix,and abdomen cancers are more common in women.The Food and Drug Administration of the United States of America has approved plant-based medications for cancer treatment.Examples include taxanes,such as paclitaxel,and vinca alkaloids,such as vincristine and vinblastine.Although,developing new anti-cancer medicine to treat this disease will necessitate a diverse range of bioactive sources.More than 30 natural compounds derived from plants have been identified,with clinical trials currently underway.According to a literature review of numerous publications and manuals,novel medicinal compounds derived from bioactive sources have been confirmed scientifically efficacious against many kinds of cancer cells.The current study focused on new therapeutic compounds extracted from the plants indicated to have antineoplastic effects in clinical trials.The most significant discoveries of these active new medicinal substances were also summarized and discussed.Neha Dangi Shikha Sharma 2022Journal of Chinese Pharmaceutical Sciences2022,31,8:1

13Systematic study of kinematic and dynamic moments of inertia of superdeformed bands with NpNn scheme显示文摘The systematics of kinematic moment of inertia J^((1))and dynamic moment of inertia J^((2))of superdeformed(SD) bands in A^130, 150, 190 mass regions have been studied. We have obtained the values of J^((1))and J^((2))for all the SD bands observed in the A^130, 150, 190 mass regions by using the experimental intraband E2 transition energies. The result of this work includes the variation of J^((1))with the product of valence proton and neutron numbers(N_pN_n). The phenomenon of band mixing has been observed in the A^130, 150 mass regions and band crossing has been observed in the A^190 mass region. The systematics also includes the variation of J^((2))with the product of valence proton and neutron numbers(N_pN_n). Evidence of staggering behaviour has been observed in all three A^130, 150 and 190 mass regions. 14Nurses and nursing students’knowledge regarding blood transfusion:A comparative cross-sectional study显示文摘Objective:The objective of this study is to measure and compare the knowledge of nursing students and nurses on blood transfusion in an Indian context.Materials and Methods:The present comparative,cross-sectional study enrolled 296 nurses and 177 nursing students through a purposive sampling from a medical university hospital and different nursing institutions.The data were collected in the month of June and July of year 2021,using a self-structured questionnaire.The questionnaire had two sections:Section-I contained demographic data(8 items for nurses and 5 for students)and section-II included 26 items that assessed nurses’and nursing students’knowledge on blood transfusion.Results:Findings indicated that nurses and nursing students had insufficient knowledge about blood transfusion.Nurses,however,had significantly greater total blood transfusion knowledge scores than nursing students(16.51±3.85 vs.12.10±3.28;P<0.001).The marital status(adjusted odds ratio[AOR]=0.456,95%confidence interval[CI]0.244,0.853;P=0.037),educational level(AOR=5.072,95%CI 1.982,9.634(P=0.003);AOR=6.540,95%CI 2.54,16.871;P=0.001)and work experience(AOR=0.216,95%CI 0.067,0.702[P=0.037];AOR=0.331,95%CI 0.135,0.811;P=0.013)were the significant predictors of the level of knowledge among nurses.The attendance in any educational programme on blood transfusion(AOR=0.225,95%CI:0.062,0.818;P=0.041)was a significant predictor of the level of knowledge among nursing students.Conclusion:Nurses and nursing students have unsatisfactory knowledge on blood transfusion;emphasizing the critical need for immediate and successful teaching activities in this area.Rakhi GAUR Shiv Kumar MUDGAL Neha SUYAL Suresh Kumar SHARMA Rajat AGARWAL Ritu RAJ Chaturvedi JITENDER 2022Journal of Integrative Nursing2022,4,3:0

16Job satisfaction and organizational commitment among nurses working on temporary versus permanent jobs at a tertiary care teaching hospital,Uttarakhand,India显示文摘Objective:The objective of this study was to assess and compare job satisfaction and organizational commitment among nurses working on temporary versus permanent basis at a tertiary care teaching hospital,Uttarakhand,India.Materials and Methods:A total of 250 nurses(125 temporary and 125 permanent)were selected using stratified disproportionate random sampling techniques from a tertiary care teaching hospital.Sociodemographic datasheet,Job Satisfaction Survey scale,and Organizational Commitment scale were used to collect data.Results:The study results revealed that the job satisfaction score was significantly higher in permanent nurses(139.1±15.4)than in temporary nurses(131.3±12.2)(P<0.001).However,temporary nurses(85.2±14.4)were more committed toward organization than permanent nurses(80.0±16.0)(P<0.001).There was a significant association between nurses’job satisfaction and their gross salary(P<0.001)and their organizational commitment with the selected profession by own will(P<0.001).Conclusion:The present study concluded that majority of temporary and permanent nurses reported a moderate level of job satisfaction and organizational commitment.This study suggests enhancing employee satisfaction can improve organizational commitment.As well,this study’s findings can serve as a valuable foundation for designing policies to enhance organizational commitment in the future.Neha PANCHAL Suresh Kumar SHARMA Rakesh SHARMA Ritu RANI 2022Journal of Integrative Nursing2022,4,4:0
17Role of beneficial microbial gene pool in mitigating salt/nutrient stress of plants in saline soils through underground phytostimulating signalling molecules显示文摘Soil salinity diminishes soil health and reduces crop yield,which is becoming a major global concern.Salinity stress is one of the primary stresses,leading to several other secondary stresses that restrict plant growth and soil fertility.The major secondary stresses induced in plants under saline-alkaline conditions include osmotic stress,nutrient limitation,and ionic stress,all of which negatively impact overall plant growth.Under stressed conditions,certain beneficial soil microflora are known to have evolved phytostimulating mechanisms,such as the synthesis of osmoprotectants,siderophores,1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylic acid(ACC)deaminase activity,phosphate solubilization,and hormone production,which enhance plant growth and development while mitigating nutrient stress.Beneficial soil-borne bacterial species such as Bacillus,Pseudomonas,and Klebsiella and fungal strains such as Trichoderma,Aspergillus,Penicillium,Alternaria,and Fusarium also aid in reducing salinity stress.Phosphate-solubilizing microorganisms also assist in nutrient acquisition via both enzymatic and non-enzymatic processes.In the case of enzymatic processes,they produce different enzymes such as alkaline phosphatases and phytases,whereas non-enzymatic processes produce organic acids such as gluconic,citric,malic,and oxalic acids.The native halotolerant/halophilic soil microbial gene pool with multifunctional traits and stress-induced gene expression can be developed as suitable bio-inoculants to enhance stress tolerance and optimize plant growth in saline soils.Shalini TIWARI Barkha SHARMA Neha BISHT Lakshmi TEWARI 2023Pedosphere2023,33,1:0
