| 1 | Temperature Programmed Reduction Studies on CeO_2-Containing Catalysts显示文摘Temperature programmed reduction (TPR) study was carried out for CeO 2/Al 2O 3 and CeO 2/ZrO 2 catalysts to evaluate oxygen storage property induced by a facile redox cycling of Ce ion. The CeO 2/ZrO 2 catalyst possesses excellent oxygen storage activity at 373 K after reduction above 1173 K although the oxygen storage of CeO 2/Al 2O 3 catalyst after reduction above 1173 K is poor because of the formation of CeAlO 3. | 3 | Effectiveness of therapeutic barium enema for diverticular hemorrhage显示文摘AIM:To evaluate the effectiveness of barium impaction therapy for patients with colonic diverticular bleeding.METHODS:We reviewed the clinical charts of patients in whom therapeutic barium enema was performed for the control of diverticular bleeding between August2010 and March 2012 at Yokohama Rosai Hospital.Twenty patients were included in the review,consisting of 14 men and 6 women.The median age of the patients was 73.5 years.The duration of the followup period ranged from 1 to 19 mo(median:9.8 mo).Among the 20 patients were 11 patients who required the procedure for re-bleeding during hospitalization,6patients who required it for re-bleeding that developed after the patient left the hospital,and 3 patients who required the procedure for the prevention of rebleeding.Barium(concentration:150 w%/v%)was administered per the rectum,and the leading edge of the contrast medium was followed up to the cecum by fluoroscopy.After confirmation that the ascending colon and cecum were filled with barium,the enema tube was withdrawn,and the patient’s position was changed every 20 min for 3 h.RESULTS:Twelve patients remained free of rebleeding during the follow-up period(range:1-19mo)after the therapeutic barium enema,including 9men and 3 women with a median age of 72.0 years.Re-bleeding occurred in 8 patients including 5 men and 3 women with a median age of 68.5 years:4developed early re-bleeding,defined as re-bleeding that occurs within one week after the procedure,and the remaining 4 developed late re-bleeding.The DFI(disease-free interval)decreased 0.4 for 12 mo.Only one patient developed a complication from therapeutic barium enema(colonic perforation).CONCLUSION:Therapeutic barium enema is effective for the control of diverticular hemorrhage in cases where the active bleeding site cannot be identified by colonoscopy. | Mizue Matsuura Masahiko Inamori Atsushi Nakajima Yasuhiko Komiya Yumi Inoh Keigo Kawasima Mai Naitoh Yuji Fujita Akiko Eduka Noriyoshi Kanazawa Shiori Uchiyama Rie Tani Kennichi Kawana Setsuya Ohtani Hajime Nagase | 2015 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2015，21，18： | 2 |
| 4 | Muscle hematoma:A critically important complication of alcoholic liver cirrhosis显示文摘An iliopsoas hematoma can occur either spontaneously or secondary to trauma or bleeding tendency due to hemophilia and anticoagulant therapy.Although liver cirrhosis is commonly associated with coagulopathy, iliopsoas hematoma is very rare.We herein,present a case of bilateral iliopsoas hematoma in a patient with alcoholic cirrhosis,and review the literature on muscle hematoma associated with cirrhosis.A 56-year-old man with alcoholic cirrhosis was admitted in a state of shock with anemia.The cause of anemia could not be detected,and the patient was treated conservatively. The site of bleeding was not detected with either gastroduodenal endoscopy or upper abdominal computed tomography,the latter of which did not include the iliopsoas muscle.He died on the 10th day of admission and bilateral iliopsoas hematomas were found on autopsy.An iron stain was positive in the iliopsoas muscle.Eight cases of muscle hematoma associated with cirrhosis,including the present case, were found in a review of the literature.Four of these cases involved the rectus abdominis muscle,3 involved the iliopsoas muscle and 1 involved combined muscles.Alcoholic cirrhosis accounted for 75%of the cases.One case(12.5%)was associated with virus- related cirrhosis,and another with combined virus- and alcohol-related cirrhosis.The mortality rate was 75%despite early diagnosis and low risk scores for cirrhosis.Muscle hematoma in patients with cirrhosis isclosely related to alcoholism,and the mortality rate of the condition is extremely high.In conclusion,muscle hematoma should be recognized as an important complication of cirrhosis. | Chiyo Sugiyama Akifumi Akai Noriyoshi Yamakita Tsuneko Ikeda Keigo Yasuda | 2009 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2009，15，35： | 2 |

| 10 | LC-MS/MS method for the quantitation of serum tocilizumab in rheumatoid arthritis patients using rapid tryptic digestion without IgG purification显示文摘The quantitation of serum tocilizumab using liquid chromatography tandem-mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS)method has not been widely applied in clinical settings because of its time-consuming and costly sample pretreatments.The present study aimed to develop a validated LC-MS/MS method for detecting serum tocilizumab by utilizing immobilized trypsin without an immunoglobulin G purification step and evaluate its applicability in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA)patients administered intravenously or subcutaneously with tocilizumab.The tocilizumab-derived signature peptide was deciphered using a nano-LC system coupled to a hybrid quadrupole-orbitrap mass spectrometer.The serum tocilizumab was rapidly digested by immobilized trypsin for 30 min.The chromatographic peak of the signature peptide and that of the internal standard were separated from the serum digests for a total run time of 15 min.The calibration curve of serum tocilizumab concentration was linear with a range of 2-200 μg/mL.The intra-and inter-day accuracy and relative standard deviation(RSD)were 90.7%-109.4%and<10%,respectively.The serum tocilizumab concentrations in the RA patients receiving intravenous and subcutaneous injections were 5.8-28.9 and 2.4-63.5 μg/mL,respectively.The serum tocilizumab concentrations using the current method positively correlated with those using the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,although a systematic error was observed between these methods.In conclusion,a validated LC-MS/MS method with minimal sample pretreatments for monitoring serum tocilizumab concentrations in RA patients was developed. | Takashi Mochizuki Kaito Shibata Takafumi Naito Kumiko Shimoyama Noriyoshi Ogawa Masato Maekawa Junichi Kawakami | 2022 | Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis2022，12，6： | 1 |
