2Robot-assisted radical cystectomy and intracorporeal orthotopic neobladder: 1-year functional outcomes显示文摘Complete intracorporeal urinar y diversion(ICUD)with an orthotopic neobladder is an emerging procedure.The objective of this article was to assess retrospectively the urodynamic and continence results after robot-assisted radical cystectomy(RARC)and ICUD with a modified orthotopic Studer neobladder.After a median follow-up time of 11 months,all patients were socially continent(≤1 pad)at daytime.Median Pouch capacity was 404 ml with a median postvoid residual volume of 0 ml.All patients stated that they would choose the same type of urinary diversion again.RARC and ICUD with orthotopic neobladder provides promising functional and urodynamic results with high patient satisfaction.Fabian Obrecht Nadim Abo Youssef Orlando Burkhardt Christoph Schregel Marco Randazzo Christian Padevit Peter Wiklund Hubert John 2020Asian Journal of Andrology2020,22,2:4
3烯烃自复分解反应对氢化丁腈橡胶相对分子质量的调控显示文摘利用凝胶渗透色谱技术研究了双键含量、催化剂用量及溶液浓度对氢化丁腈橡胶(HNBR)烯烃自复分解反应的影响。结果表明,双键含量高的HNBR更容易进行复分解反应;HNBR溶液质量分数为9%时,催化剂用量高于0.2phr才能使双键摩尔分数为20%的HNBR发生有效的复分解反应。适当提高HNBR的溶液浓度,也可提高HNBR的复分解反应效率。复分解降解后HNBR的门尼黏度降为原来的一半时,硫化胶的物理力学性能保持良好,拉伸强度、100%定伸应力、撕裂强度分别为改性前的70%、75%和94%。潘庆燕 庄涛 赵菲 Obrecht Werner David Sarah 2013高分子材料科学与工程2013,29,12:3
4氢化丁腈橡胶的烯烃复分解反应显示文摘研究了丁腈橡胶经选择性催化加氢后得到的氢化丁腈橡胶(HNBR)在钌基催化剂Zhan 1 B作用下以及有无外加低分子烯烃条件下的烯烃复分解反应,并用尺寸排阻色谱-多角度激光光散射-黏度检测联用仪对HNBR的2种烯烃复分解反应产物的结构进行了表征。结果表明,钌基催化剂Zhan 1 B可以有效地催化HNBR的烯烃复分解反应,降低其相对分子质量;HNBR的烯烃自复分解反应(无外加烯烃)比交叉复分解反应(有外加烯烃)的效率低;相对分子质量相同时,自复分解反应产物的均方旋转半径及特性黏数值均低于相应的交叉复分解反应产物,由此推断HNBR的烯烃自复分解反应产物主要为环状结构,而交叉复分解反应产物主要为线型结构。潘庆燕 庄涛 赵菲 Werner Obrecht Sarah David 2014合成橡胶工业2014,37,5:2
