2水泵水轮机甩负荷过程流动诱导噪声数值模拟显示文摘为研究水泵水轮机甩负荷过程压力脉动特性及其流动诱导噪声,该文基于网格壁面滑行技术和DES湍流模型,对水泵水轮机发电工况下导叶关闭过程进行连续性模拟,并将流场叶片表面压力脉动信号作为声场流动诱导噪声计算声源,通过对压力脉动特性和流动诱导噪声分析得到:导叶进出口处2个无叶区内压力脉动主频位置均在叶频为斯特劳哈尔数等于0.051与1处,导叶出口处频谱值是进口处10倍之上,说明动动干涉对流态的影响强于动静干涉;当尾水管内出现2个反向旋壁涡带时,压力脉动最强烈且其幅值最大。声场分析结果表明外场噪声的主频由压力脉动主频与壳体固有频率综合决定,声压分布具有'∞'形式的指向形态,且各阶叶频处声压分布呈现出明显的对称性,说明叶片噪声辐射具有明显的偶极子特性;在一阶、二阶叶频处,导叶关闭前一半阶段,流量对于外场噪声辐射能力的影响表现为大流量工况下最强,小流量工况下最弱,导叶关闭后一半阶段正好相反。毛秀丽 孙奥冉 Giorgio Pavesi 郑源 葛新峰 2018农业工程学报2018,34,20:8
3Enamel microabrasion: An overview of clinical and scientific considerations显示文摘Superficial stains and irregularities of the enamelare generally what prompt patients to seek dental intervention to improve their smile. These stains or defects may be due to hypoplasia, amelogenesis imperfecta, mineralized white spots, or fluorosis, for which enamel microabrasion is primarily indicated. Enamel microabrasion involves the use of acidic and abrasive agents, such as with 37% phosphoric acid and pumice or 6% hydrochloric acid and silica, applied to the altered enamel surface with mechanical pressure from a rubber cup coupled to a rotatory mandrel of a lowrotation micromotor. If necessary, this treatment can be safely combined with bleaching for better esthetic results. Recent studies show that microabrasion is a conservative treatment when the enamel wear is minimal and clinically imperceptible. The most important factor contributing to the success of enamel microabrasion is the depth of the defect, as deeper, opaque stains, such as those resulting from hypoplasia, cannot be resolved with microabrasion, and require a restorative approach. Surface enamel alterations that result from microabrasion, such as roughness and microhardness, are easily restored by saliva. Clinical studies support the efficacy and longevity of this safe and minimally invasive treatment. 4Large eddy simulation of cloud cavitation and wake vortex cavitation around a trailing-truncated hydrofoil显示文摘The cavitation has received considerable attention for decades because of its negative influence on the performance and the safety of the hydraulic machinery.In this study,a large eddy simulation is carried out to numerically investigate the unsteady cavitating flow around a trailing-truncated NACA 0009 hydrofoil for determining the underlying physical mechanisms.Two types of cavitation morphologies are identified:The large-scale bubble cluster and the von Kármán vortex cavity,named as the cloud cavitation and the wake vortex cavitation,respectively.It is shown that the velocity profiles obtained over the hydrofoil suction surface are in good agreement with the experimental data,indicating the accuracy of the current simulation.The dynamic evolution of the sheet/cloud cavity is also well reproduced,covering the sheet cavity breakup,the sheet/cloud transformation,and the collapse of the cloudy bubble cluster.The wake-vortex cavitation is caused by the blunt geometry at the hydrofoil trailing edge,where pairs of vortex cavities are induced.Both the cloud and vortex cavities significantly affect the lift oscillation,which makes it difficult to decompose the components.The fundamental shedding mechanisms of the wake vortex cavitation are discussed based on the finite-time Lyapunov exponent field.Specifically,the suction-side bubble grows and squeezes the giant pressure bubble away from the trailing edge.After the pressure bubble detaches,a new counterclockwise vortex or a new bubble appears at the pressure side,thus lifting the ridge towards the suction trailing edge and generating a strong vortex eye that pinches off the trailing portion of the suction-side bubble.Ting-yun Yin Giorgio Pavesi Ji Pei Shou-qi Yuan Xing-cheng Gan 2022Journal of Hydrodynamics2022,34,5:4

6A new method of dynamic mesh used in continuous guide vane closure of a reversible pump-turbine in generating mode显示文摘In this paper,a new method of dynamic mesh based on two functional controls is used in the continuous guide vane closure,and the three-dimensional numerical simulation is carried out to investigate the transient flow characteristics for a Francis-type reversible pump-turbine in the turbine mode in the load regulation scenario,with the detached eddy simulation(DES)turbulent model.The transient flow characteristics during the closure of the guide vanes are illustrated by analyzing the signals of the mass flow,the torque and the pressure fluctuations in the frequency and time-frequency domains.It is shown by the simulated results that a continuous assessment of the transient flow characteristics during the guide vane closure may be made by using the new method of the dynamic mesh.Furthermore,the flow field analysis involves both the onset and the development of the unsteady phenomena progressively based on an organized guide vane closure law.The flow pattern in the return channel maintains a relatively stable flow field before the last stage of the closure,as compared with the unstable flow field in other domains.To identify the unit variation under the fluid-dynamical conditions,the influence of the three-dimensional unsteady flow structures in the passage is analyzed and its evolution during this transient process is characterized by the fluid-dynamics and the spectral analysis.Xiu-li Mao Yuan Zheng Giorgio Pavesi Zhan-shan Xie 2019Journal of Hydrodynamics2019,31,5:3

8水泵水轮机甩负荷瞬态过程叶间流场分析显示文摘为研究甩负荷过渡过程水泵水轮机内流场特性,以某抽水蓄能电站水泵水轮机模型为例,采用网格壁面滑移技术与DES湍流模型对机组甩负荷过程进行三维瞬态数值模拟,基于湍动能、压力等信号提取叶间流场演变特征。结果表明,后1/3导叶域及其后流道内压力脉动剧烈,50%导叶关闭后,无叶区内形成带圆周速度的水环阻碍水流进入转轮;66.7%导叶关闭后,转轮叶间流道内出现涡旋,在较大压力梯度作用下旋转失速涡带扩散加剧流动分离,阻塞转轮流道。甩负荷过程尾水管内先充满与转轮同向的旋流,紧接着靠近内壁侧出现空腔且外壁侧旋流量减小,然后内壁侧出现与外壁侧旋向相反的回流。研究结果为良好运行性能的机组设计奠定了基础。冯俊 毛秀丽 PAVESI GIORGIO 郑源 2020水电能源科学2020,38,10:2

10水泵水轮机泵工况下近设计点驼峰现象的流动机理研究显示文摘中高比转速水泵水轮机泵工况下近设计点驼峰严重制约了其稳定运行范围,是制约抽水蓄能电站安全与经济运行的关键问题之一。作为流动问题的宏观表现,驼峰现象必然与水泵水轮机内部的非定常流动存在密切关系。为此,基于试验和数值模拟,对水泵水轮机泵工况下可调导叶流道内的非定常流动进行研究,探究模型机泵工况下的压力脉动特性、非定流动机理及与性能曲线稳定性之间的关系。结果表明:在设计和小于设计工况下,可调导叶流道内均存在两种显著的周期性压力脉动。模型机泵工况下的流量扬程曲线在0.45~0.75倍设计流量区间内出现驼峰,频域分析清晰地揭示了以上两种压力脉动是对该驼峰存在重要影响的流动参量。阳君 袁寿其 PAVESI Giorgio 李春 叶舟 2016机械工程学报2016,52,24:2
