1Online adaptive Q-learning method for fully cooperative linear quadratic dynamic games显示文摘A model-based offline policy iteration(PI) algorithm and a model-free online Q-learning algorithm are proposed for solving fully cooperative linear quadratic dynamic games. The PI-based adaptive Q-learning method can learn the feedback Nash equilibrium online using the state samples generated by behavior policies, without sending inquiries to the system model. Unlike the existing Q-learning methods, this novel Q-learning algorithm executes both policy evaluation and policy improvement in an adaptive manner.We prove the convergence of the offline PI algorithm by proving its equivalence to Newton’s method while solving the game algebraic Riccati equation(GARE). Furthermore, we prove that the proposed Q-learning method will converge to the Nash equilibrium under a small learning rate if the method satisfies certain persistence of excitation conditions, which can be easily met by suitable behavior policies. 2A Silicon Monoxide Lithium-Ion Battery Anode with Ultrahigh Areal Capacity显示文摘Silicon monoxide(SiO)is an attractive anode material for next-generation lithium-ion batteries for its ultra-high theoretical capacity of 2680 mAh g−1.The studies to date have been limited to electrodes with a rela-tively low mass loading(<3.5 mg cm^(−2)),which has seriously restricted the areal capacity and its potential in practical devices.Maximizing areal capacity with such high-capacity materials is critical for capitalizing their potential in practi-cal technologies.Herein,we report a monolithic three-dimensional(3D)large-sheet holey gra-phene framework/SiO(LHGF/SiO)composite for high-mass-loading electrode.By specifically using large-sheet holey graphene building blocks,we construct LHGF with super-elasticity and exceptional mechanical robustness,which is essential for accommodating the large volume change of SiO and ensuring the structure integrity even at ultrahigh mass loading.Additionally,the 3D porous graphene network structure in LHGF ensures excellent electron and ion transport.By systematically tailoring microstructure design,we show the LHGF/SiO anode with a mass loading of 44 mg cm^(−2)delivers a high areal capacity of 35.4 mAh cm^(−2)at a current of 8.8 mA cm^(−2)and retains a capacity of 10.6 mAh cm^(−2)at 17.6 mA cm^(−2),greatly exceeding those of the state-of-the-art commercial or research devices.Furthermore,we show an LHGF/SiO anode with an ultra-high mass loading of 94 mg cm^(−2)delivers an unprecedented areal capacity up to 140.8 mAh cm^(−2).The achievement of such high areal capacities marks a critical step toward realizing the full potential of high-capacity alloy-type electrode materials in practical lithium-ion batteries.Jiang Zhong Tao Wang Lei Wang Lele Peng Shubin Fu Meng Zhang Jinhui Cao Xiang Xu Junfei Liang Huilong Fei Xidong Duan Bingan Lu Yiliu Wang Jian Zhu Xiangfeng Duan 2022Nano-Micro Letters2022,14,3:4
3The promises, challenges and pathways to room-temperature sodium-sulfur batteries显示文摘Room-temperature sodium-sulfur batteries(RT-Na-S batteries) are attractive for large-scale energy storage applications owing to their high storage capacity as well as the rich abundance and low cost of the materials.Unfortunately, their practical application is hampered by severe challenges, such as low conductivity of sulfur and its reduced products, volume expansion, polysulfide shuttling effect and Na dendrite formation,which can lead to rapid capacity fading. The review discusses the Na-S-energy-storage chemistry,highlighting its promise, key challenges and potential strategies for large-scale energy storage systems.Specifically, we review the electrochemical principles and the current technical challenges of RT-Na-S batteries, and discuss the strategies to address these obstacles. 7A Detection Method of Bolts on Axlebox Cover Based on Cascade Deep Convolutional Neural Network显示文摘This paper proposes a cascade deep convolutional neural network to address the loosening detection problem of bolts on axlebox covers.Firstly,an SSD network based on ResNet50 and CBAM module by improving bolt image features is proposed for locating bolts on axlebox covers.And then,theA2-PFN is proposed according to the slender features of the marker lines for extracting more accurate marker lines regions of the bolts.Finally,a rectangular approximationmethod is proposed to regularize themarker line regions asaway tocalculate the angle of themarker line and plot all the angle values into an angle table,according to which the criteria of the angle table can determine whether the bolt with the marker line is in danger of loosening.Meanwhile,our improved algorithm is compared with the pre-improved algorithmin the object localization stage.The results show that our proposed method has a significant improvement in both detection accuracy and detection speed,where ourmAP(IoU=0.75)reaches 0.77 and fps reaches 16.6.And in the saliency detection stage,after qualitative comparison and quantitative comparison,our method significantly outperforms other state-of-the-art methods,where our MAE reaches 0.092,F-measure reaches 0.948 and AUC reaches 0.943.Ultimately,according to the angle table,out of 676 bolt samples,a total of 60 bolts are loose,69 bolts are at risk of loosening,and 547 bolts are tightened.Ji Wang Liming Li Shubin Zheng Shuguang Zhao Xiaodong Chai Lele Peng Weiwei Qi Qianqian Tong 2023Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2023,,3:0
8Simultaneous Desorption of Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons and Heavy Metals from Contaminated Soils by Rhamnolipid Biosurfactants显示文摘Hydrophobic organic compounds(HOCs)and heavy metals(HMs)are toxins that usually coexist in natural environments.Due to the differences in their properties,it remains challenging to simultaneously remove HMs and HOCs.In this study,the removal of phenanthrene(Phe)and lead(Pb)from co-contaminated soils by single rhamnolipid(RL)and mixed RL-sophorolipid(SL)biosurfactants were evaluated via soil column experiments.Biosurfactant micelle sizes were determined by dynamic light scattering,and the mechanisms of micelle solubilization were studied.The effects of biosurfactant concentrations,pH,washing agent salinity and the ageing time of polluted soils on Phe and Pb desorption efficiencies were also assessed.The substantial removal of Phe and Pb using mixed RL-SL systems,when molar fractions of RLs were 0.7,was attributed to large mixed micelle formation and lower sorption losses of these systems.The optimal pH value was 6.0,while Phe desorption was favoured at high RLs and low ionic strengths.However,the RLs concentration and ionic strength had no obvious influence on Pb removal.In addition,both Phe and Pb desorption decreased with increased ageing of the polluted soils.Combined RL-SL biosurfactants can be effective for simultaneously removing HOCs and HMs from polluted soils.WU Liang SONG Dandan YAN Lele LIANG Shengkang YANG Yanqun PENG Changsheng SHANG Yujun WANG Xiuli DONG Xueliang 2020Journal of Ocean University of China2020,19,4:0

10Superior corrosion resistance and corrosion mechanism of dual-main-phase (Ce_(15)Nd_(85))_(30)Fe_(bal)B_(1)M magnets in different solutions显示文摘The electrochemical corrosion behavior of both (Ce_(15)Nd_(85))_(30)Fe_(bal)B_(1)M sintered magnets prepared with dual-main-phase method and N45-type magnets was studied in 3.5 wt% NaCl,1.1 wt% NaH_(2)PO_(4),and 2.5 wt% NaOH solutions,respectively.The (Ce_(15)Nd_(85))_(30)Fe_(bal)B_(1)M sintered magnets perform superior corrosion resistance than N45-type magnets in the tested solutions.In general,two kinds of magnets exhibit the best corrosion resistance property in 2.5 wt% NaOH solution,while the worst in 3.5 wt% NaCl solution.Microstructures of samples before and after corrosion were investigated.With the addition of Ce by means of dual-main-phase method,which is conducive to facilitating low-temperature sintering and grain refinement,uniform grain size and(Nd,Ce)-rich phase distribution form,give rise to narrow and thin corrosion channels.Moreover,the corrosion rate of the(Nd,Ce)-rich phase is lower than that of Nd-rich one.Acco rdingly,corro sion re sistance of (Ce_(15)Nd_(85))_(30)Fe_(bal)B_(1)M sintered magnet is superior when compared with the commercial N45-type magnet which has comparable magnetic properties.Yaping Wu Minggang Zhu Qisong Sun Lele Zhang Peng Shen Yikun Fang Wei Li 2023Journal of Rare Earths2023,41,1:0
11Bimetallic cobalt-nickel coordination polymer electrocatalysts for enhancing oxygen evolution reaction显示文摘Coordination polymers(CPs)have great potential to be used in electrocatalysis owing to their designable compositions and structures.It is highly challenging to apply CPs as electrocatalysts for oxygen evolution reaction(OER)on account of insufficient catalytic efficiency and relatively poor stability of current electrocatalysts.Herein,through a mixed-metal strategy,one-dimensional Co_(x)Ni_(1-x)-HIPA with dual active sites was synthesized and studied for OER electrocatalysts.By changing the metal ratio of CoxNi1-x-HIPA,the OER performance was well regulated.The optimized Co_(1/2)Ni_(1/2)-HIPA exhibited minimum reaction activation energy,and represented an overpotential of 367 m V to reach 10 mA/cm^(2) at 25℃.Moreover,an overpotential of 314 m V at 10 m A/cm^(2) was obtained from Co_(1/2)Ni_(1/2)-HIPA at 55℃.This mixed-metal strategy provides a feasible way for adjusting the electronic states of the electrocatalysts to improve the electrocatalytic OER performance.Lele Lu Qiang Li Jia Du Wei Shi Peng Cheng 2022Chinese Chemical Letters2022,33,6:0

13Smooth quadrotor trajectory generation for tracking a moving target in cluttered environments显示文摘In this paper,we present a trajectory generation method of a quadrotor,based on the optimal smoothing B-spline,for tracking a moving target with consideration of relative tracking pattern or limited field of view of the onboard sensor in cluttered environments.Compared to existing methods,safe flying zone,vehicle physical limits,and smoothness are fully considered to guarantee flight safety,kinodynamic feasibility,and tracking performance.To tackle the cluttered environments,a parallel particle swarm optimization algorithm is applied to find the feasible waypoints that the generated trajectory should be as close to as possible,with consideration of the target’s future state as well as obstacles to trade off the tracking performance and flight safety.Then,a sequential motion planning method,considering the above constraints,is applied and embedded into a cost function for solving the problem of robust tracking trajectory generation for the quadrotor via a convex optimization approach.The feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified by numerical simulations.Lele XI Zhihong PENG Lei JIAO Ben M.CHEN 2021Science China(Information Sciences)2021,64,7:0
14Two-dimensional bimetallic coordination polymers as bifunctional evolved electrocatalysts for enhanced oxygen evolution reaction and urea oxidation reaction显示文摘Two-dimensional coordination polymers(CPs) have aroused tremendous interest as electrocatalysts because the catalytic performance could be fine-tuned by their well-designed coordination layers with highly accessible and active metal sites.However,it remains great challenge for CP-based catalysts to be utilized for electrocatalytic oxidation reactions due to their inefficient activities and low catalytic stabilities.Herein,we applied a mixed-metal strategy to fabricate two-dimensional Co_xNi_(1-x)-CPs with dual active sites for electrocatalytic water and urea oxidation.By metal ratio regulation in the twodimensional layer,an optimized Co_(2/3)Ni_(1/3)-CP exhibits a water oxidation performance with an overpotential of 325 mV at a current density of 10 mA cm^(-2) and a Tafel slope of 86 mV dec^(-1) in alkaline solution for oxygen evolution reaction.Importantly,a lower potential than that of commercial RuO_(2) is observed over20 mA cm^(-2).Co_(2/3)Ni_(1/3)-CP also displays a potential of 1.381 V at 10 mA cm^(-2) for urea oxidation reaction and a Tafel slope of 124 mV dec^(-1).This mixed-metal strategy to maximize synergistic effect of different metal centers may ultimately lead to promising electrocatalysts for small molecule oxidation reaction.Qiang Li Lele Lu Jingwei Liu Wei Shi Peng Cheng 2021Journal of Energy Chemistry2021,30,12:0
15Chondroitin Polymerizing Factor (CHPF) promotes cell proliferation and tumor growth in human osteosarcoma by inhibiting SKP2's ubiquitination while activating the AKT pathway显示文摘Osteosarcoma is a common malignant tumor occurring in children and young adults. Chondroitin sulfate (CS) participates in cell adhesion, cell division, and the formation of neural networks in the body, the biosynthesis of which requires the participation of glycosyltransferases. CHPF, a glycosyltransferase, plays a role in the extension of CS. Recently, CHPF's biological roles and functional importance in human diseases including malignant tumors have been widely discussed. However, whether CHPF is involved in osteosarcoma development and growth has not been revealed. The present work aimed to investigate the expression levels, functional significance and molecular mechanism of CHPF in osteosarcoma progression. Our results revealed that CHPF is strongly expressed in osteosarcoma tissues and cells. Furthermore, CHPF serves as a tumor promoter in the development and progression of osteosarcoma through enhancing cell proliferation and migration while suppressing apoptosis. Exploration of the mechanism by which CHPF promotes osteosarcoma indicated that CHPF promotes osteosarcoma through counteracting SKP2's ubiquitination and activating the Akt signaling pathway. 16A Railway Fastener Inspection Method Based on Abnormal Sample Generation显示文摘Regular fastener detection is necessary to ensure the safety of railways.However,the number of abnormal fasteners is significantly lower than the number of normal fasteners in real railways.Existing supervised inspectionmethods have insufficient detection ability in cases of imbalanced samples.To solve this problem,we propose an approach based on deep convolutional neural networks(DCNNs),which consists of three stages:fastener localization,abnormal fastener sample generation based on saliency detection,and fastener state inspection.First,a lightweight YOLOv5s is designed to achieve fast and precise localization of fastener regions.Then,the foreground clip region of a fastener image is extracted by the designed fastener saliency detection network(F-SDNet),combined with data augmentation to generate a large number of abnormal fastener samples and balance the number of abnormal and normal samples.Finally,a fastener inspection model called Fastener ResNet-8 is constructed by being trained with the augmented fastener dataset.Results show the effectiveness of our proposed method in solving the problem of sample imbalance in fastener detection.Qualitative and quantitative comparisons show that the proposed F-SDNet outperforms other state-of-the-art methods in clip region extraction,reaching MAE and max F-measure of 0.0215 and 0.9635,respectively.In addition,the FPS of the fastener state inspection model reached 86.2,and the average accuracy reached 98.7%on 614 augmented fastener test sets and 99.9%on 7505 real fastener datasets.Shubin Zheng Yue Wang Liming Li Xieqi Chen Lele Peng Zhanhao Shang 2024Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences2024,139,4:0
17A novel lysosome‐localized fluorescent probe with aggregation‐induced emission without alkalinizing effect显示文摘Herein,a novel small molecule probe,tetraphenylethylene‐cystein(TPE‐Cys),was rationally designed and developed for the intracellular lysosome localization.The combination of tetraphenylethylene and cysteine serve as a novel strategy for lysosome‐targeting,with significant aggregation‐induced emission increases with the proportion of water by as high as 25‐folds.Biofluorescence imaging experiments show that the probe TPE‐Cys has a good colocalization effect with the commercially available lysotracker red,with a Pearson correlation coefficient of 0.91.In addition,we also demonstrate that TPE‐Cys has good light stability.TPE‐Cys,as a neutral compound,is free of alkalinizing effect when applied in lysosome localization.Moreover,molecular dynamics simulations and density function theories are employed to explore the detailed aggregation process and the mechanism of TPE‐Cys aggregation in water solution.The mechanism of lysosome localization of probe TPE‐Cys was explained by cellular endocytosis process and the formation of larger particle in the more acidic environment of lysosomes.This work not only demonstrates an efficient strategy for the construction of fluorescent probes for lysosome localization,but also indicates that they are promising as live cell imaging tools.Jingran Zhang Yan Jia Xinyi Xing Mengmei Qin Zibo Wu Yingqian Zhong Lele Liu Shuqing Sun Peng Li Haiyuan Wang Guangjiu Zhao 2021SmartMat2021,2,4:0
18Minimax Q-learning design for H_(∞) control of linear discrete-time systems显示文摘The H_(∞)control method is an effective approach for attenuating the effect of disturbances on practical systems, but it is difficult to obtain the H_(∞)controller due to the nonlinear Hamilton-Jacobi-Isaacs equation, even for linear systems. This study deals with the design of an H_(∞)controller for linear discrete-time systems. To solve the related game algebraic Riccati equation(GARE), a novel model-free minimax Q-learning method is developed, on the basis of an offline policy iteration algorithm, which is shown to be Newton’s method for solving the GARE. The proposed minimax Q-learning method, which employs off-policy reinforcement learning, learns the optimal control policies for the controller and the disturbance online, using only the state samples generated by the implemented behavior policies. Different from existing Q-learning methods, a novel gradient-based policy improvement scheme is proposed. We prove that the minimax Q-learning method converges to the saddle solution under initially admissible control policies and an appropriate positive learning rate, provided that certain persistence of excitation(PE)conditions are satisfied. In addition, the PE conditions can be easily met by choosing appropriate behavior policies containing certain excitation noises, without causing any excitation noise bias.
