| 1 | Laparoscopic Partial Nephrectomy With Segmental Renal Artery Clamping:Technique and Clinical Outcomes显示文摘Background:Warm ischemic injury is one of the most important factors affecting renal function in partial nephrectomy(PN).The technique of segmental renal artery clamping emerges as an alternative to conventional renal artery clamping for renal hilar control.Objective:To evaluate the feasibility and efficiency of laparoscopic PN(LPN) with segmental renal artery clamping in comparison with the conventional technique.Design,setting,and participants:A total of 75 patients underwent LPN from June 2007 to November 2009.All patients had T1a or T1b tumor in one kidney and a normal contralateral kidney.Thirty-seven patients underwent surgeries with main renal artery clamping,and 38 underwent surgeries with segmental artery clamping.Intervention:All procedures were performed by the same laparoscopic surgeon.Measurements:Blood loss,operation time,warm ischemia(WI) time,and complications affected renal function before and after operation were recorded.Results and limitations:All LPNs were completed without conversion to open surgery or nephrectomy.The novel technique slightly increased WI time(p < 0.001) and intraoperative blood loss(p = 0.006),while it provided better postoperative affected renal function(p < 0.001) compared with the conventional technique.The total complication rate was 12%.Among the 38 cases where segmental renal artery clamping was performed,7 had to convert to the conventional method.Tumor size and location influenced the number of clamped segmental arteries.Long-term postoperative renal function is still awaited.Conclusions:LPN with segmental artery clamping is safe and feasible in clinical practice.It minimizes the intraoperative WI injury and improves early postoperative affected renal function compared with main renal artery clamping.(C) 2010 European Association of Urology.Published by Elsevier B.V.All rights reserved. | Shao,P.F. | 3 | Optimizing ultrasensitive single electron magnetometer based on nitrogen-vacancy center in diamond显示文摘The measurement of the weak magnetic field in nanoscale resolution and at room temperature is always a significant topic in biological, physical, and material science. Such detection can be used to decide the characterization of the samples, such as cells, materials, and so on. Nitrogen-vacancy (NV) center in diamond has been proved to be able to detect a magnetic field with nano Tesla sensitivity and nanometer resolution at room temperature. Here we experimentally demonstrate an optimized NV center based single electron magnetometer in a commercial diamond and under a home-built optically detected magnetic resonance (ODMR) microscope. With current technology, we change the optically detected time window to get a better signal to noise ratio, and use dynamical decoupling to increase the slope of magnetic field amplitude versus fluorescence signal. By employing the 8-pulse XY-4 dynamical decoupling sequence we achieve a sensitivity of 18.9 nT (Hz)(1/2) , which is 1.7 times better than spin echo. We also propose a NV center based scanning diamond microscope for electron and nuclear spins detection as well as nanoscale magnetic resonance imaging. | 6 | Insights into the enhanced structure stability and electrochemical performance of Ti^(4+)/F^(-) co-doped P2-Na_(0.67)Ni_(0.33)Mn_(0.67)O_(2) cathodes for sodium ion batteries at high voltage显示文摘P2-Na_(0.67)N_(i0.33)Mn_(0.67)O_(2)is considered as a promising cathode material for sodium-ion battery (SIBs)because of its high capacity and discharge potential.However,its practical use is limited by Na^(+)/vacancy ordering and P2-O2 phase transition.Herein,a Ti^(4+)/F^(-) co-doping strategy is developed to address these issues.The optimal P2-Na_(0.67)Ni_(0.33)Mn_(0.37)Ti_(0.3)O_(1.9)F_(0.1) exhibits much enhanced sodium storage performance in the high voltage range of 2.0–4.4 V,including a cycling stability of 77.2%over 300cycles at a rate of 2 C and a high-rate capability of 87.7 m Ah g^(-1) at 6 C.Moreover,the P2-Na_(0.67)Ni_(0.33)Mn_(0.37)Ti_(0.3)O_(1.9)F_(0.1) delivers reversible capacities of 82.7 and 128.1 m Ah g^(-1) at-10 and 50℃ at a rate of 2 C,respectively.The capacity retentions over 200 cycles at-10℃ is 94.2%,implying more opportunity for practical application.In-situ X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that both P2-O2 phase transitions and Na^(+)/vacancy ordering is suppressed by Ti^(4+)/F^(-) co-doping,which resulting in fast Na^(+) diffusion and stable phase structure.The hard carbon//P2-Na_(0.67)Ni_(0.33)Mn_(0.37)Ti_(0.3)O_(1.9)F_(0.1) full cell exhibits a high energy density of 310.2 Wh kg^(-1) and remarkable cyclability with 82.1%retention after 300 cycles at 1 C in the voltage range of 1.5–4.2 V.These results demonstrate that the co-doping Ti^(4+)/F^(-) is a promising strategy to improve the electrochemical properties of P2-Na_(0.67)Ni_(0.33)Mn_(0.67)O_(2),providing a facile tactic to develop high performance cathode materials for SIBs. | Pengfei Zhou Jing Zhang Zhennan Che Zuhao Quan Ju Duan Xiaozhong Wu Junying Weng Jinping Zhao Jin Zhou | 2022 | Journal of Energy Chemistry2022,31,4: | 3 |
| 7 | Cost-effective testing based fault localization with distance based test-suite reduction显示文摘The aim of testing based fault localization(TBFL) involves improving the efficiency of program debugging by providing developers with a guide of ranked list of suspicious statements. However, collection of testing information of the whole original test-suite is excessively expensive or even infeasible for developers to conduct TBFL. Traditional test-suite reduction(TSR) techniques are utilized to reduce the size of testsuite. However, they entail a time-consuming process of whole testing information collection. In this study, the distance based test-suite reduction(DTSR) technique is proposed. As opposed to the whole testing information,the distances among the test cases are used to guide the process of test-suite reduction in DTSR. Hence, it is only necessary to collect the testing information for a portion of the test cases for TSR and TBFL. The investigation on the Siemens and SIR benchmarks reveals that DTSR can effectively reduce the size of the given test-suite as well as the time cost of TBFL. | 17 | Microbiologically Influenced Corrosion of Q235 Carbon Steel by Aerobic Thermoacidophilic Archaeon Metallosphaera cuprina显示文摘The effect of thermoacidophilic archaeon Metallosphaera cuprina(M.cuprina)on the corrosion of Q235 carbon steel in its culture medium was investigated in this work.In the sterile culture medium,the carbon steels showed uniform corrosion morphologies and almost no corrosion products covered the sample surface during 14 days of immersion test.In the presence of M.cuprina,some corrosion pits appeared on the surface of carbon steels in the immersion test,exhibiting typical localized corrosion morphologies.Moreover,the sample surfaces were covered by a large number of insoluble precipitates during the immersion.After 14 days,the thickness of precipitates reached approximately 50μm.The results of weight loss test and electrochemical test demonstrated that the carbon steels in the M.cuprina-inoculated culture medium had higher corrosion rate than that in the sterile culture medium.The oxygen concentration cell caused by M.cuprina biofilms resulted in localized corrosion behavior,and the ferrous oxidation ability of M.cuprina accelerated the anodic dissolution of carbon steels,thus promoting the corrosion process of carbon steels. | Hongchang Qian Shangyu Liu Wenlong Liu Pengfei Ju Dawei Zhang | 2022 | Acta Metallurgica Sinica(English Letters)2022,35,2: | 1 |
