5BotGuard: Lightweight Real-Time Botnet Detection in Software Defined Networks显示文摘The distributed detection of botnets may induce heavy computation and communication costs to network devices. Each device in related scheme only has a regional view of Internet,so it is hard to detect botnet comprehensively. In this paper,we propose a lightweight real-time botnet detection framework called BotGuard,which uses the global landscape and flexible configurability of software defined network(SDN)to identify botnets promptly. SDN,as a new network framework,can make centralized control in botnet detection,but there are still some challenges in such detections. We give a convex lens imaging graph(CLI-graph)to depict the topology characteristics of botnet,which allows SDN controller to locate attacks separately and mitigate the burden of network devices. 6Overview of lethal human coronaviruses显示文摘Coronavirus infections of multiple origins have spread to date worldwide,causing severe respiratory diseases.Seven coronaviruses that infect humans have been identified:HCoV-229E,HCoV-OC43,HCoV-NL63,HCoV-HKU1,SARS-CoV,MERS-CoV,and SARS-CoV-2.Among them,SARS-CoV and MERS-CoV caused outbreaks in 2002 and 2012,respectively.SARS-CoV-2(COVID-19)is the most recently discovered.It has created a severe worldwide outbreak beginning in late 2019,leading to date to over 4 million cases globally.Viruses are genetically simple,yet highly diverse.However,the recent outbreaks of SARS-CoV and MERS-CoV,and the ongoing outbreak of SARS-CoV-2,indicate that there remains a long way to go to identify and develop specific therapeutic treatments.Only after gaining a better understanding of their pathogenic mechanisms can we minimize viral pandemics.This paper mainly focuses on SARS-CoV,MERS-CoV,and SARS-CoV-2.Here,recent studies are summarized and reviewed,with a focus on virus–host interactions,vaccine-based and drug-targeted therapies,and the development of new approaches for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Bin Chen Er-Kang Tian Bin He Lejin Tian Ruiying Han Shuangwen Wang Qianrong Xiang Shu Zhang Toufic El Arnaout Wei Cheng 2020Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy2020,5,1:0
7Loop Closure Detection of Visual SLAM Based on Point and Line Features显示文摘For traditional loop closure detection algorithm,only using the vectorization of point features to build visual dictionary is likely to cause perceptual ambiguity.In addition,when scene lacks texture information,the number of point features extracted from it will be small and cannot describe the image effectively.Therefore,this paper proposes a loop closure detection algorithm which combines point and line features.To better recognize scenes with hybrid features,the building process of traditional dictionary tree is improved in the paper.The features with different flag bits were clustered separately to construct a mixed dictionary tree and word vectors that can represent the hybrid features,which can better describe structure and texture information of scene.To ensure that the similarity score between images is more reasonable,different similarity coefficients were set in different scenes,and the candidate frame with the highest similarity score was selected as the candidate closed loop.Experiments show that the point line comprehensive feature was superior to the single feature in the structured scene and the strong texture scene,the recall rate of the proposed algorithm was higher than the state of the art methods when the accuracy is 100%,and the algorithm can be applied to more diverse environments.Chang’an Liu Ruiying Cheng Lijuan Zhao 2020Journal of Harbin Institute of Technology(New Series)2020,27,2:0
8Zn-contained mussel-inspired film on Mg alloy for inhibiting bacterial infection and promoting bone regeneration显示文摘Infection and insufficient osteointegration are the main causes of orthopedic implant failure.Furthermore,activating favorable inflammation response is vital to the fast osteointegration of implants.Therefore,endowing the implants with multifunctions(antibacterial,anti-inflammation,and pro-osteointegration)is a promising strategy to improve the performance of orthopedic implants.In this study,a Zn-contained polydopamine(PDA)film was fabricated on AZ31 alloy.The film possessed a stable Zn ion release in 14 days.The results of electrochemical analysis implied the favorable corrosion protection of the film,and thus,leading to a suitable hemolysis ratio(below 1%).The in vitro antibacterial assessment revealed that the film exhibited excellent resistance against Staphylococcus aureus(nearly 100%),which can be ascribed to the release of Zn ions.The cell-culture evaluation revealed that the extract of Zn-contained PDA-coated sample can activate RAW264.7 polarization to an anti-inflammatory phenotype,as well as enhance the osteogenic dif-ferentiation ability of MC3T3-E 1.Additionally,the femoral osteomyelitis model indicated that the as-prepared film had a high antibacterial capability at early stage of the implantation,and showed better osteogenesis and osteointegration after 8 weeks of implantation.With favorable antibacte-rial,anti-inflammation,and pro-osteogenesis abilities,the novel designed Zn-contained PDA film is promising to be used in Mg-based orthopedic implants.Feng Peng Shi Cheng Ruiying Zhang Mei Li Jielong Zhou Donghui Wang Yu Zhang 2021Regenerative Biomaterials2021,8,1:0
