| 1 | Application of Mullite Composite Lining Plates in Rotary Coke Tanks for Coke Dry Quenching Equipment显示文摘To reduce the burning loss and the spalling and to improve energy efficiency,the mullite composite lining plates were used to replace cast steel or alloy lining in rotary coke tanks for coke dry quenching equipment.The results show that:the dense mullite composite lining plate in the cone part has the density of 2.20 g·cm^(-3) and the wear test,s volume loss of 4.08 cm^(3),and the light weight mullite composite lining plate in the straight cylinder part has the density of 1.95 g·cm^(-3) and the wear test,s volume loss of 17.6 cm^(3).After using,there is no shrinkage gap,no burn loss or holes in the plates,indicating good sealing of the mullite composite lining plates.The lining plate for the cone part has low burning loss,without spalling for more than half a year.The outer surface temperature of coke tanks adopting the cast steel or the alloy lining is 480 to 570℃,while that of the ones adopting mullite composite lining plates is 120 to 170℃,showing a largely improved insulating property.Adopting mullite composite lining plates on the basis of the current coke tank cage,the lining plates can be timely treated and wholly replaced,improving the service life and reducing the maintenance workload. | XU Guotao SHENG Junbo FENG Qiang TU Hongbing WANG Dachun LIU Li ZHANG Yanwei ZHANG Honglei | 2022 | China's Refractories2022,31,3: | 1 |
| 2 | Improvement on the Effectiveness of Marine Stock Enhancement in the Artificial Reef Area by a New Cage-Based Release Technique显示文摘The release technique,affecting the survival rate of fish species released for stock enhancement,plays a vital role in the effectiveness of the enhancement.In order to improve the probability of released fish settling down to bottom,a new cage-based release technique was designed and tested via a water tank with artificial reef models.Two coral reef fish species,Sebastes schlegelii and Paralichthys olivaceus were assessed using this technique.Fish behavior and distribution in water tank were recorded and compared with the traditional release release techniques.Results showed that in the case of cage-based release technique:1)when the release process is just finished,the distribution index(DI)of juveniles S.schlegelii and P.olivaceus were 97.8%and 98.9%at reef area,40%and 71.1%at release point,respectively,which was higher than those using two alternative techniques;2)its impact duration was less than that in the other two conditions,where the DI within 4 hours was higher after releasing,especially for S.schiegelii.These findings indicated that the new cage-based technique could release the fish into the specified location,and has a potential to mitigate the stress reaction of fish caused by releasing process. | ZHANG Junbo HE Yufeng GUO Zhixing JI Shuheng ZHANG Shuo TANG Yanli SHENG Huaxiang WAN Rong KITAZAWA Daisuke | 2021 | Journal of Ocean University of China2021,20,4: | 1 |
| 3 | Optical spectroscopy study of Ca_3(Ru_(0.91)Mn_(0.09))_2O_7 single crystal in high magnetic fields显示文摘The magneto-optical spectrum, with magnetic fields up to 42 T, of double layered ruthenates Ca_3(Ru_(0.91)Mn_(0.09))_2O_7(CRMO) single crystal is studied. Both the temperature and magnetic field induced insulator-to-metal transitions(IMTs) are observed via magneto-optical properties of the crystal. The critical magnetic field(H//c) of IMT for CRMO is found to be as large as 35 T at 5 K. The fine structure of optical spectra identified the antiferromagnetic/ferro-orbital-ordering configurations of Ru 4d orbitals at low temperatures. Meanwhile, the configuration of orbital polarization of such double-layer CRMO single crystal is discussed. | 4 | Research and Application of Wear Resistant Refractories for Cooling Zone of Large Scale Coke Dry Quenching Ovens显示文摘In order to prolong the service life of the cooling zone of large scale coke dry quenching ovens,six kinds possible refractories for the cooling zone of large scale coke dry quenching ovens: SiC containing brick A,SiC containing brick B,mullite-andalusite brick,spinel containing brick,zirconia containing brick,corundum-mullite brick and grade B mullite brick,were analyzed in properties. It is found that the cooling zone lining adopting SiC containing bricks or mullite-andalusite bricks has much longer service life. Based on this,a new type of wear resistant brick was developed. The brick has a compressive strength of 135 MPa,a wear loss of 2. 10cm^3(only a quarter of that of the grade B mullite brick),and a higher bulk density than the grade B mullite brick. The application of the brick in a 140t·h^(-1)coke dry quenching oven showed that it performed better than the grade B mullite brick.
