| 1 | 多维状态无聊量表中文版在中国大学生中的应用显示文摘目的:在中国大学生群体中修订多维状态无聊量表(theMultidimensionalStateBoredomScale,MSBS)中文版并检验其信效度。方法:采用中文版MSBS调查了1668名大学生,收回有效问卷1545份,以检验其结构效度、内部一致性信度和分半信度。另用大学生无聊倾向量表、流调中心抑郁量表、状态孤独量表、状态焦虑量表在218名大学生中检验效标关联效度。1个月后随机抽取172名大学生进行重测,检验其重测信度。结果:中文版MSBS包括注意缺乏、时间知觉、低唤醒、高唤醒和脱离5个分量表,共24个条目,其因素建构得到探索性因素分析和验证性因素分析的支持;5个分量表的内部一致性信度在O.67~0.81之间,分半信度在0.50~0.72之间,重测信度在0.50~0.56之间;5个分量表都具有较好的效标关联效度;中国大学生的状态无聊具有性别差异。结论:MSBS中文版在中国大学生群体中具有良好的适用性。 | 刘勇 陈健芷 姜梦 徐海燕 刘杰 John D.Eastwood Sanaz Mehranvar | 2013 | 中国临床心理学杂志2013,21,4: | 39 |
| 2 | Review on application of nanoparticles for EOR purposes: A critical review of the opportunities and challenges显示文摘Nanoparticles have already gained attentions for their countless potential applications in enhanced oil recovery.Nano-sized particles would help to recover trapped oil by several mechanisms including interfacial tension reduction, impulsive emulsion formation and wettability alteration of porous media. The presence of dispersed nanoparticles in injected fluids would enhance the recovery process through their movement towards oil–water interface. This would cause the interfacial tension to be reduced. In this research, the effects of different types of nanoparticles and different nanoparticle concentrations on EOR processes were investigated. Different flooding experiments were investigated to reveal enhancing oil recovery mechanisms. The results showed that nanoparticles have the ability to reduce the IFT as well as contact angle, making the solid surface to more water wet. As nanoparticle concentration increases more trapped oil was produced mainly due to wettability alteration to water wet and IFT reduction. However, pore blockage was also observed due to adsorption of nanoparticles, a phenomenon which caused the injection pressure to increase. Nonetheless, such higher injection pressure could displace some trapped oil in the small pore channels out of the model. | 3 | Personality factors and profiles in variants of irritable bowel syndrome显示文摘AIM: To study the association between irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) variants (constipation,diarrhea,or both) and personality traits in non-psychiatric patients. METHODS: IBS was diagnosed using the Rome Ⅱ diagnostic criteria after exclusion of organic bowel pathology. The entry of each patient was confirmed following a psychiatric interview. Personality traits and the score of each factor were evaluated using the NEO Five Factor Inventory. RESULTS: One hundred and fifty patients were studied. The mean age (± SD) was 33.4 (± 11.0) year (62% female). Subjects scored higher in neuroticism (26.25 ± 7.80 vs 22.92 ± 9.54,P < 0.0005),openness (26.25 ± 5.22 vs 27.94 ± 4.87,P < 0.0005) and conscientiousness (32.90 ± 7.80 vs 31.62 ± 5.64,P < 0.01) compared to our general population derived from universities of Iran. Our studied population consisted of 71 patients with Diarrhea dominant-IBS,33 with Constipation dominant-IBS and 46 with Altering type-IBS. Scores of conscientiousness and neuroticism were significantly higher in C-IBS compared to D-IBS and A-IBS (35.79 ± 5.65 vs 31.95 ± 6.80,P = 0.035 and 31.97 ± 9.87,P = 0.043,respectively). Conscientiousness was the highest dimension of personality in each of the variants. Patients with C-IBS had almost similar personality profiles,composed of higher scores for neuroticism and conscientiousness,with low levels of agreeableness,openness and extraversion that were close to those of the general population. CONCLUSION: Differences were observed between IBS patients and the general population,as well as between IBS subtypes,in terms of personality factors. Patients with constipation-predominant IBS showed similar personality profiles. | 5 | Comparison of therapeutic effects of topical azithromycin solution and systemic doxycycline on posterior blepharitis显示文摘AIM:To compare the effect of azithromycin drop and doxycyciine capsule on treatment of posterior blepharitis.METHODS:Fifty patients(100 eyes) with moderate posterior blepharitis,randomly divided into two therapeutic groups;all the patients got warm eyelid compress and massage three times a day for 3wk.In addition the first group got azithromycin 1% drop,twice daily for 1wk and then one drop daily for 2wk.The second group got oral doxycyciine 100 mg daily for 3wk.At the end of the research,patients' signs and symptoms were compared together.ANOVA,Chi-square and MannWhitney tests were used for statistical analysis.RESULTS:Topical therapy with azithromycin and oral therapy with doxycyciine relieved signs and symptoms after 3wk.There were no significant differences between symptoms healing rate and foreign body sensation healing in these two groups(P>0.05).However,azithromycin drop was more effective in reduction of eye redness and doxycyciine was more effective in meibomian glands plugging healing and reducing the corneal staining.CONCLUSION:Topical azithromycin could have similar effects as oral doxycyciine on posterior blepharitis in improving subjective symptoms.However,doxycyciine can reduce objective signs such as ocular surface staining and meibomian gland plugging more than azithromycin. | Mehdi Zandian Neda Rahimian Sanaz Soheilifar | 2016 | International Journal of Ophthalmology(English edition)2016,9,7: | 3 |

| 7 | Antioxidant effects of aqueous extract of Salep on Paraquat-induced rat liver injury显示文摘AIM To evaluate the effects of aqueous extract of Salep on Paraquat-mediated liver injury.METHODS In this experimental study, 56 adult male Wistar rats were divided randomly to 7 groups as control, sham, and 5 experimental groups. In control group, rats did not receive any substance during experiment. In Sham group, rats were given distilled water according to their body weight and in experimental groups, Paraquat alone and with different doses of Salep aqueous extract(40, 80, 160 and 320 mg/kg) was given intraperitoneal daily for 14 d. After that, liver biochemical parameter and histologic changes were analyzed and compared in different groups. RESULTS Paraquat compared to control and sham groups, significantly(P < 0.05) increased serum level of alanine aminotransferase(ALT), aspartate aminotransferase(AST), alkaline phosphatase(ALP), bilirubin, malondialdehyde(MDA) and total oxidant capacity(TOC); while level of total protein, albumin and total antioxidant capacity(TAC) were remarkably decreased by Paraquat. Salep at doses of 80, 160 and 320 mg/kg significantly decreased serum level of ALT, AST, ALP, bilirubin, MDA and TOC and significantly increased total protein, albumin and TAC level as compared to Paraquat exposed group in dose dependent manner. Aqueous extract of Salep at doses of 40 mg/kg made no significant changes in serum level of mentioned biochemical parameters. Liver microscopic observation revealed that Paraquat could cause hepatocyte necrosis, degenerative changes, proliferation and activation of Kupffer cells(sporadically) which were reduced by Salep treatment. | 8 | Individualized home-monitoring of disease activity in adult patients with inflammatory bowel disease can be recommended in clinical practice: A randomized-clinical trial显示文摘BACKGROUND The optimal way to home-monitor patients with inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)for disease progression or relapse remains to be found.AIM To determine whether an electronic health(eHealth)screening procedure for disease activity in IBD should be implemented in clinical practice,scheduled every third month(3M)or according to patient own decision,on demand(OD).METHODS Adult IBD patients were consecutively randomized to 1-year open-label eHealth interventions(3M vs OD).Both intervention arms were screening for disease activity,quality of life and fatigue and were measuring medical compliance with the constant care web-application according to the screening interventions OD or 3M.Disease activity was assessed using home measured fecal calprotectin(FC)and a disease activity score.RESULTS In total,102 patients were randomized(n=52/503M/OD)at baseline,and 88 patients completed the 1-year study(n=433M;n=45 OD).No difference in the two screening procedures could be found regarding medical compliance(P=0.58),fatigue(P=0.86),quality of life(P=0.17),mean time spent in remission(P>0.32),overall FC relapse rates(P=0.49),FC disease courses(P=0.61),FC time to a severe relapse(P=0.69)and remission(P=0.88)during 1 year.Median(interquartile range)numbers of FC home-monitoring test-kits used per patient were significantly different,3M:6.0(5.0-8.0)and OD:4.0(2.0-9.0),P=0.04.CONCLUSION The two eHealth screening procedures are equally good in capturing a relapse and bringing about remission.However,the OD group used fewer FC home testkits per patient.Individualized screening procedures can be recommended for adult IBD patients in clinical web-practice. | Dorit Vedel Ankersen Petra Weimers Dorte Marker Mette Bennedsen Sanaz Saboori Kristine Paridaens Johan Burisch Pia Munkholm | 2019 | World Journal of Gastroenterology2019,25,40: | 2 |
| 9 | Comparison of free breathing and respiratory triggered diffusion-weighted imaging sequences for liver imaging显示文摘BACKGROUND Diffusion-weighted imaging(DWI)has become a useful tool in the detection,characterization,and evaluation of response to treatment of many cancers,including malignant liver lesions.DWI offers higher image contrast between lesions and normal liver tissue than other sequences.DWI images acquired at two or more b-values can be used to derive an apparent diffusion coefficient(ADC).DWI in the body has several technical challenges.This include ghosting artifacts,mis-registration and susceptibility artifacts.New DWI sequences have been developed to overcome some of these challenges.Our goal is to evaluate 3 new DWI sequences for liver imaging.AIM To qualitatively and quantitatively compare 3 DWI sequences for liver imaging:free-breathing(FB),simultaneous multislice(SMS),and prospective acquisition correction(PACE).METHODS Magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)was performed in 20 patients in this prospective study.The MR study included 3 separate DWI sequences:FB-DWI,SMS-DWI,and PACE-DWI.The image quality,mean ADC,standard deviations(SD)of ADC,and ADC histogram were compared.Wilcoxon signed-rank tests were used to compare qualitative image quality.A linear mixed model was used to compare the mean ADC and the SDs of the ADC values.All tests were 2-sided and P values of<0.05 were considered statistically significant.RESULTS There were 56 lesions(50 malignant)evaluated in this study.The mean qualitative image quality score of PACE-DWI was 4.48.This was significantly better than that of SMS-DWI(4.22)and FB-DWI(3.15)(P<0.05).Quantitatively,the mean ADC values from the 3 different sequences did not significantly differ for each liver lesion.FB-DWI had a markedly higher variation in the SD of the ADC values than did SMS-DWI and PACE-DWI.We found statistically significant differences in the SDs of the ADC values for FB-DWI vs PACE-DWI(P<0.0001)and for FB-DWI vs SMS-DWI(P=0.03).The SD of the ADC values was not statistically significant for PACE-DWI and SMS-DWI(P=0.18).The quality of the PACE-DWI ADC histograms were considered better than the SMS-DWI and FB-DWI.CONCLUSION Compared to FB-DWI,both PACE-DWI and SMS-DWI provide better image quality and decreased quantitative variability in the measurement of ADC values of liver lesions. | Janio Szklaruk Jong Bum Son Wei Wei Priya Bhosale Sanaz Javadi Jingfei Ma | 2019 | World Journal of Radiology2019,11,11: | 2 |

The synthesis was characterized using 1 H NMR, FTIR, TNBS, potentiometric titration, particle size and ζ potential. Loading of Anti-mi R-21 at various N/P ratios was investigated by gel retardation, ethidium bromide dye exclusion, heparin sulfate competition and DNase I digestion experiments. The mi R-21 silencing was measured by stem-loop RT PCR in A2780 ovarian cancer cell lines whether it is sensitive to resistant to cisplatin. It has been shown that PEG2 k-CMPEI-ss was well suited for delivery of Anti-mi R-21 in terms of nucleic acid loading, preservation against extracellular matrix and nucleases and sequence-specific silencing of mi RNA-21 in vitro. Moreover, it has been demonstrated that pre-treating cells with Anti-mi R-21 loaded nanogels can sensitize them to cis-Pt even at non-toxic concentraions.
