1Process operation performance of PDMS membrane pervaporation coupled with fermentation for efficient bioethanol production显示文摘There would be strong product inhibition on ethanol fermentation process if ethanol is not removed in situ from broth. PDMS membrane pervaporation coupled with fermentation is a promising process for efficient bioethanol production since ethanol inhibition is relieved or eliminated. From the perspective of process operation, membrane separation performance, ethanol fermentation performance and the subsequent processing on membrane downstream are the three key issues. This review aims at contributing a comprehensive overview on the operation performance of the integrated process. The state-of-the-art of the three key issues related to the operation performance is focused. 6Improved Geometric Model of Extensional Fault–bend Folding显示文摘Extensional fault–bend folds, also called rollovers, are one of the most common structures in extensional settings. Numerous studies have shown that oblique simple shear is the most appropriate mechanism for quantitative modeling of geometric relations between normal faults and the strata in their hanging walls. However, the oblique simple shear has a rather serious issue derived from the shear direction, particularly above convex bends. We use geometric and experimental methods to study the deformation of extensional fault–bend folds on convex bends. The results indicate that whether the fault bends are concave or convex, the shear direction of the hanging wall dips toward the main fault. On this basis, we improve the previous geometric model by changing the shear direction above the convex bends. To illustrate basin history, our model highlights the importance of the outer limit of folding instead of the growth axial. Moreover, we propose a new expression for the expansion index that is applicable to the condition of no deposition on the footwall. 7Relationship of Microchannels and Plaque Erosion in Patients with ST-Segment Elevation Myocardial Infarction: An Optical Coherence Tomography Study显示文摘Objective:Microchannels are associated with the progression of atherosclerotic vulnerable plaques.However,in patients with culprit optical coherence tomography(OCT)-defined plaque erosion,the knowledge of microchannels and culprit lesion vulnerability is limited.The aim of this study was to investigate culprit lesion characteristics in patients with ST-segment elevated myocardial infarction(STEMI)caused by plaque erosion with and without microchannels using OCT.Methods:In all,348 STEMI patients with plaque erosion who underwent OCT of the culprit lesion at the 2nd Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University(Harbin,China)from August 2014 to December 2017 were included and divided into the microchannel group(n=116,33.3%)and no-microchannel group(n=232,66.7%).The clinical characteristics and OCT-derived plaque features were compared between both groups.Results:Among the 348 STEMI patients with plaque erosion,culprit lesions with microchannels had higher incidence of lipid plaque(59.5%vs.45.3%,P=0.012);calcification(41.4%vs.24.6%,P=0.002);spotty calcification(30.2%vs.18.1%,P=0.014);macrophages accumulation(72.4%vs.45.7%,P<0.001);and cholesterol crystals(32.8%vs.14.2%,P<0.001)than those without microchannels.In addition,minimal lumen area was smaller((1.9±0.9)mm2 vs.(2.8±2.3)mm2,P<0.001)and lumen area stenosis was greater((71.3%±13.4%)vs.(65.3%±19.3%),P=0.001)in the microchannel group than in the no-microchannel group.Conclusion:In patients with STEMI caused by plaque erosion,one-third manifested typical microchannel characteristics,and those with microchannels were associated with more severe luminal stenosis and more vulnerable plaque features than those without microchannels.Senqing Jiang Junchen Guo Yanwei Yin Chao Fang Jifei Wang Yidan Wang Fangmeng Lei Sibo Sun Xueying Pei Ruyi Jia Shaotao Zhang Lulu Li Yini Wang Lei Xing Huai Yu Huimin Liu Maoen Xu Xuefeng Ren Lijia Ma Guo Wei Jingbo Hou Jiannan Dai Bo Yu 2022Cardiology Discovery2022,2,2:0
8Relationship Between Paleogene Reservoir Densification and Hydrocarbon Accumulation in the Xihu Depression显示文摘Fluid inclusion analysis and testing were conducted to clarify the relationship between reservoir densification and hydrocarbon accumulation in the Paleogene Pinghu and Huagang formations in the Xihu Depression.The hydrocarbon accumulation stages of the reservoirs were studied in combination with the reconstruction results of burial and thermal evolution histories.Furthermore,the relationship between reservoir densification and accumulation charging was clarified in combination with the pore evolutionary history.In accordance with the time relation between reservoir densification and hydrocarbon charging,the reservoirs were classified into three types:pre-charging,syn-charging,and after-charging densification.Results indicated that large-scale hydrocarbon charging occurred in 11–0Myr.Reservoir densification was mainly caused by strong mechanical compaction and pore filling by well-developed siliceous and carbonate cements.Entering the middle diagenetic stage A1,the reservoir was under an acidic-diagenetic environment,resulting in the development of secondary dissolution pores.If large-scale hydrocarbon charging occurred during this period,then an after-charging densification reservoir,which is the most suitable type for hydrocarbon accumulation,might have developed.Entering the middle diagenetic stage A2,the reservoir was under an acidic-alkaline transitional diagenetic environment.During this stage,dissolution became weak,and compaction and cementation were enhanced,resulting in the continuous loss of pore space and reservoir densification.Entering the middle diagenetic period B,the reservoir was under an alkaline-diagenetic environment,and the reservoir had been largely densified.If large-scale hydrocarbon charging occurred during this period,a pre-charging densified reservoir,which is the worst reservoir type for hydrocarbon accumulation,might have developed.HU Senqing XU Guosheng ZHAO Linhai WANG Xu CUI Hengyuan ZHANG Wu MIAO Qing 2021Journal of Ocean University of China2021,20,4:0
9Simultaneous recovery of phosphorus and nitrogen from liquid digestate by vacuum membrane distillation with permeate fractional condensation显示文摘A vacuum membrane distillation(VMD)process with permeate fractional condensation on membrane downstream has been developed for simultaneous recovery of phosphorus and nitrogen from liquid digestate.The polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)membrane flux could reach 6000 g·m-2·h-1 with the rejection efficiency of total phosphorus(TP)over 0.99,under the condition of flowrate being 120 L·h-1 and temperature being 40°C.Membrane fouling occurred with a film of organics and microorganism deposited on the surface of the membrane.Membrane flux could be reversed after the membrane was rinsed by water.Higher feed temperature and flowrate could improve the membrane flux,while hardly affect the rejection efficiency of total phosphorus.The concentration of TP could reach 1600 mg·L-1 after membrane distillation,which is about 5 times of that in initial liquid digestate.On the downstream of the membrane,some of the permeate vapor was condensed under the vacuum condition and most of water was collected here.The remaining vapor enriched with total nitrogen(TN)was compressed and pumped to the atmospheric condition to condense.The TN concentration in atmospheric condensate was as high as 7000 mg·L-1 with the process separation factor for ammonia being enhanced to 114.Boya Qiu Senqing Fan Xiaoyu Tang Bufan Qi Liangwei Deng Wenguo Wang Jingyun Liu Yuyang Wang Zeyi Xiao 2020Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2020,28,6:0
