1面向国土空间规划的流域景观时空分异特征及驱动因子研究显示文摘景观格局的时空分异是国土空间结构和功能演变的重要表征,揭示景观时空分异特征及其驱动因子是构建人地关系和谐的国土空间规划格局的基础。研究以云南省杞麓湖流域为例,基于2002年、2010年和2018年三期遥感影像进行土地利用变化分析,采用景观格局指数揭示流域景观的时空分异特征,构建景观破碎化综合指数,结合实地调研成果与地理探测器剖析景观破碎化与自然和人文因子间的耦合关系。结果表明:2002—2018年,杞麓湖流域林地、水体和其他用地面积总量减少,耕地略有增加,建设用地显著增加;流域景观整体呈破碎化发展趋势,且在乡镇水平上时空分异明显;高程、人类活动强度、土地利用类型、坡向和坡度因子对流域内景观破碎化空间分异的解释差异显著,其中高程因子的解释能力最强;此外,驱动因子间的交互作用加剧了景观破碎化的空间分异。张舒瑾 余珮珩 白少云 顾世祥 潘佳威 Shailaja Fennell 陈奕云 2020生态经济2020,36,10:13
2Fluorimetric study of the interaction between ATP and ciprofloxacin-Y^(3+) complex and its application显示文摘A simple spectrofluorimetric method was developed for determination of trace amount of adenosine disodium triphosphate(ATP).Under the optimum conditions,we studied the interaction between CIP-Y3+-ATP complex by using absorption and fluorescence spectra.It was observed that ATP remarkably enhanced the fluorescence intensity of the CIP-Y3+ complex at λem=415 nm and the enhanced fluorescence intensity of Y3+ ion remained proportional to the concentration of ATP.The developed method was successfully applied for the determination of ATP in ATP injection sample.A suitable mechanism of fluorescence enhancement between CIP-Y3+ and the CIP-Y3+-ATP system was proposed and discussed.Shailaja R.Patil Umesh S.Mote Shivajirao R.Patil Sang-Hak Lee Govind B.Kolekar 2010Journal of Rare Earths2010,28,3:2
