1Genetic analysis of 'all-fish' growth hormone gene transferred carp (Cyprinus carpio L.) and its F_1 generation显示文摘Recornbinant 'all-fish' growth hormone gene (GH) was microinjected into the fertilized eggs of carp. A comparison between the growth traits of transgenics and non-transgenics was carried out, and the transgenic individuals with significant 'fast-growing' effect were successfully gained. A comparison on the reproductivities was also given out between the transgenics and their non-transgenic siblings, and showed that the reproductive capacity of transgenics was substantially equivalent to those of the non-transgenics. On the other hand, the genetic separation and the characteristic distribution of the FI generation were genetically analyzed, which gave solid evidence for the hypothesis that 2-3 chromosomes are integrated with trans-gene. In addition, the distinct biological effects for multi-site-integrated transgenes were further discussed. 3Time course of foreign gene integration and expression in transgenic fish embryos显示文摘Using a nuclear transplantation approach, the integration and expression of the green fluorescent protein (GFP) gene in the embryogenesis of transgenic loach (Misgurnus anguillicaudatus Cantor) have been studied. The GFP gene expression is first observed at the gastrula stage, which is consistent with the initiation of cell differentiation of fish embryos. The time course of the foreign gene expression is correlated with the regulatory sequences. The expression efficiency also depends on the gene configuration: the expression of pre-integrating circular plasmid at early embryos is higher than that of the linear plasmid. The integration of the GFP gene is first detected at the blastula stage and lasts for quite a long period. 4Nuclear transplantation in different strains of zebrafish显示文摘Single later blastula nuclei from AB strain of zebrafish (Danio rerio) were transplanted into enucleated unfertilized eggs of Long fin strain. Of 1119 cloning embryos, 14 reconstructed embryos developed into fry. DNA fingerprinting systems of the cloned fish were similar to those of the nuclear donor fish, but were distinctly different from those of the nuclear recipient fish. It confirmed that the genetic material originated from nuclear donor cell other than from nuclear recipient egg. The research suggested that the basic technique for nuclear transplantation performed with different strains of zebrafish has made a breakthrough. 5Factors influencing the occupational well-being of experienced nurses显示文摘Objectives:To determine the factors influencing the occupational well-being of experienced nurses.Methods:We interviewed eight experienced nurses using an exploratory,semi-structured interview.Results:The interviews revealed five themes that influenced occupational well-being in experienced nurses:(1)external occupational recognition;(2)internal career expectation and occupational value;(3)workenvironment;(4)family support;and(5)occupationalplanningand payment.When the nurses were not recognized by patients or clients,their family,colleague and leaders,their well-being was negatively impacted.However,the harmonious work environments and friendly interpersonal relationships positively impacted their well-being.Conclusion:By identifying the factors that contribute to a nurse's occupational well-being,the nursing management is better able to address the nurse's needs to maintain a positive well-being.This in turn will decrease the burnout and increase retention of experienced nurses,which will raise the quality of patient care.Shangping Zhao Ling Liu Hong Chen 2015International Journal of Nursing Sciences2015,2,4:3
6VIRTUAL EXPERIMENTAL ANALYSIS ON CLEANING ELEMENT OF SUGARCANE HARVESTER显示文摘The laws of influence of different factors have been analyzed in order to enhance the working efficiency and fatigue life of the cleaning element in brush shape of the sugarcane harvester.Based on the principle of orthogonal experiment design, the virtual-orthogonal-experimental analysis for the cleaning element is carried out on the finite element analysis (FEA) software-ANSYS after analyzing the nonlinear structural behavior in the working procedure. The results are analyzed with the overall balancing method, and then the optimal combination is got, which is made up of different levels of different factors. 10Investigation of Electrical Parameters of Fresh Water and Produced Mixed Injection in High-Salinity Reservoirs显示文摘Assuming a reservoir with a typical salt-lake background in the Qaidam Basin as a testbed,in this study the var-iation law of the rock electrical parameters has been determined through water displacement experiments with different salinities.As made evident by the results,the saturation index increases with the degree of water injec-tion.When the salinity of the injected water is lower than 80000 ppm,the resistivity of the rock samplefirst decreases,then it remains almost constant in an intermediate stage,andfinally it grows,thereby giving rise to a‘U’profile behavior.As the salinity decreases,the water saturation corresponding to the inflection point of the resistivity becomes lower,thereby leading to a wider‘U’type range and a higher terminal resistivity.For dif-ferent samples,higher initial resistivity of the sample in the oil-bearing state,and higher resistivity after low-sali-nity water washing are obtained when a thicker lithology is considered.Jun Li Guofeng Cheng Hongwei Xiao Xiang Li Lizhi Wang Hui Xu Yu Wang Nannan Liu Shangping Chen Xing Shi 2023Fluid Dynamics & Materials Processing2023,19,10:0
