1Biostratigraphical significance of the Devonian Sinoleperditiini(Ostracoda)显示文摘The Tribe Sinoleperditiini (Ostracoda), which is mainly distributed in South China and its adjacent areas, is a single natural group of the Leperditiidae, characterized by the development of a trailing chevron muscle scar. This tribe is known only from the Devonian and ranges through most of the Devonian. The evolutionary trends within the Sinoleperditiini have been well documented and are exemplified by changes in the trailing chevron muscle scar. The main evolutionary change is a tendency of the trailing chevron muscle scar to extend ventrally through time, as demonstrated by the increasing ratio (th/ah) of the vertical height of the trailing chevron muscle scar (th) to that of the adductor muscle scar (ah). The recent discovery of a sinoleperditiine assemblage (th/ah values available) in the middle-upper Lower Emsian Shanglun Formation allows to propose a sinoleperditiine biostratigraphical sequence for the Devonian. This sequence contains 11 assemblages (th/ah value available for each assemblage), which cover all the 7 Devonian stages and some substages. This sequence is particularly useful for correlating and dating Devonian rocks in the littoral clastic, lagoonal and restricted or semirestricted car-bonate platform facies where these ostracodes are most abundant and other fossils are un-common.WANG Shangqi PENG Jinlan 2005Science China Earth Sciences2005,48,10:3
2Subjective annoyance caused by indoor low-level and low frequency noise and control method显示文摘The influence of low_level noise has not been widely noticed. This paper discovered that low_level and low frequency noise(A_weighted equivalent level L eq <45 dB) causes higher probability of subjective annoyance. The fuzzy mathematic principle was applied to deal with the threshold level of subjective annoyance from noise in this study; there is preferable relationship between the indoor noise and noise annoyance at low frequency noise level. Study indicated at the same centered noise level, the change of annoyance probability is mainly caused by the change of the frequency spectrum characteristic of the indoor noise. Under low noise level environment, without change of the medium_low frequency noise, the slight increase of medium_high frequency noise level with the help of noise sheltering effect can significantly reduce the noise annoyance. This discovery brings a new resolution on how to improve the environmental quality of working or living places. 7The PDZ-Containing Unconventional Myosin XVIIIA Regulates Embryonic Muscle Integrity in Zebrafish显示文摘Myosin XVIIIA, or MYO18 A, is a unique PDZ domain-containing unconventional myosin and is evolutionarily conserved from Drosophila to vertebrates. Although there is evidence indicating its expression in the somites, whether it regulates muscle function remains unclear. We show that the two zebrafish myo18 a genes(myo18aa and myo18ab) are predominantly expressed at somite borders during early developmental stages. Knockdown of these genes or overexpression of the MYO18 A PDZ domain disrupts myofiber integrity, induces myofiber lesions, and compromises the localization of dystrophin, a-dystroglycan(a-DG) and laminin at the myotome boundaries. Cell transplantation experiments indicate that myo18 a morphant myoblasts fail to form elongated myofibers in the myotomes of wild-type embryos, which can be rescued by the full-length MYO18 A protein. 13Protective Effect of Mycophenolate Mofetil(MMF) Against Short-term Acute Rejection of Kidney Transplant显示文摘To observe the protective effect of MMF against short term(3 months) acute rejection of renal transplantion. 112 patients undergone renal transplantation were randomly divided into two groups: MMF group (2.0 g/d) and azathioprine group. Patients in both groups received cyclosporine A (CsA) and steroid hormone treatment in the same way. In three months time, 10/60 cases in the MMF treated group showed acute rejection with an acute rejection rate of 16.6%. 22/52 patients of the AZA group had acute rejection with a rejection rate of 41.5%. The difference between the two groups is significant (P<0 01). Side effects manifested in MMF group includereduction of blood white cell count and platelet count (5 cases) and diarrhea (3 cases). They resume recovery after reduction of the dosage of or stoppage of MMF. Both hepatic renal functions are not affected. In AZA group, liver function is damaged in 9 patients. MMF is effective in the prevention or reduction of short term acute rejection of transplants. 14A New Speculative Execution Algorithm Based on C4.5 Decision Tree for Hadoop显示文摘As a distributed computing platform, Hadoop provides an effective way to handle big data. In Hadoop, the completion time of job will be delayed by a straggler. Although the definitive cause of the straggler is hard to detect, speculative execution is usually used for dealing with this problem, by simply backing up those stragglers on alternative nodes. In this paper, we design a new Speculative Execution algorithm based on C4.5 Decision Tree, SECDT, for Hadoop. In SECDT, we speculate completion time of stragglers and also of backup tasks, based on a kind of decision tree method: C4.5 decision tree. After we speculate the completion time, we compare the completion time of stragglers and of the backup tasks, calculating their differential value, and selecting the straggler with the maximum differential value to start the backup task.Experiment result shows that the SECDT can predict execution time more accurately than other speculative execution methods, hence reduce the job completion time.Yuanzhen Li Qun Yang Shangqi Lai Bohan Li 2015国际计算机前沿大会会议论文集2015,,1:0
15Study on the electronic structure of nickel hydroxide by quantum chemical DV-Xα calculation显示文摘The electronic structures of atom clusters Ni7O12H122+ and Ni7O12H9-of β-Ni(OH)2 were calculated by quantum chemical DV-Xα method. By analyzing the state densities, orbital populations, net charges and electric charge density differences of the selected clusters, it was indicated that β-Ni(OH)2 was not typical ionic crystal, and the bonds between Ni and O atoms had obvious covalent characteristics. The bonds between H atom and other atoms in the crystal structure were weaker, which ensured that H atoms can easily deintercalate and intercalate into β-Ni(OH)2. The structure of β-Ni(OH)2 was not changed by moderate de-intercalation of H atoms. 16SR-BI expression regulates the gastric cancer tumor immune microenvironment and is associated with poor prognosis显示文摘Aim:Scavenger receptor class B,type I(SR-BI)is an integral plasma membrane protein that has been reported to be overexpressed in various malignancies,such as renal cancer,breast cancer,and prostate cancer,and is an independent prognostic factor.However,the clinical value and expression of SR-BI in GC are unknown.Our research aimed to explore the role of SR-BI in combination with immune markers as a diagnostic and prognostic marker for gastric cancer(GC).Methods:GC tissues,paracancerous tissues,and clinicopathological data of 149 patients were collected.The expression level of SR-BI,Tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes(TILs),and PD-L1 were evaluated by immunohistochemistry(IHC).The associations of the SR-BI staining intensity with clinicopathological features and immune markers were determined by the chi-square test.Univariate and multivariate COX regression analyses were used to evaluate independent prognostic factors.Kaplan–Meier analyses were performed to plot the survival curve.Results:Our results indicated that SR-BI was expressed at higher levels in tumor tissues than in adjacent paracancerous tissues(p<0.001),and patients with high levels of SR-BI expression had a worse prognosis.Univariate and multivariate analyses revealed that high SR-BI expression was an independent factor for poor prognosis.The chi-square test determined that the expression of SR-BI was negatively correlated with CD4+T cells and CD8+T cells(CD4+T cells,p=0.013;CD8+T cells,p=0.021),and positively correlated with PD-L1(p=0.022).Finally,survival analysis revealed that CD4+T cells were associated with the prognosis of GC patients(p=0.019),and the combined survival analysis of SR-BI and CD4+T cells was also statistically significant(p=0.030).Conclusion:SR-BI is highly expressed in GC tissue and associated with poor prognosis.Moreover,SR-BI can also regulate the GC tumor immune microenvironment.YI WANG SHANGQI CHEN PENGCHENG YU ZHEHAN BAO CAN HU YUHANG XIA RUOLAN ZHANG LI YUAN HUA RUAN JIANCHENG SUN 2023BIOCELL2023,47,5:0
17Hyperspectral and multispectral remote sensing image fusion using SwinGAN with joint adaptive spatial-spectral gradient loss function显示文摘Hyperspectral remote sensing image(HSI)fusion with multispectral remote sensing images(MSI)improves data resolution.However,current fusion algorithms focus on local information and overlook long-range dependencies.The parameter of network tuning prioritizes global optimization,neglecting spatial and spectral constraints,and limiting spatial and spectral reconstruction capabilities.This study introduces SwinGAN,a fusion network combining Swin Transformer,CNN,and GAN architectures.SwinGAN’s generator employs a detail injection framework to separately extract HSI and MSI features,fusing them to generate spatial residuals.These residuals are injected into the supersampled HSI to produce thefinal image,while a pure CNN architecture acts as the discriminator,enhancing the fusion quality.Additionally,we introduce a new adaptive loss function that improves image fusion accuracy.The loss function uses L1 loss as the content loss,and spatial and spectral gradient loss functions are introduced to improve the spatial representation and spectralfidelity of the fused images.Our experimental results on several datasets demonstrate that SwinGAN outperforms current popular algorithms in both spatial and spectral reconstruction capabilities.The ablation experiments also demonstrate the rationality of the various components of the proposed loss function.Chunyu Zhu Shangqi Deng Jiaxin Li Ying Zhang Liwei Gong Liangbo Gao Na Ta Shengbo Chen Qiong Wu 2023International Journal of Digital Earth2023,16,1:0
18Stable Production Technology for Horizontal Well Development in Shallow Water Delta Oilfield of Bohai Bay, China显示文摘BZ Oilfield is a medium-sized oilfield with shallow delta facies deposits in Bohai Bay of China,compared with fluvial and delta facies oilfields,there is no mature experience for reference of reservoir configuration,well pattern arrangement and development model in offshore oilfields in China.In view of the difficulty in describing the reservoir configuration of shallow water delta,the single distributary sand dam in shallow water delta is characterized by well-seismic combination and multi-attribute constraints.The mathematical mechanism model of pinch-out position of sand body is established,fine characterization of BZ shallow water delta reservoir is put forward.The horizontal well pattern arrangement type for shallow water delta reservoir is proposed and the method of well pattern optimization based on vertical displacement theory is put forward.A method of inversion of reservoir connectivity using production dynamic data by numerical well testing is proposed and a new method for optimizing water injection rate in water injection wells is proposed aiming at the difficulty of recognizing injection-production connectivity of shallow water delta reservoirs.The fine configuration of BZ shallow water delta reservoir based on distributary sand dam is proposed,which guides the recognition of remaining oil distribution law.By deploying adjustment wells,the water flooding coincidence degree of actual drilling is 86% compared with that of pre-drilling prediction,which indicates that the research results of reservoir configuration can effectively guide the understanding of oilfield geology.Through the theoretical well arrangement type of vertical displacement of single sand body in horizontal wells of shallow water delta reservoir,a high water flooding recovery rate of 35% is achieved in primary well pattern.The connectivity coefficients of injection-production boundary of shallow water delta reservoir configuration are calculated,and the water injection distribution coefficients are obtained by normalizing the directional coefficients.This paper presents a configuration method based on multi-attribute fusion under the constraints of sedimentary process.In this paper,a shallow water delta reservoir configuration method based on multi-attribute fusion constrained by sedimentary process is proposed,and the injection-production connectivity coefficient and injection well distribution coefficient of the configuration boundary are calculated.Guangyi Sun Qiongyuan Wu Huijiang Chang Xiaoming Chen Shangqi Zhai 2019Open Journal of Yangtze Oil and Gas2019,4,4:0
