1Operator-Based Robust Nonlinear Control for SISO and MIMO Nonlinear Systems With PI Hysteresis显示文摘In this paper, operator based robust nonlinear control for single-input single-output(SISO) and multi-input multi-output(MIMO) nonlinear uncertain systems preceded by generalized Prandtl-Ishlinskii(PI) hysteresis is considered respectively. In detail, by using operator based robust right coprime factorization approach, the control system design structures including feedforward and feedback controllers for both SISO and MIMO nonlinear uncertain systems are given, respectively.In which, the controller design includes the information of PI hysteresis and its inverse, and some sufficient conditions for the controllers in both SISO and MIMO systems should be satisfied are also derived respectively. 2Tranexamic acid for acute intracerebral haemorrhage growth based on imaging assessment (TRAIGE): a multicentre, randomised, placebo- controlled trial显示文摘Background Studies show tranexamic acid can reduce the risk of death and early neurological deterioration after intracranial haemorrhage.We aimed to assess whether tranexamic acid reduces haematoma expansion and improves outcome in intracerebral haemorrhage patients susceptible to haemorrhage expansion.Methods We did a prospective,double-blind,randomised,placebo-controlled trial at 10 stroke centres in China.Acute supratentorial intracerebral haemorrhage patients were eligible if they had indication of haemorrhage expansion on admission imaging(eg,spot sign,black hole sign or blend sign),and were treatable within 8 hours of symptom onset.Patients were randomly assigned(1:1)to receive either tranexamic acid or a matching placebo.The primary outcome was intracerebral haematoma growth(>33% relative or>6 mL absolute)at 24 hours.Clinical outcomes were assessed at 90 days.Results Of the 171 included patients,124(72.5%)were male,and the mean age was 55.9±11.6 years.89 patients received tranexamic acid and 82 received placebo.The primary outcome did not differ significantly between the groups:36(40.4%)patients in the tranexamic acid group and 34(41.5%)patients in the placebo group had intracranial haemorrhage growth(OR 0.96,95% CI 0.52 to 1.77,p=0.89).The proportion of death was lower in the tranexamic acid treatment group than placebo group(8.1%vs 10.0%),but there were no significant differences in secondary outcomes including absolute intracranial haemorrhage growth,death and dependency.Conclusions Among patients susceptible to haemorrhage expansion treated within 8 hours of stroke onset,tranexamic acid did not significantly prevent intracerebral haemorrhage growth.Larger studies are needed to assess safety and efficacy of tranexamic acid in intracerebral haemorrhage patients.Jingyi Liu Ximing Nie Hongqiu Gu Qi Zhou Haixin Sun Ying Tan Dacheng Liu Lina Zheng Jiahui Zhao Yan Wang Yibin Cao Haomeng Zhu Yunpeng Zhang Lijin Yi Yuehua Pu Miao Wen Zhonghua Yang Shengjun Sun Wenzhi Wang Xingquan Zhao Liping Liu Yongjun Wang 2021Stroke & Vascular Neurology2021,6,2:3
3Haemostatic therapy in spontaneous intracerebral haemorrhage patients with high-risk of haematoma expansion by CT marker: a systematic review and meta- analysis of randomised trials显示文摘Background and purpose Current randomised controlled trials(RCTs)showed an uncertain benefit of haemostatic therapy on preventing haematoma expansion and improving the outcome in patients with intracerebral haemorrhage(ICH).This meta-analysis aims to systematically evaluate the effect of haemostatic agents on the prevention of haemorrhage growth in patients with high-risk spontaneous ICH predicted by CT signs in RCTs.Methods A comprehensive search of PubMed,EMBASE and Cochrane library from 1 January 2005 to 30 June 2021 was conducted.RCTs that compared haemostatic agents with placebo for the treatment of spontaneous patients with ICH with high-risk haemorrhage growth were included.The primary endpoint was haematoma expansion at 24 hours.Other major endpoints of interest included 90-day functional outcome and mortality.Results The meta-analysis included four RCTs that randomised 2666 patients with ICH with high-risk haemorrhage growth.Haemostatic therapy reduced the rate of haematoma expansion at a marginally statistically significant level when compared with placebo(OR 0.84;95% CI 0.70 to 1.00;p=0.051).Subgroup analysis for patients with black hole sign on CT revealed a significant reduction of haematoma expansion with haemostatic therapy(OR 0.61;95% CI 0.39 to 0.94;p=0.03).However,both the primary analysis and subgroup analyses showed that haemostatic therapy could not reduce the rate of poor functional outcome(modified Rankin Scale>3)or death.Conclusions Haemostatic therapy showed a marginally significant benefit in reducing early haematoma expansion in patients with high-risk spontaneous ICH predicted by markers on CT scan.However,no significant improvement in functional outcome or reduction of mortality was observed.Ximing Nie Jingyi Liu Dacheng Liu Qi Zhou Wanying Duan Yuehua Pu Zhonghua Yang Miao Wen Haixin Sun Wenzhi Wang Shengjun Sun Hongqiu Gu Liping Liu 2021Stroke & Vascular Neurology2021,6,2:2
4An improved bearing fault detection strategy based on artificial bee colony algorithm显示文摘The operating state of bearing affects the performance of rotating machinery;thus,how to accurately extract features from the original vibration signals and recognise the faulty parts as early as possible is very critical.In this study,the one‐dimensional ternary model which has been proved to be an effective statistical method in feature selection is introduced and shapelet transformation is proposed to calculate the parameter of one‐dimensional ternary model that is usually selected by trial and error.Then XGBoost is used to recognise the faults from the obtained features,and artificial bee colony algorithm(ABC)is introduced to optimise the parameters of XGBoost.Moreover,for improving the performance of intelligent algorithm,an improved strategy where the evolution is guided by the probability that the optimal solution appears in certain solution space is proposed.The experimental results based on the failure vibration signal samples show that the average accuracy of fault signal recognition can reach 97%,which is much higher than the ones corresponding to traditional extraction strategies.And with the help of improved ABC algorithm,the performance of XGBoost classifier could be optimised;the accuracy could be improved from 97.02%to 98.60%compared with the traditional classification strategy.Haiquan Wang Wenxuan Yue Shengjun Wen Xiaobin Xu Hans-Dietrich Haasis Menghao Su Ping liu Shanshan Zhang Panpan Du 2022CAAI Transactions on Intelligence Technology2022,7,4:1
5Technical modifications & management innovations in exporting nuclear reactor projects显示文摘As a main channel for the foreign economic cooperation of China nuclear industry,China Zhongyuan Engineering Corporation (CZEC) has been constantly engaged in technical modifications and management innovations in its exporting nuclear reactor projects.In the implementation of heavy water research reactor contract in Algeria,CZEC had established a complete and adequate design standards system in compliance with the international standards,and made significant modifications to the reference reactor in the aspects of reactor power and reactor safety,solved quite some technical issues which affected the reactor technical performance.The modifications and improvements enabled the technical parameters,safety features,reactor multipurpose application to attain to the advanced level in the world.In the 300 MWe PWR NPPs in Pakistan,safety features had been updated in line with upgrading regulatory requisites.The design philosophy and technology application demonstrated CZEC's creation and innovation on basis of constant safety enhancement of nuclear power projects.Efforts had also been made by CZEC in promoting China made equipment items and components exportation.Mao Xiaoming Qin xijiu Ding Hu Xue Zhaoqun Wen Shengjun 2009Engineering Sciences2009,7,4:1
6Small water bodies in China:Spatial distribution and influencing factors显示文摘Inland water bodies,including ponds,lakes,reservoirs,and rivers,provide extensive ecosystem services for human beings.Among these,small water bodies(SWBs),such as ponds and small reservoirs,are more common landscape features and important biogeochemical reactors.SWBs can significantly influence biogeochemical processes and hydrologic cycles.However,due to their small size,SWBs(<10 ha)have been largely ignored in natural resource surveys,leading to a limited understanding of their spatial distribution in China.Insufficient geospatial datasets of SWBs limit the accurate assessments of resource utilization and fluxes of biogenic elements in both aquatic and terrestrial ecosystems.To address this,in this study,we applied a convolutional neural network and a visual interpretation approach to extract SWBs from high-resolution satellite images from Google Earth.The spatial distribution of SWBs in China was mapped,and drivers of the spatial pattern of SWBs were also identified.As a result,a total of 5.18 million water bodies with a surface area larger than 0.1 ha,including ponds,lakes,and reservoirs,were identified.These water bodies(>0.1 ha)cover approximately 179300 km^(2),which is approximately 1.8%of the land area in China.In addition,the combined shoreline length of the water bodies was approximately 2157400 km.Of these water bodies,96.85%were SWBs,accounting for 17.85%of the total water area and 76.4% of the total shoreline length.Precipitation,terrain,and human activity cumulatively explained 45% of the variance in SWB distribution,with precipitation being the strongest climatic explanatory factor.Our results provide important data for determining the roles of SWBs in biogeochemical cycles,habitat protection,and hydrological cycles.Mingquan LV Shengjun WU Maohua MA Ping HUANG Zhaofei WEN Jilong CHEN 2022Science China Earth Sciences2022,65,8:1
7Looking at nerves,seeing the mind:Yu-Chuan Tsang as a modern Chinese physiological psychologist显示文摘Yu-Chuan Tsang(臧玉洤,1901-1964),styled Botan(伯潭),was an outstanding Chinese physiological psychologist,a comparative neuroscientist,and a neuroanatomist(Fig.1).He was a member of the First Council of the Chinese Society for Anatomical Sciences,an executive member of the sec-ond,third,fourth and fifth councils,and the Chairman of the Third Council.He was one of the founders of neuroanatomy in modem China and the Beijing Medical College(now the Department of Medicine at Peking University).Neu-roanatomy is a discipline that consists of making observa-tions and making recordings.Moreover,there are different interdisciplinary subjects based on neuroscience,including cognitive science,neurobehavioral science,neuroengineer-ing,and psychology.Tsang's academic career followed an opposite direction,starting from psychology and turning to neuroanatomy,where he made remarkable achievements.SHIYING LI WEI CHEN SHENGJUN WEN 2021Protein & Cell2021,12,11:0
8Transformation of GbSGT1 gene into banana by an Agrobacterium-mediated approach显示文摘SGT1 is a homologue of the yeast ubiquitin ligase-associated protein. It controls some protein degradation and activates defense pathway in plants. Cotton GbSGT1 gene (Gossypium barbadense) has been isolated and characterized in previous work. In this study, the plant expression vector pBSGT1 with bar gene as a selection agent was constructed and transgenic banana was obtained via Agrobacterium-mediated transformation with the assistance of particle bombardment and screened with PCR and Basta spreading on banana plant leaves.
