| 1 | Effect of pyrophosphate on the light scatter in KDP crystal显示文摘Pyrophosphate doped potassium dihydrogen phosphate (KDP) crystal was grown from aqueous solution by the temperature lowering method. Light scatter in KDP crystal was detected with the ultramicroscopic method. The light scatter in KDP crystal was aggravated when pyro-phosphate was doped into the growth solution, which was distributed ununiformly in prism and pyramidal sectors of KDP crystal. Different effects of pyrophosphate on prism and pyramidal sectors of KDP crystal can explain this case. | 2 | High-performance SSZ-13 membranes prepared using ball-milled nanosized seeds for carbon dioxide and nitrogen separations from methane显示文摘SSZ-13 membranes with high separation performances were prepared using ball-milled nanosized seeds by once hydrothermal synthesis.Separation performances of SSZ-13 membranes in CO2/CH4 and N2/CH4 mixtures were enhanced after synthesis modification.Single-gas permeances of CO2,N2 and CH4 and ideal selectivities were recorded through SSZ-13 membranes.The effects of temperature,pressure,feed flow rate and humidity on separation performance of the membranes were discussed.Three membranes prepared after synthesis modifications had an average CO2 permeance of 1.16×10-6 mol·(m2·s·Pa)-1(equal to 3554 GPU)with an average CO2/CH4 selectivity of 213 in a 50 vol%/50 vol%CO2/CH4 mixture.It suggests that membrane synthesis has a good reproducible.The membrane also displayed a N2 permeance of 1.07×10-7 mol·(m2·s·Pa)-1(equal to 320 GPU)with a N2/CH4 selectivity of 13 for a 50 vol%/50 vol%N2/CH4 mixture.SSZ-13 membrane displayed stable and good separation performance in the wet CO2/CH4 mixture for a long test period over 100 h at 348 K.The current SSZ-13 membranes show great potentials for the simultaneous removals of CO2 and N2 in natural gas purification as a facile process suitable for industrial application. | Xinping Li Yaowei Wang Tangyin Wu Shichao Song Bin Wang Shenglai Zhong Rongfei Zhou | 2020 | Chinese Journal of Chemical Engineering2020,28,5: | 3 |

| 6 | Evaluation and prevention of formation damage in offshore sandstone reservoirs in China显示文摘Reduction in water injectivity would be harmful to the waterflood development of offshore sandstone oil reservoirs.In this paper the magnitude of formation damage during water injection was evaluated by analyzing the performance of water injection in the Bohai offshore oilfield,China.Two parameters,permeability reduction and rate of wellhead pressure rise,were proposed to evaluate the formation damage around injection wells.The pressure performance curve could be divided into three stages with different characteristics.Analysis of field data shows that formation damage caused by water injection was severe in some wells in the Bohai offshore oilfield,China.In the laboratory,the content of clay minerals in reservoir rock was analyzed and sensitivity tests(including sensitivity to water, flow rate,alkali,salt and acid)were also conducted.Experimental results show that the reservoir had a strong to medium sensitivity to water(i.e.clay swelling)and a strong to medium sensitivity to flow rate, which may cause formation damage.For formation damage prevention,three injection schemes of clay stabilizer(CS)were studied,i.e.continuous injection of low concentration CS(CI),slug injection of high concentration CS(SI),and slug injection of high concentration CS followed by continuous injection of low concentration CS(SI-CI).Core flooding experiments show that SI-CI is an effective scheme to prevent formation damage and is recommended for the sandstone oil reservoirs in the Bohai offshore oilfield during water injection. | Yang Shenglai Sheng Zhichao Liu Wenhui Song Zhixue Wu Ming Zhang Jianwei | 2008 | Petroleum Science2008,5,4: | 1 |

| 9 | Cloning and characterization of an apolipoprotein C2 promoter in the mouse central nervous system显示文摘Apolipoprotein C2 is an important member of the apolipoprotein C family, and is a potent activator of lipoprotein lipase. In the central nervous system, apolipoprotein C2 plays an important role in the catabolism of triglyceride-rich lipoproteins. Studies into the exact regulatory mechanism of mouse apolipoprotein C2 expression have not been reported. In this study, seven luciferase expression vectors, which contained potential mouse apolipoprotein C2 gene promoters, were constructed and co-transfected with pRL-TK into HEK293T cells to investigate apolipoprotein C2 promoter activity. Luciferase assays indicated that the apolipoprotein C2 promoter region was mainly located in the +104 bp to +470 bp region. The activity of the different lengths of apolipoprotein C2 promoter region varied.
