1Key Technologies of Ultra-high Voltage Hybrid LCC-VSC MTDC Systems显示文摘The key technologies of ultra-high voltage hybrid LCC-VSC MTDC systems are investigated,focusing on the design of system configurations,converter topologies and the control and protection system.A double converter per pole of VSC connection is proposed along with the design of a 5000 MW VSC valve to develop a±800 kV/5000 MW large-capacity power transmission.The hybrid MMC topology capable of clearing the DC faults and the control strategy are developed to effectively improve the reliability in case of overhead line faults.The control and protection system of the LCC-VSC MTDC system is introduced to offer flexible operations under both normal and abnormal conditions,which includes voltage/current margin-based coordination,converter switch-in and switch-out,re-connection and drop-off of a third station.Simulations of an LCC-VSC MTDC system based on the LCC-VSC MTDC project are performed.Hong Rao Yuebin Zhou Shukai Xu Xipeng Cai Wanyu Cao Yiliang Xu Chenglin Ren 2019CSEE Journal of Power and Energy Systems2019,5,3:14
2Memristive crossbar array with applications in image processing显示文摘A memristor is a kind of nonlinear resistor with memory capacity.Its resistance changes with the amount of charge or flux passing through it.As the fourth fundamental circuit element,it has huge potential applications in many fields,and has been expected to drive a revolution in circuit theory.Through numerical simulations and circuitry modeling,the basic theory and properties of memristors are analyzed,and a memristor-based crossbar array is then proposed.The array can realize storage and output for binary,grayscale and color images.A series of computer simulations demonstrates the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.Owing to the advantage of the memristive crossbar array in parallel information processing,the proposed method is expected to be used in high-speed image processing.HU XiaoFang DUAN ShuKai WANG LiDan LIAO XiaoFeng 2012Science China(Information Sciences)2012,55,2:13

4Memristor-based RRAM with applications显示文摘Recently acclaimed the fourth fundamental circuit element,the memristor was theoretically pre-dicted by Leon Chua in 1971,although its single device electronic implementation eluded the attention of inte-grated circuit designers for the past three decades and was first reported in 2008 by the Hewlett-Packard (HP) Laboratory researchers while developing crossbar-based ultra high-density nonvolatile memories.Memristor-based hybrid nanoscale CMOS technology is expected not only to impact the flash memory industries pro-foundly,but also to revolutionize digital and neuromorphic computing.The memristor exhibits a dynamical resistance state that depends on its excitation history and which can be exploited to build transistor-less non-volatile semiconductor memory (NVSM),commonly known as resistive RAM (RRAM).This paper addresses an implementation scheme for memristor-based resistive random access memory (MRRAM),a nano-scale binary memory that is compatible with modern computer systems.Its structure is similar to that of static random ac-cess memory (SRAM),but with the memristor replacing the underlying RS flip-flop.By improving the MRRAM,we propose a multilevel memory with greater data density,which stores multiple bit information in gray-scale form in a memory unit.Reported computer simulations and numerical analyses verify the effectiveness of the proposed scheme in storing ASCII characters and gray-scale images in binary format.DUAN ShuKai HU XiaoFang WANG LiDan LI ChuanDong MAZUMDER Pinaki 2012Science China(Information Sciences)2012,55,6:9
5Analog memristive memory with applications in audio signal processing显示文摘Since the development of the HP memristor,much attention has been paid to studies of memristive devices and applications,particularly memristor-based nonvolatile semiconductor memory.Owing to its unique properties,theoretically,one could restart a memristor-based computer immediately without the need for reloading the data.Further,current memories are mainly binary and can store only ones and zeros,whereas memristors have multilevel states,which means a single memristor unit can replace many binary transistors and realize higher-density memory.It is believed that memristors can also implement analog storage besides binary and multilevel information memory.In this paper,an implementation scheme for analog memristive memory is considered.A charge-controlled memristor model is derived and the corresponding SPICE model is constructed.Special write and read operations are demonstrated through numerical analysis and circuit simulations.In addition,an audio analog record/play system using a memristor crossbar array is designed.This system can provide great storage capacity(long recording time)and high audio quality with a simple small circuit structure.A series of computer simulations and analyses verify the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.DUAN ShuKai HU XiaoFang WANG LiDan LI ChuanDong 2014Science China(Information Sciences)2014,57,4:3

19Unraveling the degradation mechanism of LiNi_(0.8)Co_(0.1)Mn_(0.1)O_(2) at the high cut-off voltage for lithium ion batteries显示文摘LiNi_(0.8)Co_(0.1)Mn_(0.1)O_(2)(NCM811)layered oxides have been regarded as promising alternative cathodes for the next generation of high-energy lithium ion batteries(LIBs)due to high discharge capacities and energy densities at high operation voltage.However,the capacity fading under high operation voltage still restricts the practical application.Herein,the capacity degradation mechanism of NCM811 at atomic-scale is studied in detail under various cut-off voltages using aberration-corrected scanning transmission electron microscopy(STEM).It is observed that the crystal structure of NCM811 evolution from a layered structure to a rock-salt phase is directly accompanied by serious intergranular cracks under 4.9 V,which is distinguished from the generally accepted structure evolution of layered,disordered layered,defect rock salt and rock salt phases,also observed under 4.3 and 4.7 V.The electron energy loss spectroscopy analysis also confirms the reduction of Ni and Co from the surface to the bulk,not the previously reported only Li/Ni interlayer mixing.The degradation mechanism of NCM811 at a high cut-off voltage of4.9 V is attributed to the formation of intergranular cracks induced by defects,the direct formation of the rock salt phase,and the accompanied reduction of Ni^(2+)and Co^(2+)phases from the surface to the bulk.Liming Wang Qingmei Su Bin Han Weihao Shi Gaohui Du Yunting Wang Huayv Li Lin Gu Wenqi Zhao Shukai Ding Miao Zhang Yongzhen Yang Bingshe Xu 2023Journal of Energy Chemistry2023,,2:1
