1Li_2O_2 oxidation: the charging reaction in the aprotic Li-O_2 batteries显示文摘Aprotic Li-O2 battery has attracted a great deal of interest because of its high theoretical energy density that is far beyond what the best Li-ion technologies can achieve.However, the present Li-O2 batteries suffer from the low energy efficiency that is limited mainly by the high overpotentials required to re-oxidize Li2O2, the discharge product. Over the past few years, considerable research efforts have been devoted to the understanding of the Li2O2 oxidation reactions. Here, we summarize the results obtained from the fundamental study of the Li2O2 oxidation, including its morphology, reaction route, kinetics, the initial location upon oxidation and the charge transport within Li2O2. 2Excellent thermal shock resistance of NiCrAlY coatings on copper substrate via laser cladding显示文摘Coatings are widely used to protect substrates in extreme thermal environments(e.g., arc heaters), and thermal shock resistance is a crucial parameter for the coatings, which requires tight interlayer bonding between coatings and substrates. In this work, Ni Cr Al Y coatings were highly required for the pure copper substrate to restrict the electric arc in arc heaters. To overcome the bonding difculty of coating on the copper surface, the Ni Cr Al Y coatings were prepared by two laser cladding methods: conventional laser cladding(CLC) and high-speed laser cladding(HSLC). The microstructure, composition, and thermal shock resistance of Ni Cr Al Y cladding layers prepared by both methods were investigated. Benefitting from the high cooling rate and high energy density, the HSLC-layer has better composition uniformity and tighter interlayer bonding than the CLC-layer, achieving a 30%–45% improvement in thermal cycling lifetime. Besides, the Ni Cr Al Y layers prepared on copper substrate by both laser cladding methods exhibit3–10 times better thermal shock resistance than those Ni Cr Al Y layers prepared by conventional spraying methods. It further confirms the great effects of metallurgical bonding and composition uniformity on the thermal shock resistance of coatings. 13The origin of potential rise during charging of Li-O2 batteries显示文摘When aprotic Li-O_2 batteries recharge, the solid Li_2O_2 in the positive electrode is oxidized, which often exhibits a continuous or step increase in the charging potential as a function of the charging capacity, and its origin remains incompletely understood.Here, we report a model study of electro-oxidation of a Li_2O_2 film on an Au electrode using voltammetry coupled with in situ Raman spectroscopy. It was found that the charging reaction initializes at the positive electrode|Li_2O_2 interface, instead of the previously presumed Li_2O_2 surface, and consists of two temporally and spatially separated Li_2O_2 oxidation processes, accounting for the potential rise during charging of Li-O_2 batteries. Moreover, the electrode surface-initialized oxidation can disintegrate the Li_2O_2 film resulting in a loss of Li_2O_2 into electrolyte solution, which drastically decreases the charging efficiency and highlights the importance of using soluble electro-catalyst for the complete charging of Li-O_2 batteries.Limin Guo Jiawei Wang Shunchao Ma Yantao Zhang Erkang Wang Zhangquan Peng 2017Science China Chemistry2017,60,12:1

15Numerical Quantification Model and Experiment of External Force on Roller Hemming of Curved Edge Aluminium Alloy with Adhesive显示文摘Accurate quantification of external force is the key to improve the high-precision hemming of autobody closure panels.However,the mechanism of external force on forming quality of complex contour sheet metal with adhesive is not clear subjected to geometric curvature and materials.In the present study,taking the curved edge aluminum sheet as the research object,SPH(smooth particle hydrodynamics)is introduced to simulate the viscous adhesive,and the SPH-FEM(Finite element method)coupling model of adhesive and panels considering the viscosity-pressure effect is established.The numerical simulation of the roller hemming process is carried out,then the validity and reliability of the proposed method are verified by measuring the external force in real time using triaxial force sensor.The multi-step forming process and the effect of external force on the roll in/out,surface wave and plastic strain of aluminum alloy sheet under the viscosity-pressure effect are studied,and the relationship between process parameters and external force is discussed.Results show that the coupling SPH-FEM model can well reflect the hemming process of curved edge structure.The normal force is about 2–3 times of the tangential force in the pre and final hemming process.Compared with the case without adhesive,the surface wave of flange part of the hemming with adhesive is slightly larger.The normal force and the tangential force increase about 90 N and 30 N respectively,when the height increases by 1 mm.It provides an important basis for the accurate control of hemming trajectory and the improvement of manufacturing quality of autobody closure panels.Jianjun Li Wenfeng Zhu Shunchao Wang 2022Chinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering2022,35,1:0
16Clinical study on treatment of TOSSY type III acromioclavicular joint dislocation with clavicular hook plate combined with coracoclavicular ligament repair显示文摘Objective:To explore the treatment of TOSSY type III acromioclavicular joint dislocation with clavicular hook plate combined with coracoclavicular ligament repair and its clinical effect.Methods:80 patients with TOSSY type III acromioclavicular joint dislocation who were admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to January 2019 were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group(n=39,treated with clavicular hook plate)and the observation group(n=41,treated with clavicular hook plate combined with coracoclavicular ligament repair)by the random number table method.The clinical efficacy in 12 months after operation,related clinical indicators,12-month postoperative recovery and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The excellent and good rate was 92.68%(38/41)in 12 months after operation in the observation group,which was higher than that(76.92%,30/39)in the control group(p<.05).There were no significant differences in the duration of surgery,intraoperative blood loss and HLOS between the observation group and the control group(p>.05).In 12 months after operation,abduction activity and forward flexion activity of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and visual analogue score(VAS)was lower than that of the control group(p<.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was slightly lower than that in the control group,but there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(p>.05).Conclusions:For TOSSY type III acromioclavicular joint dislocation,clavicular hook plate combined with coracoclavicular ligament repair has a good clinical efficacy.It can improve shoulder joint function,alleviate shoulder pain and have fewer complications.It can provide a reference for clinical treatment of this type of acromioclavicular joint dislocation.Fulu Sun Shunchao Wang Fei Zhang 2020Discussion of Clinical Cases2020,7,4:0
