| 1 | Disulfiram thermosensitive in-situ gel based on solid dispersion for cataract显示文摘To improve the corneal permeability and water-solubility of disulfiram(DSF), which is an ocular drug for cataract, P188 was selected as a matrix to prepare solid dispersion of DSF(DSF SD) by hot melt method. The DSF SD was characterized by DSC, XRD, and IR, and the results suggested that DSF was amorphous in DSF SD. The DSF SD was added to borate buffer solution(BBS) contained 20% poloxamer P407 and 1.2% poloxamer P188 to form in-situ gel. In vitro and in vivo experiments revealed that DSF SD combined with in-situ gel(DSF SD/in-situ gel) increased the residence time and the amount of DSF penetrated through the corneal. The pharmacodynamics studies exhibited DSF SD/in-situ gel delayed the development of selenium-induced cataract at some content. These results investigated that DSF SD/in-situ gel as a drug delivery system can improve DSF ocular permeability. | Chunjuan Zhang Tonghua Xu Donglei Zhang Wei He Siling Wang Tongying Jiang | 2018 | Asian Journal of Pharmaceutical Sciences2018,13,6: | 3 |

| 4 | Maturity Assessment of the Lower Cambrian and Sinian Shales Using Multiple Technical Approaches显示文摘The Lower Cambrian Niutitang and Sinian Doushantuo shales are the most important and widespread source rocks and target layers in South China. Reliable data of the thermal maturity of organic matter(OM) is widely used to assess hydrocarbon generation and is a key property used in determining the viability and hydrocarbon potential of these new shales. Nevertheless, traditional thermal maturity indicators are no longer suited to the vitrinite-lack marine shales. This study aims to combine high throughput Raman and infrared spectroscopy analysis to confirm and validate the thermal maturity in comparison with the bitumen reflectance(R_(b)). Raman parameters such as the differences between the positions of the two bands(V_(G)–V_(D)) are strong parameters for calculating the thermal maturity in a large vitrinite reflectance(R_(o)) ranging from 1.60% to 3.80%. The infrared spectroscopy analysis indicates that the aromatic C=C bands and CH_(2)/CH_(3) aliphatic groups both are closely correlated with thermal maturity. The calculated R_(o) results from Raman and infrared spectroscopy are in strong coincidence with the R_(b). The relationships between R_(b) and pore volumes/surface areas(calculated from N_(2) adsorption) indicate that the sample with R_(b) of 3.40% has the lowest pore volumes and surface areas. Focused ion beam scanning electron microscopy(FIB-SEM) observations of OM pores indicate that R_(o) of approximately 3.60% may be an upper limit for OM porosity development. Obviously, kerogen Raman and infrared spectroscopy can indicate methods for reducing the risk in assessing maturity with practical, low-cost accurate results. Exploration of shale gas in the high maturity(>3.40%–3.60%) region carries huge risks. | Wei Yang Sheng He Gangyi Zhai Ze Tao Xiaoqing Yuan Sile Wei | 2021 | Journal of Earth Science2021,32,5: | 0 |
| 5 | Estimation of inverse Compton peak frequency for 4FGL Blazars显示文摘This study uses a parabolic equation to fit the Inverse Compton (IC) spectral component of 3743 blazars (794 FSRQs,1432 BLLacs, and 1517 BCUs) from the 4FGL-DR3 catalog. Some mutual correlations are investigated, and a Bayesian classification is performed to the IC peak frequencies. Our analyses draw the following conclusions:(1) The Bayesian classification shows two components with a dividing boundary of log(v_(p)^(IC)/Hz)pIC=22.9.Therefore,the 3743 blazars are divided into low IC peak frequency(LCP) blazars and high IC peak frequency (HCP) blazars.(2) A strong linear correlation exists between IC peak frequency(logv_(p)^(IC)) and γ-ray photon spectral index (Γ).The IC peak frequency can be estimated by an empirical relation logv_(p)^(IC)=–4.5·Γ+32.8 for BL Lacs and logv_(p)^(IC)=4.0+31.4pICfor FSRQs,which is consistent with the result by Abdo et al.(3) The ICspectral curvature and IC peak frequency are not as closely related as the synchrotron curvature and the synchrotron peak frequency.(4) An anti-correlation exists between IC peak frequency and IC peak luminosity, implying that as the IC peak frequency in the γ-ray band decreases, the source becomes more luminous. The beaming effect is stronger for the source with a lower IC peak frequency.(5) Positive correlations exist between IC and synchrotron components for both peak frequencies and peak fluxes, but no clear correlation exists between IC curvature and synchrotron curvature. | JiangHe Yang JunHui Fan Yi Liu ManXian Tuo ZhiYuan Pei WenXin Yang YuHai Yuan SiLe He ShengHui Wang XiaoHai Qu YueLian Zhang JianJun Nie XiuHui Chen | 2023 | Science China(Physics,Mechanics & Astronomy)2023,66,4: | 0 |
